Horrible. Always outside smoking or hiding. When cigarettes are needed never there but hiding sad when we have to go find them and tell them to come out and do there job. Plus the manager lady is hitting on married women’s husbands? Trash equals trash. Stinks bad, never clean and always seems like there on something. I’ve told her off multiple times and so has my husband. He went there today and had to go find the manager as always. These people need to be fired for not doing there job that they obviously don’t do. Hire actual folks who appreciate and do there job. 💯💯

This dollar general is always closing early it’s a waste of time to try and go here after 7 you can forget it their not letting you in. Some reasons were the AC broke and another reason is she said they ran out of money I told her I would use my card then she still refused to let me and there was a lot more people trying to come in behind me but nope the employees just walked away.

This dollar general stay closed more than open any one answer why this is we need new management to keep the store open not a meth and crack head who close the store when they start fencing for meth or crack close the store go home and get high🤬🤬

This place is overpriced, and over charging EVERYONE! I understand inflation, but it’s insane that I literally have to take so much longer because the prices on the shelves are are ALWAYS wrong! The excuse from the cashiers are “ the prices change every Tuesday and we can’t keep up with them”. That’s bull because some haven’t been changed in months and are still wrong! And to literally charge as much as Target charges for items is definitely fraud and wrong! So everyone needs to stop and pay attention to their receipts and report this store and others!! I have and so far Walmart and other dollar general stores are being fined due to this! It’s so sad that we’re already struggling and to have people rip you off is just pathetic!

This store has more merchandise in it's store room than out on the shelves and the coolers very vacant of merchandise. When reviewing weekly add for items to purchase and then visiting the store only to see items on sale are out. Also the store closes early and often with excuses of lack of employees, system down and the best is closed for stocking lmao the next day there were no more merchandise stocked. There was however, a couple terrail bowen and his wife when at work they never stopped constantly stocking and providing excellent customer service. Although they must have quit or something it's back to the way it was you go to DG here you get what I can not what is wanted or needed,AÀ

Always a mess. Shelves are always empty. Lines are too long. The employees never have time to stock the shelves because there is always only one cashier and they can't be expected to cash people out and stock the shelves at the same time. The blame fully goes to corporate for their lack of caring.

This store is always busy very disorganized and they have a new manager about every 3 months and different employees it's the only store in this small town it should be upgraded to a dollar general Market! Considering the amount of business it actually gets and they should have two cashier's at All times because one cannot keep up! There is always junk in aisle and the floors are gross there have been maybe 3 employees that have been very nice but they never stay because I sure it's because if all the issues within the store

Horrible customer service, closed early (8pm) on 4-15-18 and told us to "go on, we closed, can't get anyone to work". The employees stand right outside the front door and smoke, that's why it always stinks in this store. It's as if no one cares. Heck, even corporate doesn't care. If this store were under my control, I would clean house and hire people that were actually appreciative of having a job.

Elizabeth was incredible, she was doing so much at one time and still learning. She did incredible and helped me with my return, she went above and beyond and made sure I was happy. She deserves recognition!

I wish that people would put things back where they pick it up at..it makes it hard for them to keep it looking nice if they constantly are having to put things back where they go. Everyone says it's messy but they need to do their part and not ADD to the already under staffed employees. Don't let your children go by themselves, they should always have an adult with them. Grantville is a small town and you see the same people every day. It's the only store in that town. Let's ALL work as a team to keep it in order. Since the same people look at it everyday, sometimes 3 and 4 times a day.

I myself wish I personally bought stock in Dollar General when they first opened. They have it seems just about everything you need for house hold needs and eats and treats. You just never know what all they have in stock. So many people buys most their cereal and snacks and even milk. All in a small building compared to Walmart but less price at Dollar General than anywhere else. Shop alot at Dollar General mainly because they are now about a couple miles apart from another Dollar General. Like I said earlier I wish I had bought stock in Dollar General. Have a greatband safe trip to your nearest Dollar General stores and if they don't have what you need just drive a mile or two and you will find another Dollar General that may have what other Dollar General may be out of stock.

This particular Dollar General store is very well stocked with many needed items. Located in Grantville, GA. which is a fairly small town . We found needed items in stock and on hand. This store was much appreciated by these out if towners as I'm sure it is by the residents.

This is the only store in Grantville so it works when you need something in a pinch. But, they are always understaffed so there is almost always a long line to check out which is frustrating. Also, the place good use a good scrub down, as it isn't the cleanest.

One of the worst ive been in smallest clothes over packed no faced shelves cooler section is minimal compared to most but employees are nice alittle to chatty at time when loo ines are long jst needs to be bigger and better stickers or more of them

Store is always messy and disorganized. Lines are long while employees wander around off the clock. Or they're out smoking. Shelves are not stocked especially on the weekends.. Cashier's look like they are there to advertise for a tattoo parlor..

These workers was sitting around laughing and this place is trashed and smells bad never in years have I seen it like that so I say something and the girl working said she dont work there shes just filling in LOL they should be ashamed and earn their money to make it comfortable for the shoppers if you ask me
