L.A. is so knowledgeable about all that he has stocked where it's at and asked questions to make sure you have everything your going to need to complete the job before you. He isn't driven by greed. He truly is there to help anyone that comes into the store. He has a very large variety of things so if you need it he just might have it. I enjoy every time I go to Big M Hardware.

Not sure who others have spoken with but the elderly man that was there today was very pleasant. They have anything you could be looking for in a hardware store but be prepared to search for it if they don't know right off the bat. Overall a good place and a great way to save a trip to Lowe's. I'll be back again.

Very friendly people. Huge selection of everything you can think of concerning hardware, almost rivals Home Depot, I've never been there and not found what I was looking for, and I've been there a lot. Prices are a little high but what you would expect from a store that's independently owned. Try It, I promise you'll love it.

I purchased something at Lowe's to fix our toilet wrong size but so thankful they were 🙏 open and had the right part and half thr price! Happy thanks giving! I'm so thankful for a local business

Condescending and arrogant. They do not give refunds. My last purchase broke before I could put it together. Didn't ask for refund but a replacement. I was told "no, because I tightened it too much." I tightened it by hand, no tools.

Being near the Grantville, it's refreshing to have a hardware store that feels and maintains that old timey feel. Not the largest selection, but you can always find what you need to complete a task
