I took my time trying to decide what milker to buy for my goats. Any questions I had they answered not knowing if I'd buy or not. While everyone else has waiting times of 4-12 weeks to deliver after ordering Mitty ships as soon as money goes through. I did have one small piece that got damaged in shipment. But since I was in shipping I understand what product goes through. I contacted them and they sent me a replacement piece that arrived just a few days later. Their product is perfect and I am very glad I found them. The machine will last longer than I keep milking I am sure. Great product. Just ordered another part at 8 pm one night and it shipped the next morning. Service, quality, and made in USA with quick service is not easy to find.

1/10/23. I ordered a TJK1-PS single cow milker. Delivery came via freight damaged. Driver was rude and opened package after I refused delivery. Emailed Mitty supply explaining what happened. Received a prompt and courteous reply rectifying the situation. The customer service alone from this company prompts a five star review in my opinion. I will update my review when I receive the new milk machine.Thank you so much Mitty Supply.

Came to know about them from a friend who was already using their products. So I had no doubt in mind that I need to buy my Cream Separator from Mittysupply.com. The machine runs smooth like butter. Remember I am writing this after extensively using this for 6 months. Very delighted to buy the product at a reasonable cost(Way too less compared to eBay). Purchased the TKKC 2-PS two goat milker. Our machine arrived much faster than expected (days after order, not weeks). Since we were not ready to milk yet we left the box unopened and stored for a month. When opened we found we were missing parts. A simple email to Mitty and we had the missing parts 2 days later. Next morning we were milking. Machine works great. Empty udders and Happy Goats. Highly recommend Mitty Supply and their amazing service.
