I spent two nights at this lovely Motel whilst driving through to Orlando. I was on vacation from the UK. This Motel, albeit slightly older property, is set back from the road and is surrounded by well maintained grounds. The Parking lot is ample and you are able to park your car directly in-front of the room (very handy when you have lots of luggage!). The owners (family run) are very polite, courteous and professional. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The rooms were spacious (contained double beds, microwave, refrigerator, desk, place to store luggage and shower over bath). I would definitely recommend this tranquil motel and have already booked a two night stay later this year when we re-visit.

The only reason I didn’t give this hotel a 5 star rating is because the hotel is a bit dated. It was probably pretty back in the day. Keylock entry, deadbolt only lockable from the inside. Easy access from the main road, inbound & outbound. We got a room w/ 2 queen beds. Room has the normal amenities, Tv, mini-fridge, microwave. You could tell the Inn had been refurbished. Our room was clean, well maintained with clean sheets. It had a window unit for A/C didn’t cool as expected but somewhat comfortable. If you need an inexpensive room for a night, the Cherri-o Inn is for you.

Great little old-school motel. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable. During our stay was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Had a couch and a desk. The decor is a little old-school like your grandmother's house but did I mention it was clean and relaxing. Would stay here again without hesitation. Way way better than any City hotel of similar price or even more exspensive.

Grounds were clean. The location was nice. The cleaning staff were friendly.Disliked · The front desk staff put you through interrogation when you check, questioning you multiple times about how many people, regardless of how you answer.While it was clean, it definitely could have used a deep cleaning. They don't make beds daily. They didn't have any non-smoking rooms, and the rooms smelled terrible even though they tried to chemically sover the smoke smell.

It was great! My room was super clean! It was a older lodge! I had no bath tub just a old tile walk in shower! But I was was clean! My sheets on the bed was nicely fited! And I’ll go back when I have to go to a meeting!

Out dated. Let me rephrase: VERY OUT DATED. The beds are not comfortable, the a/c makes too much noise, the bathroom needs a complete overhaul, and although it seemed clean it didn't feel like it was. The towels and toilet paper were very cheap. All accompanied by an actual turn key for the room. I was unaware that they even allowed smoking rooms in the U.S. but they allow it here. Hard pass.

Check-in was easy and front desk attendant was awesome. She respected my late check in wishes as well as 30 min late check out. Rooms were clean and smelled clean despite being a smoking room. I will definitely be back againThat 1st part was on1/27. Fast forward to 4/2 and I was bit up by bed bugs and told it was DONE BY a mosquito. I don't blame them because I've been there several times HOWEVER I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO AT ALL AND WILL NEVER RETURN. Also I dealt with a man this time who was extremely nasty over the phone but was kind in person just to go somewhere and get bit up.

Upon check in the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.After settling into my room I had an issue with my remote control... immediately she (night clerk) was knocking on my door to troubleshoot and resolve my issue.The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable...I was in town for a funeral and needed a good night's sleep to unwind and rest up...and THAT is exactly what I got!!!👍👍😁Five Stars and Two Thumbs Up!!!

Because there were so many great reviews of this motel, I called to inquire about a reservation. I am disabled, so I don't talk fast, and sometimes I have to clear my throat, cough, or swallow in between words due to my dysphagia disabilty condition. The female who answered the phone very rudely hung up on me while I was in the middle of a sentence to ask about ADA rooms.Very rude. I called back and she told me her name was Patel. She said the owner is named Patel, too but he was not there and she said she is not the owner's wife but her name is Patel, too.I don't think I will ever know if that is a good motel or not, but so far, it is not. There are other, nice motels in that area. I will not waste my time with that one again.

Owner is nice, attentive and check in process was simple and timely! The room surprised me because at this good rate I thought I'd be entering a basic basic basic motel but the room was clean, no bugs, everything was intact, fridge and microwave clean, shower good, and tv good size and functional. As a travel nurse who also takes classes online I appreciated the desks in the room! Even a vanity with mirror on wall. I appreciate the positive vibes and how quiet it was. AC nice and cold. I would recommend this motel for any needs. I'll return as needed for sure. Thank you to the owner for excellent customer service!!

This great little motel shows pride in ownership. A little dated, however, well maintained, neat as a pin, well manicured grounds. We liked I t so much we stayed on our way home as well.Walkability: A number of things close, however you're walking along a main road.

RUDE RUDE RUDE MANAGEMENT.Where do I start, firstly I had waited for almost 20 mins before someone to show up at front desk. Secondly who runs a motel and doesn’t have a printer for a tax exempt form. These people need to be closed and get a better management.

Very nice Place and i loved they accepted my puppy🐕 Igive this place a 5 ⭐also they were very understanding. I called and told them I was on my way and they had my room waiting on me and my husband. The room was excellent cleaned very big room's. I loved the shower 🚿... Me and my husband will be back soon maybe this weekend.....Also it was very peaceful ☮️ no loud noise. No standing outside the rooms that's what I love a peaceful ☮️ STAY....

I recently stayed at the Cheerio Inn for over 3 months. The rooms were clean and much larger than most. The owners really took pride in the motel, keeping the grounds clean, the facilities in order, and providing friendly courteous service. My crew basically took up the whole hotel and we all slept well, and enjoyed the peace and quiet the Cheeri-o provided. I'd stay there any time. Much thanks to the owners and staff for doing such a great job!

You know what, I'm gonna 5 star this place, because I have only one complaint, and that's that there's no Do Not Disturb hangers for the door, so you're going to get clean towels every day. You walk into your room, and it smells fantastically clean. There's a coffee pot, a microwave, and a mini fridge in the king-bed sized rooms, as well as a desk where you can work, a couch you can sit on, an extra chair just in case, and a coffee table. The TV has like, 200 channels, the showers get wonderfully hot, and there's even a bottle opener mounted on the wall next to the shower. (My friend says this is actually for a clothes line, but it's perfect for opening beer, so do what you want). The heater is a little noisy, and the bathrooms aren't well insulated, so they'll get a little cold in the winter. We had two rooms this stay, and each had a different mural on the wall above the microwave, very pretty work. I recommend this inn as leagues above alternative options in town. It's a great bargain. Just make sure you bring your own shampoo.

Room 30 was infested with bed bugs. Woke up with my arm welted up. No do not disturb signs in room. Lady came in and went through my things while I was gone. Took my towels and didn’t replace them. Came to my room after I got off work to argue with me about a mistake she made in the computer. I had to video the entire incident. My Expedia booking said three night and she only charged me for two. She came to the room stating that I lied about my stay when it was still showing up in the system exactly how I booked it. She demanded money and when I didn’t comply she called some man who then proceeded to approach my room door in an aggressive manner to argue with me and tell me to leave. They stand outside the doors listening and watching which made me very uncomfortable. Do not stay here.

Very nice, clean and friendly, reminds me of the nice motels we stayed in when I traveled as kid. I have stayed there several different times and each time has been great. There is a farm restaurant just a couple of miles out of town that is good to eat at, and the pecans from just across the road at Mascots are great, and have been my gift of choice for years now.
