First time coming. I will be ordering from here for all my crickets and worms I’m about an hour and some mins out worth the drive crickets are great my lizards love them. Very great quality. Friendly people. I’m happy to know where the crickets come from. Let me go in and choose the size. Will be ordering some crickets and worms online from this place. ❤️ thank you it’s so nice to find a good feeder here in GA not too far from me.

Ordered 500 1/2 in crickets on Saturday afternoon. Arrived Thursday night w maybe 100. Been using Armstrong crickets since 1997- accidentally used the Louisiana office. Clearly big difference btw the 2. Very disappointed. Now have to look for new place and spend 3x money to feed hungry animals. Attempted to keep this private but their email wouldn’t work.

First order was fine. Second order was supposed to be for 500 worms only got 200 max. Paypal did not protect. Zero communication from them. Buyer beware..I was willing to pay for what they sent. But they just took it all.

I have been buying crickets exclusively from Armstrong for quite some time now. My order is always correct and my crickets arrive live, with very, very few dead ones. There have been a few times where the delivery service has messed, and each time, the Armstrong staff has been incredibly kind and gracious, replacing orders that have been ruined through fault of the delivery service. Now, you can even choose the delivery service, and my experience is only bound to get better. They're quick to return emails, and whenever a call has been necessary, I've always felt like they genuinely care about their customers and their satisfaction. It's a very positive experience.

This was my first time ordering from Armstrong Crickets and I was impressed. I’ve been having a lot of issues trying to find Superworms in bulk for a reasonable price and not sold out. Ordered early Monday morning and received my Superworms the next day! Prices are very reasonable and shipping was fast. Would recommend anyone looking to buy feeders. Will buy my future Superworms from Armstrong’s again!

My dad had used them once before and everything was decent. I ordered and called about 4 days before a snow storm, we run a small exotics rescue. I received 2 personal calls to ensure that they would be there on time, they were overnighted with no additional charge! We really appreciate what you guys did for our little ones, I know they do! I have been a long-time customer of Armstrong Crickets and up until this last order, have always been very pleased. For this most recent order, we asked for 500 mealworms, with an order of worm chow.Roughly half the worms had progressed to be beetles and roughly half the beetles were dead. The food in with the worms was moldy and rotten; entire package had a foul odor to it and we ended up throwing a lot of it out. The worm chow looked old and partially moldy, we ended up throwing all of it out.As I said, we’re a long-time customer of Armstrong Crickets and we’ve always been pleased. I don’t know what happened with this particular order, but it was awful. I’m posting this not so much to complain, but in the hopes Armstrong can look at your quality process and make improvements so something like this does not go out the door again.Thank you.Cheryl Mitchell-HaynesAntioch,TN.

Having Been with this company for six years, I am always happy and impressed with their absolute top quality worms and customer service, and their knowledge with care for the insects! Live-animal transporting is not an easy business, but Armstrong Crickets makes it the most professional set up that I have ever experienced comparing to many others I used. Ordering never over in 10 seconds precisely, as it is my weekly routine for feeding all my fronyard wildbirds; the ladies do not even need to take any of my information but only by recognizing my voice. The have become part of my life!!! Thank you Armstrong Crickets!!!(The opinion is also approved by my friend using the service recommended by me)

Have been buying mealworms and waxworms from this company for a number of years in my work as a wildlife rehabber for songbirds. Shipments contains generous content (they don't sell 10,000 worms and send 5,000). On a few rare occasions, when the shipment arrived damaged, the staff replaced it immediately without questions or comments. Couldn't do rehab without them!

MY CRICKETS ARRIVED DEAD! Terrible customer service, refused to refund me the ASTRONOMICAL shipping that they charge and will not refund me for the DEAD product that they shipped. They blamed it on me not spending MORE money on shipping. I was a 1st time customer and will be taking my business to THE BUG COMPANY
