I have used this particular PetSmart for almost 4 years for my Labradoodle. Everyone has done an EXCEPTIONAL job, except for Tiffany. I have never had a complaint from any other goomer until she started, and now all appointments I schedule are times when it is too busy, and she calles to cancel my appointment. She said I need to dope up my dog, so she's completely relaxed for grooming. Maybe she needs to look into another profession?I understand that this is not a job for everyone, but maybe you need to have exclusions under your name if there are certain breeds you don't "like" to do.

This is my pet store. I get my dry catfood here. It's the store brand called Authority, good stuff! I also buy Dr Elsey's cat litter which I discovered because an associate told me about it after I explained my disappointment with Tidy Cat changing their litter, multiple times, all if them seem to have fragrance and I don't want to smell the litterbox no matter what! Always helpful however sometimes they are short handed, over all a good place to shop.
