TeddyBear needed a bath. Wash stations were clean, before TeddyBear had a bath. Shampoo supplied left him clean, fresh, and fluffy soft. The wash stations are a great level especially for me with a spinal cord implant and other spine issues. All supplies needed were included. I purchased the discount card for 5 baths. Great value. I definitely will use this now as groomers are great but expensive. My new go to place for TeddyBear

I was just in there Saturday to add a new pet to the family. I was torn between a scorpion or a hamster (big difference I know). Alex was able to point me in the right direction and ended up on deciding to get a Scorpion. Alex helped us with tank, the care and accessories we needed to appropriately keep the scorpion. Even with all the questions I had he was really patient and helpful and very knowledgeable. We left with a new baby and added knowledge to keep Spider-Man healthy (name was Badbill). I highly recommend this place. All the staff was really nice and kept and wonderful atmosphere!

I come in here often to get supplies for my cat and I always make sure to get help from Logan. He is so kind, funny, and always extremely helpful. All employees should strive to be like him. I hope you guys value your good employees and give this one a raise!!!!!

This was my first visit to PSP. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. I asked a few questions while there and they were either answered immediately or another staff member was located to assist with the answer. I felt like I was the only customer in the store.Goodbye PetCo and PetSmart, I have a new home for all of my puppy needs.

Mayshia and Destiny are hands down amazing at their job, friendly and helpful. The selection of pet supplies there and the treats is a plus! I love bringing my dog to the all inclusive pet wash to get clean. They do a great job keeping the supplies stocked to make washing super easy. Thanks so much for your help!! Favorite place to bring my dogs to. Ashley has been an absolute help every time I visit this store. She remembers my dogs names and they get excited to see her too. She goes out of her way to make sure to make it an outstanding experience every single time. This girl needs a raise ASAP.

I have never posted a negative online review but felt I needed to tell my experience. I took my Westie in for a groom after getting a recommendation from a neighbor. I should have examined him before paying and leaving the store because after getting in the car and taking a closer look, I was really disappointed. He had places on his neck where his skin was showing, the hair on one side of his face was over a half a inch longer than the other side and the whole cut was uneven and filled with gaps. Needless to say, he will never be groomed here again.

Heard about the store through Facebook and decided to try it out. I have a white Cavachon and I bought the full package for nails, shower, and grooming. The groomer was perfect and even gave me tips on brushing. Variety of the store was amazing and I would definitely go again. Here is the before and after

I had a horrible experience at pet supplies plus April 25th 2024 Took my dog to get her nails trimmed and they cut all the way down to her quick and she was bleeding and they also did a horrible job on her nails the staff were extremely rude contacted the manager who didn't seem to really care I will not be bringing my dog back to this store or shopping here ever

I just wanted to say that this was the best experience I’ve had in a very long time taking my pet to get groomed. The groomers are excellent and do a magnificent job! As soon as I walked in everyone greeted me with a smile and the store manager helped me by walking around with me and had a lot of great suggestions and advice on products. All of the staff were helpful and friendly and the morale and dynamic of the team was positive and fun and you could tell they enjoy what they do and enjoy working as a team!I will definitely be coming back from now on and will recommend this store to everyone!

I was in a week ago and bought several dog treats for my dogs, and this one particular brand had made all 3 of my dogs sick, constantly having nasty runny diarrhea, they each had two maybe 3 treats. I’ve never had any issues giving them anything! I called and asked if there was a way to swap for a different brand to equal or less value and the lady said since it was opened I couldn’t return it.. well how in the world am I suppose to know something is going to give my pets runny, smelly, disgusting diarrhea all day long to where I’m having to steam clean my carpets 2-3 times a day! You guys will not get my business anymore, at least Petsmart would have swapped the bag for me!

Bought a Andis easy clip clipper, failed after 1 dog. The manager wouldn’t exchange it for another one. They said I would have to ship it to the maker to get it fixed. Avoid this store!!

I love this Pet store, primarily because I can bring my dog here and I can wash him myself on the self dig wash for $14. They give you shampoo, towels and the dryer, you need to bring your own brushes. O can find everything I need for my pets here as well. Specialty food, supplements, treats toys…. And more.

Clean store. Loved the dog bathing area which is self serve or you can have them do it. The store personnel were polite. For the small size of the store there was a good and wide selection of pet food.

Friendly staff who are always willing to assist. The store is always clean and tidy. Prices are a tad higher than competitors but they do price match. I prefer Pet Supplies Plus over any other pet stores in my area.

Poor management and staff. NO training at all. Employees talks bad about other employees in front of new hires thats all i heard for 8 hrs. Do not reccommend working here this place needs new management and someone whos willing to train associates instead of just leaving them and expecting them to know what to do.When the employees say dont bring your dog to be groomed here because they hurt your animals makes me second guess this whole store. No teamwork between employees just constant complaining. Worst experience as a job.

Didn't walk the entire store..the cat area is where I went. Nice selection of dry & wet food. Tried a couple of house brand wet. My cat liked it.Staff was eager to help with any questions. Clean. Aisles a bit tight though. But, most pet stores are too.

Highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus in Gainesville. It’s a newly opened store in our neighborhood. The shelves are fully stocked and prices are good. Most notable is the customer service. Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about merchandise. No question goes unanswered and assistance is always provided. All employees appear to be animal lovers. It was pleasure to stop in for my dog supplies and and the best bath and grooming !!!
