Scott Rucker did an amazing job with my dog Molly. Dropped her off for basic obedience and off leash training. It’s so great for the dog & I to let her off leash and be a dog but have near full control. My dog works with me trucking the country so this was one of the best investments ever and they did a great job. If u want good people, great results here ya go. Having a well trained dog is so good for everyone including the dog. We’re so busy that we don’t come home much but their facility is great for a visit or boarding also. Thank you guys and forgive us for never stopping by. We’re never home anyway! Always new adventures and life to live.

This place is very well run. The people really like their job of taking care of our furry kids. And spend some time there at the cafe juice bar while your dog has fun. Wish my local place had some of the amenities Fido's does.

We are new to Gainesville and have been there twice. Ziva, our wire hair terrier, got a wash and grooming. On her second visit she boarded and stayed the night. Staff is friendly and connected with dogs immediately. Noticed that staff was very attentive and supervised dogs when they were playing in the community areas. Ziva was excited to see us when we picked her up but took a really good nap when we got home! Signs of a happy girl who had a good time!

My Corgi boy looked great. The mud mask really helps get all his loose undercoat to reduce his everyday shedding.

We where told the majority of my dogs time spent here is going to be stuck in a caged box that he cant even streatch out in 80% of the time he is there!!! (7hours)!!!. I asked if that is really what im paying for..? You call that babysitting..? They said he may get a 5 minute walk.. Never coming back!

Hi there… we are Judd and Memphis and we don't have thumbs so we asked our mama to put in a review for Fido's world. We love it there and they love us! We always get the best care and the best love and hugs and scratches and pets while we're there and we always have fun playing with all our friends.

We started using fidos world around 5 years ago with our first dog and she absolutely loved every minute of it! She was always super excited when it was daycare day and she loved all the staff! I know they miss her as much as we do. Therefore, we knew when we got our new puppy that we would take her to Fidos from the start. The staff is fantastic, friendly, and communicates well! Our pup has a ton of fun every day she is there and always leaves with a tired, happy, goody grin on her face! She is an anxious and quirky aussie, so when she gets that wiggle butt and excited squeaks you know its a five paws up from the whole family!

Love their doggie wash stations. We have a black lab. It is so easy to wash her in their elevated washing tubs. They have all the supplies you need , shampoo, conditioner, cream rinse, towels, air dryers, the works. Saves your back. Great for winter washing. After the bath, enjoy a coffee and relax with your dog.

Just boarded our Australian Labradoodle for the first time ever and she seemed to have had the best time! My boyfriend and I were a little sad she didn't seem like she missed us! Haha we were so surprised to see she even came back smelling good and worn out from playing. They have great rates and seem to really love dogs. Will be using them again!

Unfortunately I had high hopes for Fidos World. I will say they gave all food and medications properly, but all 5 of our dogs that boarded there did end up with kennel cough. They also all came home with the most awful smell and it took our groomer 4 baths just to sort of get the smell out, it was like they were living in their pee and poop. Our senior dog also came home limping badly, even though we send his bed with him but we aren’t even sure if they used it, He also had diarrhea the whole time and when we picked him up his butt was matted with poop and the groomer had to end up shaving it off because of how thick it was, and he lost a lot of weight and only informed us when we picked him up. We also called to check on them and ask for pictures multiple times, and never got a straight forward update or any pictures at all even though they kept telling us they would get back to us and send some to us. Personally, there are a lot of better options you can look for. We boarded them here as a last minute reservation when our other fell through and would rather bring them with us then board them here.

Our dog came home with Kennel Cough after a two day stay. Picked him up on Sunday and symptoms developed on Wednesday. They were apologetic when I called and told them and said they would be sure they disinfected the area where my dog was boarded. That's good, but my dog is in an only dog home and is not around other dogs and had not been around other dogs prior to his visit. I hope they sanitize more than just where our dog was because he didn't bring it in to the facility.

My goldendoodle is 6 months old and pulling me around like I'm his pet! We went to 1 class and have already been doing so well! Rucker training is well worth the money and I would recommend anyone that needs some puppy obedience to seek this place out.

Scott Rucker is amazing with training! Loki (my pitsky) came back a while new dog! Scott was amazing through the whole process (new puppy mom). Also had Loki groomed! She is amazing and they use very holistic and organic products for grooming as well. That was a big perk for me! Loki loves them!

The Fido’s world family is wonderful. I love their friendliness and cleanliness of the store, the DIY grooming and Jacob’s coffee. Scott works miracles with dogs and even puppy parents. Thank you for your support with mine and Bailey’s journey to become an effective team.

I brought my dog here for her first day of daycare and neither of us were disappointed!! With myself having worked in the dog daycare/boarding industry, I'm picky when it comes to where I bring my girl for the day. Fido's World really seems like the perfect place!!! She is still on cloud 9 from her day of playing. Jacob, the trainer, is super kind and helpful also. Dutchess can't wait to come back to play again soon!

Wonderful people with wonderful skills. I took my little Shiba in to get her nails trimmed, and they were so gentle with her, she barely made a sound. My husband and I just moved to the area 2 weeks ago and I can already tell this is the place we will take Zula for all her needs. Thank you guys so much!

I absolutely LOVE this place. It is always clean and well kept. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is well taken care of. They are excited to see my pup everyday he comes in! He loves going to doggy daycare! 10/10 recommend!

I am really hesitant to leave a review. I’m not the type to typically make a fuss about much. However, it’s been 3 weeks since we picked up our puppy and I can’t shake the feeling of the condition our sweet pup was in at pickup. Fido’s came highly recommended to us as we searched high and low for a place to board our sweet pup while we were away. I called several places and asked lots of questions. I chose Fido’s World because of the daycare option and knowing our pup would get a minimum of 6 hours of play per day felt like a huge bonus in my eyes. I scheduled the dates for drop off and pick up over the phone. The person I spoke to was very nice and answered all my first-time-puppy-mom questions wonderfully.A week before drop off I reached out by phone just to confirm everything and check again about the items needed to bring with my pup. It was there that the gentleman broke the news that in fact my pup didn’t qualify for the daycare because he wasn’t neutered. That was a bummer to find out. Especially since I asked a dozen questions to the gal that booked my reservation in the first place. I was crushed to not have him have interaction while we were gone but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Surely they’d give him plenty of human interaction. I mean he’s a 6 month old teddy bear type puppy who loves people. The day of drop off is where the first red flag hit. They didn’t even have his reservation for the correct DATE! They had zero clue that we were coming . On their paper, the dates were all messed up and had dates that made zero sense. No one even bothered to call and confirm or ask. I should have just turned around and walked out at that point . But I didn’t. We were in route to our vacation. I had a car full of luggage and kids.During our 2 nights apart I emailed to check on him and to confirm a pickup time, because they never even told me when they closed or when to be there by.When we returned to pick up our sweet pup, he was in awful condition! He smelled something fierce. He was completely crunchy and it was apparent that he had peed or pooped or vomited and then sat in it. No one bothered to clean him. It breaks my heart to know that someone obviously knew that there was a mess and they did nothing about it. As the young lady walked him to me, I asked what was all over him. Her response was, “I have no clue what he got into…” I mean really, he’s in a 4x6 suite and you have no clue what he got into? I wish I would have done something more in person but all my children were with me. I wanted to just take my dog and go. And that’s what I did.Super bummed about this whole situation. Not sure why he wasn’t cared for properly. Were their numbers too high? Was he over looked? I’ll never know. But what I do know, is that I tell everyone I know about my experience and I’ll never return.

It’s such a great feeling to know I can send my sweet girl to day care or board her here and she’ll be safe, play hard and have fun. The staff love my girl & take great care of her. I check on her on the web cams and it’s common to see staff playing with her & other dogs, hugging & sitting with her.The facility is clean, & the staff is friendly to humans & loves the pups here. I tell everyone how happy I am to have Fido’s World in our community!

We have gone to Fidos World for 5 years now and it feels like home! They love our dogs like their own, and alway have the most welcome smile when we walk in the door! Even on their busiest days and season, they make us feel welcome! We wouldn’t take our dog anywhere else!!!

We have used Fidos World since our dog was about 6 months old. We have boarded her several times and use “doggy daycare” about 1x week. We also used Rucker’s training. We have never had any issues with our dog or the staff. They know her by name and our dog is always excited to go to play with her friends. We have observed the daycare web cams off and on while we were out of town and have had no issues. I would recommend.

I have been a customer of Fido's World for a while. We used Scot Rucker to train our dog there, and I was happy with his service. I am not happy with Fido's World and won't be using them going forward. The bottom line is they are not honest. I have been using them for day care for my dog. Lately, however, they have been doing a really poor job of communicating. I understand that dogs don't always get along and have to be segregated. But it isn't worth $25 to have them lock the dog in a kennel for a day. I can do that at home for free. What I expect is that they will be honest that there is a problem. Instead they avoid saying anything in an effort to keep collecting money from me. When I told them that I was disappointed to be hearing that my dog doesn't do well in daycare they claimed that they had made me aware on numerous occasions that there was a problem. That simply isn't true.If you don't expect honesty from them you will do fine with Fido's World. But honesty and communication are not their strong suits.

Todays pick up was utter shocking, so much so I’m scared and feel threatened. I’ll start by admitting that Friday when I dropped off my two dog I was in distress and complete frustration because of my vet. Which had nothing to do with Fidos world. Because of my frustration I acted poorly but I made sure before I left them to make admins with my tale between my legs, which everyone was understanding. The scary part was when I went to pick up my dogs. I had every intention of apologizing again so I asked for the manager when I walked in. I never had the chance of getting a single word out before the owner told me and my husband that we are not allowed to bring our dogs there again, and that apologizes are not acceptable when a customer is frustrated. ( mind you this frustration had nothing to do with Fidos world) In completed shock we left before we noticed our dogs were keep outside for the day. We asked when we made our reservations if the dogs could stay inside due to the nasty weather for the weekend because they are scared of storms. I also found a few teeth marks on my little dog who was in daycare. I do recommend this location or any Fidos world if you wish to board your family pets at a nice Christian facility. I will have no choice but to report my problem to the American kennel Association board in order for something to get resolved. That is not the result I wanted. I much prefer if a civil conversation could have taken place. But again the owner we spoke to had made up her mind and gave us no chance to talk or speak a word. Good luck to all the stay there we wish you the best.In response to your message about my review. Your lying by saying I’m berated you and slapped the counter. I did not do anything in that manner. I would never hit anything or anyone. As for my dog being left outside they were visible wet when I got in the car. In addition to add to my original review you seem to have a very suspicious way of of covering your tracks by putting rags over the cameras that are supposed to be available 24 seven as advertised on your website. That kind of action can only mean you are hiding something weather it be the mistreat of dog. When I called and asked what that was about yhalls never stright answer. All is well though the authorities have already been contacted and are investigating your facility as we speak good luck to your future endeavors and business.

We have boarded our Great Dane at Fido's World several times over the past year, and every time our Dog is healthy and clean upon pick-up and the staff exceeds our expectations. The Fido's World Groomer does a fantastic job with our giant dog's nails! An added bonus of Fido's world is the seamless integration with Rucker's Dog Training School. Their Board and Train and Board and Review options are an incredible value and, in our own experience, has resulted in a well mannered and responsive pup.The facility is immaculately clean every time we drop by well maintained.

Late review. We boarded our dog during the summer. Thankfully we chose room with a camera for our dog. We saw multiple issues during that time. Our dog has extreme anxiety which we told about and we noticed that she has not been attended to after being dropped in her cage. She did not have water after an hour, we called to tell them to give her water and they said they will. After an hour we wanted to check on our dog and she still did not have any water. She was panting really bad and we were concerned she might be dehydrated so we called again and finally someone gave her water. These issues with water and food kept repeating multiple times and I feel like we had to make over 5-6 calls over 3 days period for them to ensure our dog is treated well.I appreciate them offering camera so we can see our dog however I think the treatment they did for our dog could have handled better.
