Store needs employees who works not just the one lady. She can’t do it all. I go in all the time she is the only one I see working. The floor is ridiculous with stuff on carts sitting everywhere you can’t even walk through the store. How they supposed to put it away if they only have one employee?

ehh okay place to shop at. Lived here 15 years and been to this dollar general a while. This dollar general is trashed up and not organized the old lady with glasses is disrespectful to me and my kids. I recommend you to not come and go to a better store than this. 🚮

Hate going in this place cause I always buy more than I expected to. LolGreat place to shop as long as it's not the Gillsville store.They NEVER PUT STUFF UP !!!!! IT'S ALWAYS PACKED WITH BUGGIES OF MERCHANDISE THEY WON'T PUT UP BECAUSE THERE LAZY !!!!!

Got accused of stealing, by the rude old lady with glasses. I had just paid with the other cashier and was on my way out the door. I did not have time to confront that day. However, when I returned and made a comment about the old lady accusing me of stealing the other cashier, who I believe was the manager as well as she was the cashier that wrung me up during the date of accusation, just nodded and shrugged like a “ what do you want me to do.” This is not the first time in the 7 years of living here that this old lady had issues with me. As a person of color who has no need to steal and has been a return customer, I absolutely think this lady is racist! I will be reaching out to corporate as well and hopefully we can shop in peace

My daughter is in a wheelchair and wasn’t able to get down any aisle in this store because they had so many carts of merchandise that needed to be put out blocking all of the aisles.

This store is usually always at least a little busy. They do a good job of getting people through the line. The cashier's and Manager are always friendly and helpful. Most Dollar Generals always look like a hurricane rolled through but they do a good job of keeping the store as neat and presentable as possible.

Never going back again. Old cashier lady was rude af last time I went. Several friends have told me she’s always like that. Place is always messy & unstocked, has been like that for weeks! Boxes of merchandise everywhere, but looks like too lazy to put them up. Husband had to dig through boxes to find what he needed no help from employees.

Good location decent selection of items when your in a pinch. The time you have to wait in line is ridiculous, 1 line open and the line is back to the isle. They need both register's open. Cashier's are usually friendly and helpful, not their fault they don't have enough help

This store is rediculous!! Used to be organized!! It’s a mess. Workers are rude not helpful! U can’t walk in the aisle. Nothing is EVER stocked. Boxes are still in the aisle with merchandise in them! I go to the one in Gillsville now!! Management evidently don’t care about this store.

Always with a goodly amount of shoppers. A bit of this and a pinch of that. One can even shop for the evenings supper there. There in house brands are as good as name brand stuff. If you can't find they will happily come from around and get you to the sweet or savory you crave or the washing up liquid after you've made a mess. Nice staff

Dollar General. How was it? I need much more space AND I'm sorry.that.i have one photos. One new untrained cashier, one person who knows what he's doing. One other person. At least a dozen customers. 9 of them in line at cashier. Everyone overwhelmed. The store aisles were a complete mess: stock all over the floor. One real good thing. I w there to take my elderly friend. As we approached the checkout, two young people let us in front of them, so the young lady aheD of them. I smiled and thanked them sincerely. Yes, I was wearing my mask. Thing considered, we lal did the best we could... thanks for reading. StayWell

If you need to get to a store nearby that you would normally go to a big box store for,this is the place. Stock regularly shelved by people specific to that task while the cashiers do their jobs. They were restocking while I was there. Reasonably priced, good locations, nice staff and a goodly selection of stuff. What's not to like??

I loved shopping here sometime ago, but now a days the shelves are bare and a person has trouble walking around the store due to the carts of merchandise that needs put up. This store is slacking, but it looks like ALL the stores in the area are.

This Store in Hilmar Ca, is always well organized and very clean. They have great deals on items and are well stocked. Service always moves quickly even if there is only one cashier. I truly enjoy shopping at this location.

There is a young lady that works there named Jennifer, I want her to know I love her and she is the best.We shop at this store daily because she is a employee and we love it. It's the most continent place to shop, and they have everything you may want to buy or need.Thanks DG

Was a everyday customer till 9/8/19 went in to grab just a few things with my son (7yrs )He had no shoes on but hes a boy and a outside type of boy and was told rudely that he needed shoes or he cant be in here. I will never come back. The lady who stopped her duty just to come to the back of store to be rude to me and my son I will never come back to this store

This store is absolutely a MESS!! In need of new management ASAP! Expect to see carts full with merchandise in every aisle, never stocked! I usually never write reviews but this is ridiculous....

Sometimes you just need some snackey snacks this is the perfect place for it. Especially since it's only 5 mins away, 5 stars all the way. I've never had a problem here and the staff are always friendly

Pleasant neighborhood feel. Quick and easy to run in and pick up simple everyday essentials when you're on the way home from work or school and don't have time to get to the grocery store or pharmacy.

We order nachos bellgrande and paid extra for extra sour cream, they didn't put anything extra and also bearly had meat. It was mostly beans and cheese. Not good at all the order was $18 . Food throw to the trash.

Why run a ad .I got up to check out.I told the man it was on sale .I dont need to waste my time and gas for this screwed up store.I could have showed him .He refuse to help me no wonder I shop less and less at this store.I used to come in there alot .Fed up .He had run it up he could careless.

I really like this location there are a lot of IV vitamin C in most Dollar General and they have a decent Low Grocery refrigerated area.

This is not a dollar store but a full mini super market inside of a Target model. Was amazed when I went inside the store I was shocked. Good prices and options too.

Can't go wrong with dollar general.beats going to Walmart and Waite a long time.u can find pretty much everything here and at a decent price.just need more cashiers
