The store closed at 5 p.m. in Franklin Georgia the excuse was they were short staffed this happened Friday the 22nd of December we were very disappointed and it put us in a bad predicament so thanks a lot 😡

I don't understand why this store says there open till 10 when they close at random times. If your not gonna be open like it says on hours sign then y'all need to get people that will work and do the job.

This store has become frustrating because they close prematurely at random times, and they will close in the middle of the day to restock The store. If the store isn’t going to be consistently open at the hours listed, an edit should be made to the google listing.

Clean store and employee's are nice and helpful. They help you find what your looking for if they have it.. usually in most Dollar Generals they just tell you they don't have it instead of helping..Ive been to a lot of different Dollar Generals around GA. In my eyes this one is the best.

The worst customer service ever!!!! No one to work register, self check out broken, could not find help so my husband walked to back to find some one to help and lady co.e out yelling at my husband that he couldn't go into break room, he tried to explain he was trying to find help. I told her we would not spend our money in that place with the way she was talking to us. Worst experience ever

A nice new store. Unfortunately, most of the customers are ignoring the sign on the door "masks required" and other customers were much too close during our check out. Not sure what they can do to stop the non compliance by jerk customers.

I had stopped by there at 4:50 had plenty of time to do what was needed but they was closing up early, I live 2 hours away and was only down for Thanksgiving and the lady working went to yell something, I replied ma'am she yelled back we are closed, I said ma'am im only coming in after a chew bown for my dog(which I knew where they was so I would have been in and out in no time) she replied yelling back at me WE ARE CLOSED NOOOO! So understand if and when you're rude to your customers please understand you loose customers, I will not be going back to this dollar general!

I've generally found everything I need at this location. It's good for basics you might need in a hurry and the prices are generally comparable to the local grocery stores. Convenient if you don't want to make the drive to a Wal-Mart.

Since the loss of our manager, they left the new manager in a rough spot. Hes trying his best but actually needs people willing to work and do their job instead of chatting with customers and twiddling their thumbs.

Awesome, lived in Franklin Ga for 12 yrs. Did a lots of business at the old store, and now the new store. Managers, employees have always been super nice and the store cleaned.

The girl name Alisha was very rude. Another girl that was the cashier said things on the table were 70% off, when she rung them up this Alisha said on no its only the green dot things, I told her that's not what the sign said she just huffed and turned around, as my husband and I went to get in our car she made a new sign saying green dot only! When we let I sure was glad to see the Family Dollar store, I just moved here from Kentucky and thought people here were supposedly friendly! Won't be going back there!

It'd a general store. They have a petty decent digital coupon program. No card, just type in your number. The stores are often messy and understaffed though, which can make for a frustrating trip.
