The location of this Dollor General is great. Because of its locaton I don't have to drive to Columbus to get must have like medicine, toilet paper, etc. It has great prices and you would be surprised what all it has to offer especially during a holiday. The only issue I have is the customer service is a hit or miss. I will still continue to keep coming back here.

Convenience is the only good thing I can say. Cashier Tyler is very rude and needs to take training in customer service. When I went to check out. He didn't smile or say a word. Not even the amount I owed.... he didn't say squat....then after I got home I had bought some cleaner.... to find it all spilt out in the bag. Solution went all over my cabinet, my floor and ruined my daughters shirt.... I was a mess to clean up....Most of the time they are out if Milk and Sugar and dog food ! Wish it was a better place to shop !!!!

As a marketer these stores need help. I can't seem to go into a single dollar general that doesn't look like it's going through a restocking crisis. I mean I understand why they are stereotyped the way they are. The store looks aesthetically bad, the shelves always look bare or unorganized but it gets a 3 because the people are nice and I found what I was looking for. Dollar General don't keep the coins to yourself, you can afford to hire someone just for stocking purposes. Those ladies can't do both stocking and cashiering and receiving. To be the closest thing to a grocery where homes are 15 min or more away from a decent grocery store you can do better. I mean that's a opportunity to level up.

Convenient and helpful .... Except one girl (cashier). She wouldn't help her co worker get us propane. The helpful one had to run the register and go outside to get propane. The helpful one deserves a raise. The other one deserves a new job that she actually likes so she will be nice .

Make sure you get all your purchases. I bought food and dishwasher tabs. I got home and had no dish tabs. probably because she bag them separate from the food...she asked would you like your receipt and dumb me I said no! I called they said none was left behind. With no receipt I’m out of luck just lost $6.00! 😡

Store manager, Tabatha, is always smiling. Every one who works there is always ready to help and they make it a pleasure to shop there. 5+stars.I wish all the stores I shop at was that nice.

Few staff on duty plus cashier named Ashley was on a personal call while working register. Made no attempt to be polite or not even a "did you find everything ok"

Store filthy, no customer service. Manager Alica, very rude, timing about customers out loud. They have a dog toy at the counter for you to squeeze to get their attention. Manager does not know how to do her job. I had to call a friend who is a manager at a different location to tell the manager how to enter a coupon.

Good prices and good selection of $1 items that are comparative to the Dollar Tree. They also have a reasonable selection of food items so you don't have to go to a large grocery store; worth it to shop here first.

I'm always greeted by the clerks when I enter the store or encounter one while shopping. At checkout, the clerk always asks if I've found everything that I need. Superb customer service!

Line was long employees just standing there talking at the door. The one line open started acting up and the cashier rudely demands the other one talking to open up and she sat there with a blank stare for a few minutes before opening up to check me out then walked off leaving the line still waiting. Never experienced this at this location before.

This was my first visit to this store. I like that it was located off the mulberry exit 19 and a half a mile down the road. The staff was very friendly and the clearance prices were awesome! I will stop by this store again when we go to visit our family 😊

A lot of boxes in the Isle. It has been a few time there is no cashier up front. They are in the back or smoking up front. Love the convince and prices. Life save .

Great store. One of the larger floorplans. Good inventory, courteous staff. It is in a rural area and serves the community well. I shop there often.

This is a go to when you don't want to drive back into town store. It seems that is a burden on the employees to have to wait on you here. Don't even bother with the clearance items, the never ring up right.

As with most DG the service can be improved a lot, so very slow, not enough cashiers, most employees are out on the floor or hiding in back.
