As soon as I walk in the cashier shouts "The system is down," and she practically shooed me out of the store like a pest and then locks the door. Not only was she rude about the situation, but she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.

This store's air conditioner hasn't been working the last 2 visits. Not only is it miserable for the shopping experience. Imagine working in the store all day. Someone needs to shut down the store or fix the air conditioner. I would give no stars just to get someone's attention. Help these workers somebody.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Stephanie to be exact! I was told I couldn’t refund some pull ups I had just checked out with 2/3 hours prior to when I returned to refund them. Receipt was presence!! Not only did I want to refund them.. I was going to ring the same box of pull-ups back up using my $5 smart coupon! My daughter & I was followed out the store by the manager that was stating she wanted to fight. She also was on the phone telling someone that she could do the refund/transaction, but that she wasn’t going to do so. Since when you make your own rules??? I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR IN THIS STORE!!! Need new management ASAP!!!

Family Dollar has everything in a more comfortable, small, compact place and that makes it easy to go in there and get what you want in about five minutes! I can go in there and have what I need from there quickly nearly every time! They also have a friendly staff on hand in case you can't find it! So check out Family Dollar, it's worth your time!

I just moved here and this is the first Family Dollar I’ve been to and the people there are very friendly and nice and I was short like maybe $.5 Cent and the guy paid it for me. That’s what I’m talking about. We need more people like him in the world. That was very nice....

Here it is 5:10 I’m at the family dollar in fort valley and they have a closed sign on the door …. It’s literally one of the busiest times of day and I can’t stop in and pick up some tissue and what nots because they won’t stay open … they make their own schedule here … smh

It is a typical dollar store. The people, who work there, are nice. The prices are good. The pricing is better with Family Dollar app. You can do digital coupons with the app.

This location in Fort Valley locked their doors at 8:45PM. We couldn’t get some last minute items because The employees wanted to leave early. Won’t be returning. This place gets worse by the day.
