Lee Anne said she was closing and locked the door. It’s 9:52pm when I came and it’s closes at 10pm. She was rude and said she can close whenever she wants. I’m not sure what Dollar General rule that is but that was super unprofessional. The doors say EVERYDAY until 10pm. She locked ur right when I went to the door. It may be time for some extra training.

This Dollar General is great for a quick grocery trip where you don't need but a few things. Not a huge selection but good prices. The rest of the store is larger than other DG's in the area and well stocked. Very clean and limited boxes/inventory blocking aisles which is great! Customer service is adequate but have yet to see a friendly cashier yet.

Dollar General in Fort Valley, Ga allowed an employee to scream at me. When I asked a question the employee was very rude. So I approached management to explain why I felt it was rude to treat customers in such a manner. But I wasn't allowed to speak because the rude employee was standing over me yelling at me. Nothing was done. Just trying to calm down the employee but no thought to the customer he was rude to, screaming at. I was even followed out of the store by the screaming employee. It's such a small town there are not many places to shop. If management won't take care of the customers, are we expected to be yelled at every time we need to go to this store? So rude.

During busy days they really need to open more lanes. And if they do temporarily open a lane they don't turn the register light on so you don't know that you can use them or not. The store is relatively clean, though the middle aisles could be reorganized through the day.

I thought it could be a little cleaner. Most of the people in there are a little rude. It's pretty stuffy and not well organized. There was only two cashiers for the time of day and the one was out for a break and was late coming back. When she came back, she came back with an attitude. Our cashier had to keep calling the manager for voids for customers ahead of us, while calling those customers by name, making comments about the other cashier getting fired... lol... wow. Seemed like everyone knew each other. Small town. Who cares type situation. Yeah. It was ok. I don't think I'll be eating the food.

The parking lot is dirty all the time. The cashier only said one thing to me. "$5.15" not hello, thank you, or good bye. You have to be nice to your customers, or at the very least acknowledge their presence.

Such rude employees always slow and lady at the register MYA was so rude YELLING at me because I didn’t want to walk back to a register that was just closed in my face … got smart when I informed her I was speaking to my daughter and not her … employees like that should be trained betterSO SAD WONT BE BACK WOULD RATHER SHOP IN BYRON

We went there to get some Amonia to clean the carpets with. They didn't have any, so I decided to substitute all purpose cleaning vinegar instead. When we got home I mixed the vinegar and water and put it in the Bissell quick steamer and started to clean the carpets, but the machine malfunctioned and didn't vacuum up the vinegar. It made the whole house smell like vinegar for about three hours, and kind of ruined my day! I think maybe the fates were trying to tell me something. Not Dollar General's fault though. Everyone there was very polite and did their job like you would expect. I will definitely go there again!

my visit at the supermarket was sweet I was in there an out of there less than 25 minutes the place were very neat and clean the service I got were awesome,I recommend this location at this Pacific supermarket to anyone that headed to Georgia that won't to stop by this location in fort valley Georgia trust me you would not regret it

There is usually one cashier working at a time, so it can be quite slow. However, if it does get to the point where there are too many customers, they will unlock another cash register for a bit, until there are less people. Other than that, I come here if I don't want to make a 10-15 minute drive to the Walmart in Perry or Centerville, and if the products I need are relatively simple or generic. It's convenient and can be very helpful. I have no problems with this market.

Nice store, very clean but every time I go they have only one line open to cash people out. So I stand in line an extra ten minutes or more when I shouldn't have to because there are other employees there that can help.

A clean place to shop...but there is always a loonnnngggg line to wait in...Wow...let us open another register. Use the DG Digital Coupons online...start an account...pick out coupons you can use....at register, tell them you are using digital coupons...type in your number and presto! You have saved money.

The store was terrible empty shelves rude employees manager on duty acted like the customers were an imposition. If I'm not mistaken she is the same lady that was at the Family dollar and look how that ended up!

Went in the D.G. mkt looking for plastic reusable plates, not expecting to find any. Asked my favorite clerk if they had some & Yes they did! I'm very glad finally found what I wanted. Went to 2other stores first and neither of them had any.

I think this is a nice and convenient shop. It has a variety of items, including food, and the prices are decent. The workers have always been friendly to me.

I love going into this particular Dollar General in Fort Valley Georgia. The Store Manager; Shannon is always so nice to all his customers when I come in to shop. As well, All the employees are very curteous & don't mind helping you when you need help. Amanda, Marsha, Aleya, and also John & other male employees are such a great help. Please acknowledge them on their performance and give them all a Decent Raise because this store generates revenue in this small town. Keep up the good work team. Ms. TG

We love shopping at this store everyone is so friendly and helpful, then you have the 25 & 50 percent off meats and they have good meats. There is another market place nearby but we really enjoy shopping here.

Good place to find bargains if you're careful. Not everything is cheaper than Wal-Mart. Checkout is slow, but the girl was really nice.

These ppl usually have one lane open and more than 6ppl in the line. They must not care about overworking their employees or valuing customers.
