I have to get a controlled drug each month. I recently had trouble with it not being on my profile. I asked the tech to tell Dr. Richard. The next day I talked to and my prescription was ready and there was my favorite pharmacist to deliver. I am thankful for Doctor Richard at my CVS.

If I could give a negative 5 I would! Absolute worst Pharmacy I ever dealt with! Terrible customer service. I have been on hold 5 times at least 8 minutes each time. Finally got "Zach", just to have him transfer me to the pharmacy and be placed on hold AGAIN!

The CVS in fort Valley is awesome the team of Richard toya and laronda is very cool and they are very professional everytime I'm in cvs pharmacy love to shop for my meds at this particular pharmacy !!!

Very nicely kept store. Excellent customer service in front area. The problem are the prices! Either very low, or way high. If the item is not on sale, price is doubled (and tripled) at any other stores. Like convenient stores prices! If it is on sale, hopefully you've captured the emails with "rewards", then the price for an item will be way underpriced at any dollar store.
