This store is HORRIBLE! I put in a prescription that I knew would not be covered by my insurance and was sure to present the tech with my GoodRX card. She wasn't customer service friendly at all and had an attitude. I could even hear her being snappy with her boss. I was told that my prescription would be ready in two days. So, I called today and was told that my insurance wouldn't pay for it. I explained this was something that I was already aware of and still wanted my prescription. I was placed on hold and she came back saying the medicine is 1590.00. I was like okay so when will it be filled. She place me on hold again and said it was given to another customer because I never responded to text messages. I told her that I never received text messages and because I am BLACK doesn't mean I can not afford to pay this price. She said that color had nothing to do with it. I asked is that why you felt the need to tell me the price before telling me you had given my prescription to someone else? I can see why they have been given two stars! It should be 1 star! Hire better people who are willing to provide real customer service and pick up the phone and call people vs lying!

i waited 15 mins to be greeted in the drive thru. 15 more minutes went by and they told me to circle around so the people behind me could come through. i had an appointment and at this point we were 15 minutes past my appointment. this is every time i come here it takes so long and they are so rude. they hung up in my face and called the police on me because i wouldn’t circle around 3 people i was here before. i had things to do which is why i made an appointment. and it’s never “their fault” it’s the computer. but every cvs everywhere else runs perfectly fine.

Waited in drive thru for over an hour for “rapid” covid test. Was told pharmacy member couldn’t get computer online, and that if any other customers pulled up, to just circle the building and get back in line. Finally wound up having to cancel my test there so I could make it to another test in nearby location.

I recently visited this CVS( Fort Valley, GA) to pick up sodas that were on sale. I was properly greeted upon entering the store. I grabbed 2 of the 3 twelve pack sodas that I was there to pick up. To my surprise, the kind cashier Patrick quickly retrieved the third 12 pack of sodas so that I didn't have to go back over to the isle again. His courtesy was outstanding. He was amazing as a cashier as well. Well mannered young man indeed. Thank you Patrick for being a true gentleman. He just made my whole day!!!

This Fort Valley CVS in Ft. Valley, GA is the unequivocal worst CVS in the nation! I have never had a bad experience at a CVS until this one. EVERY TIME my family has an prescription there is ALWAYS a very poor experience there. I have a two year old with a tracheostomy, so her med refills are often. As much as possible we try to get them refilled in a town 30 minutes away -mind you, I'm only 10 minutes away from this location- just to avoid this first year of city college masquerading as a true pharmaceutical place of business.

1 star for the pharmacy. The pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. I have had issues with all my prescriptions whenever I fill them. I gave them longer than I would like to admit. 18 months. It is close to my house (5 min) but definitely never was convenient. They would fill things when I never requested it and repeatedly tell them I want to fill it when I ask for it. They wouldn't put the right amount of pills (shorted). They would put the wrong pills. I would be notified that my prescriptions are ready for pick up and then they would say they weren't ready. They have issues receiving prescriptions from doctor offices. I switched to the CVS on Watson and 41/11 by tractor supply co, and haven't had any issues since.

My daughter and I just waited a total of 18 minutes in the drive through without an acknowledgement. We waited 6 minutes before finally making to the window. We heard the first greeting. However, no one returned to the window to say "we see you".We waited 4 minutes then pressed the call button, no acknowledgement. We could see someone on the phone. He looked back but kept talking. after waiting an additional 8 minutes my daughter blew her horn. Immediately the young man pharmacist? came to the window and said "We only have one tech and I'm on the phone, can you just wait?" My daughter replied,"You should have said that in the first place"We were quickly waited on, however after being with CVS since it got here. I and my family are officially moving to Five Points.

The pharmacist is rude and disrespectful. Slow and disengaging. Every since this pharmacist has been at this location it has been a mess. If he stops flirting with every female that enters, he could have prescriptions ready at a reasonable time!! Not 2 to 3 days later. I will never patronize this pharmacy again!!! This information has been provided to the corporate office!!!

This star is being given just so I can write my review. They dont deserve any stars. The pharmacy is the worst I've ever experienced. No one ever answers the phone they take forever filling prescriptions you ask for then turn around and fill prescriptions that you never asked for. the pharmacist shows up when they feel like it and their customer service is terrible even other pharmacist cant get ahold of them too have prescriptions transferred. This pharmacy is the worst one I have ever experienced in my entire life. If you know what's best for you and you actually want too pick up your medication dont go here. They almost killed my mother by giving her two of the same medicines if she wouldn't have noticed she would have been taking double the dose and they didn't even give a apology . Dont ever go here EVER.!!

Horrible staff, including the Pharmacist. They are forever leaving prescriptions out without notification. Picked up my son's antibiotic to find out it was still in powder form, didn't even reconstitute it. The excuse from the Pharmacist was that they had a new tech and she didn't know to reconstitute the medicine. She needs to go back to training or school. As the pharmacist, you should double check behind your techs. The service is horrible and the wait time is horrid. They need help or a whole new staff.

If you are sick and need meds you will die waiting. The pharmacy staff never get in a hurry or have people drop off prescriptions, all they do is complain. An example...Perry cvs take the scripts and have you pull around and they will answer the phone for questions. You would rather drive 25 more minutes to Kroger than stay in this line all day and night! Terrible service

I have been a customer of CVS Pharmacy in Fort Valley for years. But there is one employee that always goes far beyond her job responsability and that is Hannah. It is always a pleasure to work with her. She is johnny on the spot when you have an issue with a prescription or a question about anything. Hannah is a great asset to CVS. Thank you Hannah for not only doing a great job but also caring about your customers needs. I give you more than 110%.

After repeatedly long waits for needed medicines (up to 6 hours!), very high prices in the store in general and as many as six request text and a phone call asking me if I want my medicine refilled (replied no to everyone) it is time to change pharmacies. The final event involved them telling me one hour on needed medicine. I went back in an hour + and waited in long line for 15 minutes (hour and a half at this point) only to be told another half hour. Once finally filled they gave my prescription to the lady in front of me!I used CVS mainly because of the hours of operation. I switched to another local pharmacy today. The pharmacy was busy. Never filled a prescription there before and it was filled in under 15 minutes! If I need something filled after 6pm I will drive to Warner Robins if it can’t wait.

Still just as slow as ever. I moved my scrips many years ago to a big box pharmacy, but CVS just bought them out, so I figured I would give them another shot. Big mistake. I was told it would take an hour to fill my scrips which was no problem because I had to go back to work. Two and half hours later I returned to find my order was not ready. They offered auto refills, but I will not be back. When I got home I discovered they didn't have all my scrips in the bag!The store is filthy, with trash piled up on the sidewalks and all over the floor inside and on the inside of the drink cooler.

I was in here for 2 hours for 1 prescription the other day because whoever took my doctor's call spelled my name incorrectly, had the incorrect address and birth year for my product. If I could attach a photo I would. Then because they messed up I had to make several calls to ensure my prescription was called in correctly and it was, so as a result the employees were rude and altogether incorrect because I kept questioning them. Just to get my medication and all of the information is still incorrect and call in later the same day to make sure they changed it in the system incase I needed more medication at this location, but believe me I probably will never go back mo matter how conveniently close they are located.

I went to pick up a 14 pill 7 day prescription500 mg... CVS in Fort Valley Ga..wanted expected I would pay $60.00 for cipro. I called my local Kroger pharmacy and asked how much for this medicine I was told 17.99 I picked up at that Kroger for 9.99... $50.00 cheaper than CVS was charging, they heard my conversation and chose to lose the business on this prescription.. Bad business decisions cost businesses a lot of money...

On 12-15-18 I went to purchase a green dot money pack card. Once I got home I realized the cashier didn’t give me my card so I called & told them I didn’t get it nor was it anywhere to be found in my vehicle. I was asked could I come back to the store. I get there still no card. The on duty manager AMANDA then tells me she will review the camera. She comes back out and tells me the girl handed me the card which she didn’t so I asked if I could review the camera she says no. I ended up making a another purchase and at the moment she’s placing cards and money on the counter to me when I had my held out to receive them. I asked for cooperate number & she hands me the store number and some number offline. My mom called back and she instantly hangs up on my mom. I didn’t receive my money pack card at all or any additional information on how I can retrieve my green dot card number .

This pharmacy is terrible. The absolute worst and very slow when it comes to customer service. Also, hope you don’t need any medicine that will keep you alive because they dang sure won’t fill it three minutes after closing. EVEN when they are obviously still waiting on customers and four people are behind counter still working. My dad needed his heart medicine and they wouldn’t give it.

Refuse to do business here. A couple of years ago I handed them 2 prescriptions, when I returned to pick them up there was only one and they said I only handed them one. Several weeks later they called to say my prescription was ready for pick up, I never went to get it or did business there again. Use one of the smaller pharmacies in FV.

Sat in the drive thru pharmacy for 30 minutes pressing the button and then when a lady finally buzzed she took like 10 more minutes to get my prescription. Slow and horrible back to Houston County I go.
