Everything is way overpriced for how cheap the quality is. When you're spending your entire allowance on just a week's worth of PT wear (that's gonna be out of regulation after about 10 washes) something is wrong here. I understand the workers have no say in this and it's an army wide problem, hence the 2 stars instead of 1. Some stuff is just plain labeled wrong as well though. Their hours are so inconsiderate, it's not like I can just go back and return things on a dime the same day.

Thanks so much to the person who helped me a few ago get the dogtag covers that I looked right past. And to the one in the middle lane with an attitude to me and basically everyone else in there. Work on your customer service or get a different job. 😁

I was under the impression that this store is solely for soldiers and there needs. They are not! They are always closed and never have what we need. Who closes at 4pm on a Monday!? Plus customer service is nit there forte, the workers are rude. Thank goodness for the other tactical store located across the hall, they are always open and have what we need.

This is the first time I've seen one of these stores closed on a Sunday. Being that Soldiers can barely make it to these stores during the work week, its hard to understand why they are closed on the weekend.Secondly, their prices have jump so much over the past 5 years, I barely recognize this store. They can't keep medium anything on the shelves but asking a Private to pay nearly $20 for a couple of patches is ok to this business. I say this as a First Sergeant. Boots that just a few years ago cost $70-$90 are now $150 plus. You wonder why soldiers look to places like Patriot Tactical for better deals. And please don't give me, our products meet a specific standard. Uniforms are made by companies who charge pennies on the dollar. The quality is low for the prices we pay.Soldiers deserve better. Once again very disappointed.

I am continually amazed at the ignorance of individuals regarding COVID. The manager refused to return unopened merchandise because of COVID 19 when it was purchased 2 days previous. So disappointed that fellow Soldiers have to deal with people like this. Do better.

Worse dry cleaning place I’ve ever experienced in my military career. So when I came back to pick up my greens from dry cleaning, they forgot to give me my pants back. Didn’t realize that until several days later. Came back to claim them and they wouldn’t give them to me because I had no ticket. So I had to pay for the pants again brand new all over again.

I have been in the Army for over 23 year and more duty stations than I care to count. The staff here are always on top of their game and provide the best customer service I have experienced at a Clothing and Sales. They are consistent and always friendly. Never had an issue getting what I needed resourced

Garbage hours, never has anything you need, and they always say its on order. Also is there a reason 12 people are lined up at a register and only one person is working the register? Meanwhile 4 other employees are in the back restocking.

Came back to the store to inform them I had been charged twice for something I only got 1 of. The woman at the register proceeds to tell me they scanned the item twice because there were two pair of socks in the pack. When I asked why you would scan something the amount of times equivalent to the quantity inside of a single pack she had no explanation. Be careful and check your receipts before you leave, stuff is already so expensive and to be charged multiple times due to incompetence is insane.

Other posts are open until 7pm. The hrs here suck. Only open during the hrs we are at work that doesn’t make sense. They really need to change the hrs to accommodate the soldiers

Hours are terrible the one day it should be open it's closed. The store closes before anyone gets off work. The only time you can get there during the work day is at lunch and the lines are so long by the time you get your item your lunch is over. Thats why everyone goes off post

Why would you be closed Saturday before Labor Day? YOU ARE NOT FEDERAL EMPLOYEES! Other posts clothing and sales are open, so that’s not an excuse either.

Worst soldier care. Terrible hours open after everyone is at work closed before you leave work. Open Saturday until 1600.. cancel your weekend plans so you can get what you need on your one day off.

The temporary hours are WAY different than what's posted online as operating hours... By 1hr 30min differential on opening. And they never answer their phone.

Your hours of operations are terrible. Soldiers are usually dismissed for the duty day around 1700. At least give us an hour after that to get what we need.
