Excellent prices, and wonderful service. Store is easy to navigate, the layout flows well, and the aisles are spacious. Produce, deli, and meat stations are very nice as well. Great selection of items, especially different ethnic foods. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

I couldn't get some of the ingredients for Thanksgiving at the grocery store outside the base. I found what I needed at the commissary. It was very well organized and most of the ingredients were fresh. There were also many different types of meat. Above all, there were several open checkout counters, so checkout was really fast.

Some meats are on sale but for this thanksgiving, the turkey was grossly overpriced/gouged. $2.30 lb. Same item at food Lion at $0.39 lb. this is called taking when giving.

Love shopping here EXCEPT for produce and fresh vegetables!! The produce is expensive compared to other stores, I have on MULTIPLE occasions picked up things with mold and once even the fruit flies ... it drives me crazy! But other than that I love shopping here.

They are pretty nice people there, I notice though the young bagger kids who are eager to provide awesome customer service/car hopper get out muscles by the “older adults” often. Give the young time to shine. Goes a long way.

Could y'all at least TRY to hire cashiers that are friendly. Very uninviting people, it's like they live to try and get you to apologize to them for daring to come through their line. No hello, how are you today, no smile, NO SMILE. I'd happily go through the self checkout if I could, but half of my transactions require going through one of the regular lines. I've worked customer facing jobs most of my life and not one of them would allow me to have had such a sour attitude toward customers. If it's obvious they hate their jobs then I suggest they go somewhere else for employment.

I love being able to shoot the commissary it saves me a ton of money and they have the best product selection for example the deli has board Head meats and cheeses.

Clean, great prices but lacks a wide range of products and availability of products. Many empty shelves at times. Also I don't like how there is no enforcement of mask mandates. There are young children below the age of 12 who are clearly not vaccinated and are allowed in the store with no masks, no excuse for that.

1st time at that location. Great selection. Clean and tidy. But, holy! The self checkoit took all of eternity and two of the machines were down and the one we used was super slow and kept saying put item in basket. Took foreverrrr to checkout. Not really wanting to go back becuase I don't enjoy standing in line for 20+ mins.

Wide selection of items and if you don't see what you want they will get it for you. Case in point, I wanted some rib tips to grill for Labor Day weekend. I didn't see any so I picked out a rack of ribs and the meat department cut it the thickness I wanted. Awesome service indeed!

The price of their meats seems to get higher with each visit but their selection is great and always fresh. Also, it would be decent if they could keep all their coffee and filters together on the same isle.

Took advantage of the sidewalk sale this weekend. Always have a great experience shopping at the commissary. The staff from all departments are eager to help especially when it involves ordering products the store don't stock. The meat department has provided me with special cuts of meats. The deli is always friendly and will offer a taste of a product to help with a purchase decision. Enjoy the mature baggers who take the extra step to insure items are bagged properly and not damaged. Great place to shop. Top rating for this location.

Keep an eye out for expired/way past best by dates and moldy foods.. especially in the dairy and frozen area. Husband bought ice cream and didn't check the date on the box. It is currently December of 2022 as I update this.

Needed help in furniture because the don't have any prices posted on their pieces. At least 5 employees looked at me and walked way, when I talked to one I asked for a price on a couch and they said they'd go and find someone. After 20 minutes of no one coming back I asked another employee, same story. After waiting another 30 minutes finally just left...

Very frustrating to get to the store and find out tha the system is down and I have to get cash to pay for groceries. It is the third occasion that this situation repeats. Very unreliable service. When I asked for an estimate time on when the service would be reestablished, I got the reply "you can get cash or a check if you need your groceries "Thank you, really hope this store could offer a better service in a near future.My previous review was about a different issue , today I tried the self check out. There were three empty machines, the newly installed machines. Now I can't use them because I had over twenty items. The old machines allowed 40 items, very frustrating. I had to drop 6 items (I always do self checkout).Money invested on these machines created a problem (from 40 down to 20 items). We, the Soldiers get better service at Walmart. Uncomfortable true.Wishing the management could fix it.

The meat department is great. Produce, not so great. Many new items are not found at the store but are found down town. The cashiers are very rude and obnoxious to the customers and even to their fellow employees while Custer's are in view. I honestly think that the entire management needs to be replaced. Too much cronissm and favoritism with certain employees while others get the shaft.

I have shopped here for the last 35 years, so I may have a bias rating. I really look forward to shopping at this Commissary. Feels like home because I am aware of the outstanding customer service that the employees provide. Great people like Cricket and Harlem in the meat department, Marylin in Produce and 90% of the cashiers make shopping here an absolute pleasure.

Prices are better on some things. But the produce there is put in the cooler for days, then set out for sale. Basicly the fruits and veg do go bad faster. Also all the chicken is frozen. So after it is frozen.. The thaws out in the cooler and then we take it home and frezze it again. :-/

As with other stores, there is room for improvement. Best prices on meats in town. Some prices on some other items are lower off post. No issues with employees. They are always helpful and courteous.
