I've used this Walgreens for several years but no longer. I needed a few pills to cover until my doctor returned from the holidays. They wouldn't do it saying it was a controlled substance...BTW it's not a controlled substance in Georgia!Then my doctor returned to work and after I called they ordered me a 10 day emergency supply to get me thru until my full subscription could be filled.I called W/greens and I was told the order was to be ready at 5:45pm today. I drove 35 min ( over 1 hour round trip) from Lafayette GA to the store to pick it up. I arrived at 6pm only to be told that I could not get it. At first I was told that I was 10 days early! WHAT? Then it seems I have a mail order of the same drug coming in several days so they wouldn't give me the 10 day supply the doctor ordered!...even though they had told me an hour before that it would be ready before 6pm.They misled twice. I told them they need to get their act together.1. A controlled substance in Georgia...NOPE! Gabapenti...look it up.2. Then, after my doctor called, W/G said it would ready at 5:45pm NOPE YOU CAN'T HAVE IT THEY SAID!So now I'll live without my neuropathy foot meds and stabbing foot pain for several days until my order comes in. HAPPY NEW YEAR HUH?Neuropathy nerve damage is very painful. I cannot sleep nor walk easily. They just don't know what they're doing. I hate writing a bad review but they just didn't care. Sad, I've used them a long time for more than just drugs, but no more. Triple check before going to get your meds here.J GodfreyLafayette, GA

They have a great staff. The pharmacist will come to the window and answer questions if you are having problems. I have done business with them for over 20 years.

This place is by far a better pharmacy then ringgold Alabama hwy location I will literally drive the extra distance just because they actually treat you like a human being here. The other location is awful!!! Thanks guys I will definitely be coming here from now on 🙏

Caleb needs an attitude adjustment or he needs to find another job that makes him happy enough to be friendly to the customers. Everytime I have dealt with him he is rude and short. All he wants to do is get you off the phone and is completely annoyed from the time he gets on the phone.. I moved from Walmart pharmacy to here and I already regret it. Do any of them smile? A lady just waited on me and was so unfriendly. Geeezzz

Never have Multiple Sclerosis medication ordered in advanced so when its time for a refill my family member has to wait and don't know how many days it will be. We have been going to this pharmacy for years and still never have medication ordered when time for a refill. This Pharmacy must think Multiple Sclerosis isn't a serious disease.

I ordered 2 canvases and some prints yesterday afternoon that said they would be ready for pick up at 6:02pm. Got an email saying my order was ready so I went around 6:30 to get them. When I get there the girl in the photo department tells me that my pictures are ready but my canvases aren’t. She said they were printed, just not made yet and it would be about 30 minutes before they were ready. She took my number and said she would call when they were done. I left to run another errand and went back and by 7:20 they still weren’t ready. When I was in there I told her I needed them for the next day because they were a gift. She didn’t even respond. Good customer service would have been something similar to saying “if you’ll give me 5-10 minutes I will go ahead and finish making them for you” since they were already printed! I can’t imagine it takes very long and isn’t a difficult task to staple the print on the wooden frame. It is now the next day and I still haven’t received notification that they are ready. To say I’m frustrated would be an understatement. Don’t advertise same day/1 hour pick up if you’re not going to provide that!! From now on I’ll go back to ordering pictures from the Walgreens down the road from this one.

the pharmacy is horrible!We dropped off a prescription for our 5 week old kitten who just had a toe amputated (we found him stuck behind a dumpster last night and took him in). They told us they had all the ingredients and just needed to mix them up. 6pm and still hadnt heard from them, I drive over to pick it up. They tell me then they're out of 1 of the ingredients and won't have it until Monday! And of course the vet is closed for the day so I can't have them transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. So now this poor baby kitten who has already had a horrible start to life, has to suffer in pain from HAVING A CLAW AND PAD AMPUTATED until Monday.The LEAST they could have done was CALL us and let us know their mistake earlier so we could have gone elsewhere.I'll never use them again after this. Never.

It took CVS 2 hours after receiving my son's prescription for strep meds from the doctor for them to tell me they didnt have his meds in stock at all. After calling 3 CVS locations. I called Walgreens. Walgreens had it but the pharmacy was 30 mins from closing time. They not only got it transferred over but also filled it in less than 20 mins. I was desperate for my son to get his meds so he could sleep tonight and Walgreens did that and did it fast! So thankful!!

My Dad (81 vet) call to have his medicine transferred the Publix. Due the price more than doubled. This was supposed to happen on Saturday. But Walgreens and Publix are playing the blame game. He called Saturday to check status " Jeff" was very rude and disrespectful!! My dad after having a stroke and heart surgery in the last three months doesn't need this behavior.

I live close to another Walgreens but literally drive miles to this Walgreens. In this pharmacy,, they are always fast, friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about how awesome they are!

Me and my boyfriend walked in and he was trying to buy HIS cigaretts NOT me & kicked me out of his store cuz i wasnt over 18 when i wasnt even buying by boyfriend handed him his ID mind you his 22 and asked for mine to cuz i was with him when i wasnt buying nor were they mine refused to sell to him this happened on the 13th of april at 12:18 would not suggest this walgreens at all .

Staff is nice but the store is dirty especially the ladies room. The walls of handicap stall has poo splattered all over it & the toilet brush caddy. Disgusting!!
