Would like to leave a review for the employee Carrie ! The best customer service ! She went above and beyond to help me . I was looking for dog food for my puppy , ooltewah location didn’t have it in stock , drove to Fort O location and could not find it anywhere on the shelves. Miss Carrie searched for dog food in the back , saved me so much time from trying to find it somewhere else or online . Thank you , Carrie , for being so helpful, kind and nice ! If I could give her 10 stars I would !

Large TSC store set as an anchor store in a retail strip mall. The main outdoor section is in the parking lot and not attached to the building. Plenty of parking since it's a large retail area, but if you have a trailer plan on needing to park further out in the parking lot.

I recently was in tractor supply and was shopping with a friend. The selection was great and the staff was exceptional. While making a purchase outside in the secure lot, I dropped my wallet. I didn't realize it until sometime later. When I called the store, the manager said they had found my wallet and was securely locked in their safe. When I returned to the store I was immediately assisted by several employees who retrieved my wallet. I learned that an employee named Andrew is the person who turned my wallet in. He was not working when I returned to personally thank him. The staff at this location is amazing. The team at this location should be proud of themselves.

This place is rocketing to the top of one of my favorite places to buy outdoor products for the animals. I'm on my way there again in just a minute to pick up yet another order. Real friendly real fast service everything's always in stock the store is always clean only problem is they don't sell beer.

They closed the store at least 30 minutes early and caused me to not be able to get my dogs any food after they ran out on Christmas Day. I went the day after Christmas around 8:30 is when I got there and there wasn’t a soul in sight. No list of changed hours. Nothing. They are supposed to stay open until time to close via policy. We had no snow, ice, or conditions which would’ve permitted them to leave. It’s like 50° here. No excuse for this. I work long shifts and extensive hours and live a good 20 minutes away, drove all that way and they can’t even stay open to meet their schedule.I’ve been in there to pick up a placed order for dog food a few hours after I placed it and was picking up in store and they sat there telling me for around 30 minutes they didn’t have my dogs food at the time, only for me to walk over and find it without looking much. I’ve went to pick up another order and the lady made me hunt it down and pick it myself.Just do better. Some of the associates are really nice and know what they’re doing. Others, not so much.

When I received my rewards via email the barcode doesn't work on the scanner. What befuddles me is why an employee would take my phone from me, and and in an unsanitary way, begin to manipulate my phone specific to a 10-dollar discount and then argue with me about it??? We're still in a pandemic.

I usually order online or go to tsc in the morning after my kids go to school and hubby goes to work. On this day, I went in person with my kid. As we were reading the ingredients on the back of pet food, I noticed we were being watched by a tall male employee. He never came to ask if I needed help, he just pretended to be straightening up items on the shelf. Then another employee came and said nothing. Before I knew it, my son and I were corralled by employees and a female employee finally approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I said no thanks and they all scattered, but continued to watch us from a distance and follow us until we left the pet area. BTW, my son is only 10 years old , this was our 1st outing in a long time and his 1st set pet guinea pigs. If those employees read this, and they know exactly who they are, they will know exactly who I am and with the traction my posts get, it's not a good look for your store, your work ethics, and personality to stalk and harass a mother and child for no reason other than their skin color. Show me the same respect you show other customers.You will not run me off because I love the store, the cashier, the guy whose running all over trying to fill online orders, the people I meet in the morning. 4 stars cashier, employee filling online orders, customers and store itself.

I went in because I desperately needed to force dry my dog. I paid for a bath, and gave it.The bathing room was very dirty, covered with fur and dirt wedged into all the corners. It looks like it wasn't cleaned out often.Upon trying to use the force dryer, one was missing the hose and the other was so weak, it was pointless.A week later, I realize the shampoo on offer is actually a concentrate, meant to be diluted 16:1, and not labeled as such. My dogs skin is so dry and she has lost all her guard furs.I paid $9.99 for a bald dog, and im not pleased. Yall have to up the standards in your grooming enviroment.

My son came in last week, bought his sick dad some baby chicks 14 of them well they didn't last the night. Most were as high as 4.99 each when they aren't ready to sell this is Robbery in the worst. I've raised them all my life, and these were to small even a heat lamp didn't work....

This is our local store and we love the new look. The Dog wash is perfect for our 70 pound Flatcoat Retriever. Two dog bath stations complete with grooming tables, shampoos, brushes, towels, and even dryers. We've bought a whole bunch of tie downs, towing gear, garden items, feed, pet items, paints, gifts, clothing, hardware, seasonal items such as fishing gear, air rifle supplies, and such. Sometimes the lines are a bit long but they move quickly.

Tractor supply is always been my go-to spot for certain items which are always readily available. This time I needed some mouse poison and they had a really good deal on suet for the woodpeckers. Can't beat the price on the suet and they always have the exact best poison on the market and stock. Now if they just sold beer in the store would be a perfect place!

Looked everywhere for some foaming insulation and all sold out. They had two types in stock in store. Cost a little more but it was high quality and sealed up my trailer very well

They always have the dog food I want but the curbside and calls no was not good. I called and for five minutes I listened to customers being checked out while they had me in the phone and never acknowledged me. I even talked loudly and pushed buttons in the phone to see if they would here me, the second time I called they hung up after I heard them talking to another customer. The third time I called they finally answered and said they would bring someone out to me.

Went for 8 week vaccinations for kittenThe lady didn’t know what I was talking or what I needed. Finally figured out for myself asked her to retrieve them and she walks up to counter and gets on the phone leaving me just up there with no product another lasy(only reason this is 2 stars instead of one) helps ring me up and is very sweetHead home to give vaccine to kitten and it the cap explodes offCalled to explain no answerArrive next day to explain and was told I didn’t tighten it up enough so no refund no new vaccineWill not return

Fort Oglethorpe location is our favorite location. Great service and pet products. We buy cat food, dog food, and bird seed, suet, and hummingbird feeders. Look for clothing sales after each season. I also found some great prices for insulated coveralls and rubber boots.

I loved going there this morning. Bought my boyfriend a lot of Carhartt stuff for Christmas. I only wish I would have went a day earlier. They were a lot cheaper on everything than Sports Academy was. I could have saved some money. And they had so much more stuff than any place else I've checked. I will go back again before Christmas and get some more things. And I got all my pet supplies as well cheaper. 🐈 and 🐕 food. 🐦 seed.

Ive traded regular with TSC for a long time all over the southeast but this last time I visited the Fort Oglethorpe location there was a short-haired lady possibly a manager who made me feel extremely uncomfortable the WHOLE TIME I was in the store repeatedly asking me if I need some help when I had already told her I didn't, i kept feeling her Stare at me and at times she would seem to be blocking the islesIn front of my buggy for no apparent reason... I was so unnerved i had to stop shopping, check out and leave.
