T-Mobile employees had the best customer service at the Fort Oglethorpe location. Not only you get new gifts even the pets get gifts as well. Thanks for Oglethorpe T-Mobile for such great hospitality and customer service. We will always recommend you guys is number #1!!!

Worst internet service - I thought Charter was bad but this is worse. It would not connect to my Alexia device and went out 3 times during a 2 hour movie. Internet service is bad but customer service is worse. Even after sending the unit back and cancelling service they still want to bill you. Do not deal with these people. I deal with the Fort Oglethorpe, GA location. No help at all. I was looking for a WIFI service for my business and talked to one of their business people who only told lies, did not follow up and did not reveal the complete truth about the service.I have cancelled all my services with them and would never recommend anyone from that office or their business service. Currently I am having to get an attorney to get a refund that they illegally pulled out of my account.

The worst service. My watch would not connect to cellular service and I made multiple trips to get the problem resolvedI was told to go home and call 611 (tech dept) and they would solve the problemI went to the location on Cummings hwy and they solved my problem in no time I would recommend going there as they r also very courteous and helpful

Location is nice but I don't really like that I have to do a u-turn to get there. Then had to wait 20 minutes to pick up an online order. Sounded like more employees were in the back having a good time while two guys out front were swamped. Once they were able to help me, he was very nice.

Some workers in the shop don't know how to do customer service well. All though the last two gentelmen I encountered where able to resolve my issue with great customer service after fighting for 4 previous days with other employees. I was without a phone for a week. Thankfully there were two knowledgeable gentlemen in the end to resolve the issue in two days time.Thank you guysYou may consider further training for your store staff.

T-Mobile services have been great so far. A lot better than the services my family &I had been using for phone services. The guy who set everything up for us was awesome. 😉🤩He was hilarious & very thoughtful/professional. 😍 He made what I thought was going to be a very stressful situation in2 something I didn't want to leave lol There were 3 ppl in the store that day and all 3 stayed over to help since we got there right b4 closing 😬😅 I couldn't be anymore happier! 6/18/23 was the day! 😇

I DONT UNDERSTAND THE SERVICE I GOT I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2004 I WAS TRYING TO DO A UPGRADE AND THEY WOULDNT EXCEPT MY PHONE THEY SAID IT WAS CRACKED AND THEY SAID SCRATCHES IN MY PHONE WAS CRACKS SO MY HUSBAND HAD TO USE HIS INSURANCE TO GET A PHONE AND THEY INCREASED OUR PHONE BILL WITHOUT EVEN ASKING US AND WE ENDED UP MISSING THE PROMOTION .

I want to share my experiences with this store and their associate, James Mealey. In early June I made MY first phone purchase (My husband was more knowledgeable about phones & contracts than I). James was so patient with me & all my concerns.....no pressure to hurry me or "make a sale".Today I stopped by to see if someone would reconnect my phone to my car (unknown reason it disconnected). I was so happy to see James there when I walked in !! (everyone greeted me). He had me fixed & on my way in no time. James is not only very knowledgeable, but has excellent customer service !! My husband and I were super impressed with the service we received at T-mobile in Ft.Oglethorpe. Dusty and Lily took great care of us. They really both have EXCELLENT customer service skills! Everyone working there was very nice and friendly. The store has a great vibe/ atmosphere! Glad we switched from Verizon to T-mobile!

I went to the Fort Ogle location and let me tell you how amazing that store was!! All employees were helping people and the store manager was encouraging and helping them as well!!The store manager was very, very upbeat and uplifting for his employees. This made my whole day to see this in a store because it's hard to see anymore. Good job T Mobile Fort O!!

I’ve always went to the fort Oglethorpe store in Ga even if it’s out of my way they have always been extra friendly there. The staff seems to be trained well as I’ve been going there for years now so when I need to get something or have something taken care of related to my T-Mobile account I always go there. They never steer me wrong in my asking there opinion in whatever I’m looking for to be the best option bc it always seems to be accurate. I would highly recommend going there for any T-Mobile needs ! On a side note Nathan is an awesome manager I just wanted to let everyone know that he is one of the most caring persons I’ve ever met in his field of work !!

If you are dealing with T-Mobile and Assurant to get your broken phone replaced come straight here and skip the other stores in the area. I would ask for Dustin as he was most experienced in handling the details of our plan and after 5 weeks of being on the phone and in stores with T-Mobile was finally able to get my replacement using the directions I was given by Assurant. Hopefully, they can find a way to word it better so one knows where to go in the first place. This would cause both T Mobile employees and customers a much easier time!

I recently upgraded to a new iPhone and traded in my old iPhone 8 Plus. I had issues with reseting it and through no fault of the employees the problem took HOURS. The entire time they were patient, helpful, incredibly kind. Specifically Nathan, Becky, and James deserve a huge shoutout for ALL they did for me. Without them the trade in and issues I had with the old phone would have never happened. If you go to a T-Mobile store, GO TO THIS STORE. Thank you for all your help!

I wanted to share my great experience with this T-Mobile location, and associate Becky, in particular. I was researching new cell phone and home internet providers and just stopped in to talk. Within not too long Becky had me convinced that T-Mobile was the right choice for both. It wasn't an easy transition as I wanted to use my existing phones (paid for). Though the phones would work on their network my current provider was very difficult to deal with in getting them unlocked. In fact, we were never successful. In the end, I ended up with 2 new (and free) phones, and home internet (with a free gateway - no monthly rental) that has so far worked flawlessly, and as far as I can tell very good phone service. Do note that I have not traveled with these phones yet so that's still a pending question. In addition, as we waited (4 hours - UGH!) for my previous carrier to respond Becky diligently searched their system for any and all promos and rebates I qualified for, without me even knowing. She found quite a few. Lastly, their service is costing me $30 less a month and includes free Netflix and Apple TV (another $25 value) for free. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Becky and T-Mobile team!

After today I'm done with yall. 3rd month in a row my phones been cut off after paying a 150$ bill. Exactly a week later. I call to figure out what's going on? I get a run around and have to threaten to cut my service off in order to get any kind of assistance. Dealing With it now currently with my phone being cut off and waiting for yall to do your jobs. Negative 1000 stars.

Would not recommend anyone going to this new location very unhappy with my visit have been a long time customer . And never had this happen to me I guess everyone was in a bad mood or what but . They were not helpful at all and very short with me I had plan to go in and upgrade my phone with some of the holiday promotions going on for Thanksgiving. When I called they had told me the night before the promotion starts in the morning but when I went to the store the employees told me something totally different that they did not have any promotions and came off very rude . So I will take my business somewhere else I'm sure they don't care but I do and thought someone else should know . Thanks happy holidays

My daughter went in to get her watch during the Tennessee vs Alabama game Saturday. I am a Bama fan. The staff asked my daughter how I was doing which means a lot to me that they recognize us and care enough to ask. So my daughter tells them I was at home screaming at the TV watching the game! Then I get a messenger video call from my kiddo so the staff can taunt me and say Go Big Orange!!!! The people at my local store are the absolute best people!

Becky is amazing! I went in to see what the home internet was about, she was able to explain to me how it was going to work and how painless it was going to be to install! She was able to order the home internet for me and made sure everything was done correctly she was super professional and nice! I wish we had someone like Becky at my local T-Mobile store!

This shout is for you Amie!!! I told you I'd mention you in a review.I went to this Tmobile store in Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga. with my new Samsung Galaxy S22 I'd received as a free upgrade from my old S10.For 3 weeks I exhausted every online tip and trick I could find to make the phone stop disconnecting from the carrier service.I finally hit the wall knowing it was a bad Sim card or the phone was bad. But because the problem came and went it would trick me into thinking it was fixed only to fail again.Amie started with the basics, settings, and like me realized (way faster than I) that the sim was failing and swapped it out.Low and behold, when we booted it and accomplished the setup it still would not connect up.Arrrrgh!!! She worked and worked and worked but no matter what she did couldn't find the answer. She called a tech friend on vacation, she called the head tech (Andy I think) who, joining their knowledge together, came to the conclusion the new Sim card was also bad. All this going on while a loud, obnoxious acting woman yelled over Amie and Andy as they discussed the issue.Amie never showed tension. She smiled. Conducted herself professionally and maintained the course. I was frustrated for her and made a comment out loud so the lady could hear me.Amy had to keep telling Sim ID info and phone info over and over because of that mad woman and Amy never fliched.She put in a new card and Bingo. It took off, connected and began doing what it was supposed to do.She helped me swipe and reset the phone to be safe, and I told her she was amazing.She was in the trenches with me and my problem and she stayed focused like a Green Beret.Wow Amy!Just wow. T-mobile. Yall hired well with that girl.Pay her up!

NEW UPDATE:We visited Nathan's store today and the service was top notch! The staff went out of their way to take care of us and make sure my mom's upgrade needs are met. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back!
