We visited my parents at Gavin Hall. It was quiet, and people were allowed to bring pets, which is awesome when you have pets and are traveling. My parents were very satisfied with their stay and said that the price was very reasonable. It is not a huge building, so parking close to the door is easy. Towels are fresh and the staff are very polite and helpful if you need something.

Excellent stay for a military base. The room were clean, but warm. A/C's were not able to keep up with 6 people except well into the evening. The pet option was really great and can't beat the price for being on base. Thanks for a great first Army family experience.

This place has been renovated. It was nice during my extended stay. Wish the floors were carpet but I understand why they're hardwood since the hotel is pet friendly. The TVs were older models but the kitchenette was a great addition.

Old town country& comforting feel. Cozy & clean. A bit dated but it’s slowly coming up. Rooms are a bit tight but overall it’s really a great, quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Stay at the larger Holiday Inn up the road. Got to gavin hall just to be greeted by a sign telling me to check in at the hotel up the road. Lugged all my stuff back into the truck to check in there then drive back here. The room is a decent size but I don't know why there are thermostats on the walls when none of them work. The ceiling fan makes an awful clicking noise. Luckily after hitting the reset button on the outlet, I was able to get the wall unit AC to work. It's clean and welcoming, just kind of a pain in all the other ways listed.

If I could give them a zero I would not only did They completely screw up my reservation and put us a tiny 1 bed room for a family of 3 but the room was disgusting there was dog hair in all of the crevices and when i wiped the floor with cleaning wipes they came up black. With covid I’m not even sure if this room was even sanitized. Also the silverware had food still on it....

I am very happy the beds ate so comfortable it's very clean and quiet I feel safe people ate so nice and helpful. I wish I could stay here next month but they don't have room. Dunkin donuts burger king and a small store ate across the street the shuttle bus is wonderful and the drivers are nice and.helpful.

Good price but I guess you get what you pay for. 2 queen and a pullout couch for the kid. Beds are definitely fulls and the picture speaks for itself... plus, hope you are not fond of temperature control on faucets and showers with poor pressure. Whatever the flavor of the day right...?

Internet slow and crappy signal. I understand it's old and outdated so that didn't bother me however the rooms were Not clean. The only thing that this place has going for itself is the layout of the rooms(which is were it gets its extra star from). Avoid if possible.

Nothing fancy, first room we had was dingy with a run down sofa covered in pet hair. Second room we had was so clean that the bleach fumes and overly bleached sheets gave us a migraine and it felt like staying in a hospital.I get it we have to stay in a pet room because we have pets BUT I also pay a fee to allow my pet to stay so I expect the sofa to be vaccummed of previous guests pet hair. Id rather stay at Candlewood off post than the run down pet friendly hotel know as Gavin Hall.

Very nice staff, exspeally Stephane the front desk help. She stayed on the phone with my mama Mary and I guiding us safely here. It was really late when we pulled into town over a 12 hour drive straight through and worn out. The room is cute and comfortable. I slept very well. P.S. I want to hire Stephanie as my shofar lol.

Very nice, clean room. Love the bedroom was seperate with 2 tvs and full size refrigerator, microwave and small stove. Kitchen included dishes and silverware. Close to everything.

This is the older section of the hotels on Ft Benning. Room was surprisingly nice. Had small kitchenette so you could save $ by buying groceries. If you do book this place, you have to check in at the main hotel down the street.

The room was adequate with amenities but the pergo flooring was extremely dirty. I had to wipe the floor because if was sticky and made my feet black with what little I was on it without shoes on.

Room is tight but will sleep 5, it is two separate rooms. Good size refridegerator 2 burner stove a few plates and utensils.

Stove, sink, fridge, microwave, tv w/ (limited) cable, internet (Wi-Fi or LAN connection), great room service, and quiet enough rooms, considering I was there for Hurricane Irma and everybody and their uncles brought their dogs with. Would recommend over Abrams; less walking to find your room, closer to the PX mini-mall nearby.

The rooms are extremely clean and the people that work here are polite and have no problem with answering any questions are concerned that you may have I'm from new Orleans whenever i can to atlanta i would like to stay at one of y'all hotels i appreciate the being here and i would like to think y'all.....

Too small for a family of 5 and dog. Ridiculous that this is the ONLY on post lodging for military families especially during peak PCS season. Very unsatisfied. Save your money and find something worth your time, money and sanity!
