Had a little trouble getting a hold of someone to pick up the phone but when I did they were very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and got me an appointment. The appointment was pretty quick and everyone was amazing. The prices seemed pretty fair for everything as well.

They are absolutely incredible! They truly truly love ALL the pets❤️ My dog finally got taken care of with his hyper/anxious mind and my kittens were spayed and neutered today plus shots and microchipped. And they made sure they are comfortable and loved. When I picked them up they made sure they were awake and good to go home! Thank you so so much for everything. I will ALWAYS ALWAYS recommend them! Truly by far the BEST vet I’ve ever been to!

This was a really fun way of giving the Ft.Benning community a way of getting there fur-babies vaccinated at a really low rates and making sure they are in good health with the wellness checks they provided. Other services were offered that could be scheduled for a later date.. it was awesome too see the turn out which was very organized and started in time. Kudos 👏 to the Vet Team and Technicians.. it was amazing.

Great place to take your pet. Less expensive than off-post for treatment and meds.Be aware that you would need on-post access to utilize this service. Also, due to it being a military unit, the Vet's Office has a high turnover rate. Soldiers (majority of the office staff) get orders to be stationed elsewhere every few years. This, in no way, detracts from the professionalism and level of care offered.

I've had great experiences at the Fort Moore vet clinic. The techs and doctors have always been incredibly helpful, compassionate, and patient. The front desk staff is awesome. You can tell they are always working so incredibly hard. The entire staff made our oconus move easy. They offered guidance on what we needed to do before moving and made the entire health certificate process a breeze.I wish there was a way to guarantee you saw the same doctor each time so they'd get a better chance at knowing your pet. But I understand why that isn't necessarily a possibility at military vet offices.

Such a caring place. The staff was extremely nice and especially Dr. Lindo. She took the time to thoroughly explain my dog's condition to me and her staff even assisted in me finding an orthopedic vet close by for her. Thank you so much for your time, patience, and caring attitude.

This was our first visit and I was impressed!! Everyone was very nice, courteous, and delivered a quick service. The staff took great care of my fur baby. How do I know this?.... well, Gracie came out wagging her tail and was so excited instead of acting scared

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The Vet at our installation was out and unavailable so the Vet at Fort Benning was able to complete pet travel certificates for our cat and dog for travel to Japan. The process was easy and they were good with our pets. We are happy with the services provided and we highly recommend this facility and staff.

Extremely helpful, professional, and friendly staff. Booking my appointment was a very easy and a pleasant experience. I got a reminder call the day before my appointment in case I forgot. Best rates around by far, and the staff worked quickly to make sure my appointment was done on time. Could not have had a better experience

This has nothing to do with the staff, the staff are fantastic.I had my dogs seen here from 2016-2019. At the time it was our PitMix Brooklyn and our retired MWD Macey. Before we moved to Fort Carson my husband had the dogs updated on everything, paid and was told everything was fine. Upon getting our dogs seen at Fort Carson I was told my account was flagged for not paying $90. Which I'm confused because we paid everytime our dogs are seen. I called the Benning vet and spoke to them and Fort Carson vet also spoke to them. I was told everything was fine, resolved upon my husband paying $90 AGAIN and was able to get my dogs seen on Fort Carson for the next 3 years without issue. Now we are at Fort Leonard Wood getting our dogs registered and once again I am told my account is flagged at Fort Benning Vet for $90. Now Fort Benning Vet calls and wants us to pay ANOTHER $90 3yrs later!! So I pay again in hopes I don't have to hear about this again. Paying the $90 one time isn't an issue, it's paying $90 3 times and having my account flagged for saying we didn't pay when we pay everytime our dogs are seen.

Don’t waste your time and money like we did! Not at all easy to work with! Although staff is very friendly that’s where it ends for good news.Prices are same as off post high end vets. (We have learned going off post to non profit humane society is MUCH cheaper, you may want to try them first!-Spay quote from post clinic, $180-$210,-spay quote from Macon Road Vet quote $190-Spay quote from Columbus Humane Society $85!! PLUS FREE CHIPPING!!! AND more responsive, great quality professionalism, and timely care!!!

Missed dental issues on one of my dogs in not one, but two annual checks. Because of this after taking my dogs to a new vet after a move my dog was required to have 10 teeth removed. This was an issue that was never brought to my attention either verbally or on paperwork by this location during any of the physicals. If you want to check a box to live on post, or its an emergency situation feel free to use them, but I would look elsewhere for actual vet care.

The Veterinary staff here is kind, patient, and very helpful. I came in to take my dog for her annual checkup and for a nail trim and they took their time explaining what they look for and what procedures might be needed in the future. When my dog was too stressed for a nail trim they told me to come by at another time and they took her back quickly and got them cut. Their prices are reasonable and they take walk-ins on certain days of the week. I would definitely recommend them if you are stationed at Fort Benning.

Very rarely answer the phone. It seems like the people there don't want to work there or even at all. 2 weeks for a sick call appointment? Some times animals don't have 2 weeks. It's ok to let them suffer when they could be helped? Covid has made people extremely lazy when it comes to doing their jobs. Any excuse to do nothing..

They never answer the phone. They literally have their phone off the hook so that it remains busy all day. It’s impossible to make an appointment. I will be making an ice complaint because this is ridiculous.

Only open at the most 6 hours a day, they also have a lot of random days were they closed in the afternoons without warning. Not only that but in comparison to someplace like PAWS humane it's really expensive! Its more cost effective to drive to exit 10 and do what you need for your pet and then just bring the printout they give you back to post to update your pets history there instead.

Great experience! The vet was extremely helpful and took her time with my cat, explaining all of her procedures and allowing me to see anything of concern. Also it was extremely affordable compared to offices I have been to in the past. I will be back!

With COVID the clinic has adjusted its service to where you are not able to enter the building but instead they staff comes out and picks up you pet from you. They do a very good job of accommodating for the inconvenience and they do it well. When your pet is ready, they brink it to you along with meds (if needed), go over instructions and even bring out a pay system. Price is better than any other clinic off post.

This is where most of my dogs I've had over the years go. I was visiting and my little Chiuahua got infested with fleas they helped me out. I appreciated it So much. So glad the Military veterinarian clinics are linked together it was a life saver for sure.Great people works here.💕Thanks for being there.

If you want to get an appointment here you are better off going to the desk then calling them because they rarely answer the phone when I call and they have never returned a call when I have left messages. Also, about a year ago they told my wife that our cat had cancer and she had less then 6 months to live. I got a second opinion at Univ of Alabama vet school; they gave us meds for our cat's "Kidney Infection" and had us change her diet. The cat is still doing fine (cancer free) and is happy as long as we feed her and clean her litter box when she thinks it is time.I'm afraid that if we don't serve her when and how she thinks we should she might get revenge on us in our sleep. You know how cats are; they think they are in charge and we are here to do their bidding.

This is the first vet in the area that I have taken my cat where I was given open, truthful and comprehensive information about my cat’s health. The doctor we saw is very considerate and understanding, and went above and beyond in the care given to help my cat, to include the extra researching of the issues we were facing. Thank you!

We went to get our pets health certificates for a PCS to Germany. First they told me that my dogs rabies vaccine was not current which it was (they failed to check the rabies certificate I gave them indicating she was current). For the health certificate they did not use the correct form on the USDA website. Additionally they listed my dog as tan when she is clearly a chocolate lab. If you get your health certificates from here make sure to double check all of their work and be informed! The last thing you want is issues arriving with your pet.

Very disappointed! They changed to appointments only and they don't offer walk in days anymore (Monday/Wednesday) I don't have a problem to schedule an appointment but if I have to wait 1 month for my dog to get seen that is unrealistic. Never had this issue on another military base. I guess I have to find a new vet for my dog.
