The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The layout is a little bit different than other ACS facilities, but the amenities are all there. Be sure to sign in so that they get credit for the good work they do.

I shouldn't even have to rate this place, it's stellar. Went in for a loan from AER and was out with my paperwork in under ten minutes. When I got the paperwork back to them they had my check the same day. Easily the most painless thing I've done at Ft. Benning and the staff in there were absolute gems. Highly recommend. Also if you're buying a car or home, ask for Oscar!

Love the place itself, a lot of the workers can be very rude tho even tho their job is pretty simple, the only guy that works there is an awesome guy tho wish he was always working but at the same time know he needs his free time as well, but 2 women that work there have been really rude to me before for no reason

It’s a great place. They provide free printing and computer use with CAC access. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to do work after the research library is closed!

Fantatic customer service on the installation. They never leave you with unanswered questions. Print service and the staff is polite. I plan on requesting volunteer information in the near future. They also have a comliter lab open during the week for Soldiers to utilize.

ACS offers many programs and resources for the Army community. Their new comer briefing is very helpful went you're new to the area. The Spouse Leader Seminar is so informative and useful to all spouses. The Employment readiness is very useful to anyone looking for help with building a good resume and cover letter.

I went to try to sign up as a volunteer only to find out that the Army Volunteer Corps is no longer part of the Army Community Service on Fort Benning.They told me that each unit now has an OPAC that manages that on the unit level.So I asked for my unit's OPAC point of contact, to which they told me that they would take my contact info and have my OPAC contact me.I have heard nothing since.
