Price matching is a hassle. They have to have it in stock nearby. Some of the attitudes you have to deal with are totally unnecessary. But all and all its a good spot to get certain things for cheaper than off post with no tax. Beauty supplies, cologne/perfume, and hygiene products are the main things I see for a cheaper price.

Love this store. Can find some deals, but you have to be aware of price fluctuations. Clearance areas can be steals with extreme price cuts.As a 40 year old guy, nothing is better than securing your entire years worth of clothes for fractions of retail in the clearance racks.

Seven employees up front and two working the register. The employee that is working one register is holding a whole conversation with the patrons. No regular registers open. Self service is a joke due to you need to go to a regular register for gift cards and jewelry. The majority of employees are senior citizens and extremely slow. Worse exchange ever and getting worse.

The post exchange is like an overpriced wal-mart with less selection. Most of what you can buy, you can find for less online. It's good for when you need something and you just want to get out of the house and still not deal with crowds.

The prices here are absurd, I remember paying 16 dollars for hair putty you can get at the commissary for 8 dollars, it's completely outrageous and that whole mall should be brought to shame for exploiting phase 5 students who have no other choice to shop there. Most of the shops on base are guilty of this and are just out here to make money instead of supporting soldiers who make some of the least amount of money in the army. It would be cheaper to go off post to get anything or use the commissary. Disgraceful.

Extremely disappointed. Tried buying a major appliance. Told had to buy on-line. Then we tried going through the app. Couldn't get tge price they had posted on the appliance. HONE DEPOT Would not honor it. 😒 Extremely disappointed

This store is also located on the military installation. Inside the post exchange, there is a food court, Starbucks, and many other stores. The post exchange part of the store will ask for ID card. Their is also online order pickup.

Prices are high, often higher than the same product off post. It's a shame when so many new soldiers are not allowed to shop off post. And for a store seemingly full of merchandise, they rarely seem to have what I need. I often walk out empty handed because they have ran out of my dogs food or because they don't have my size air filter in stock. They only seem to ever have self check out open, so if you need to pay for your purchase with cash or have a coupon you would like to use, you have to go to customer service, which is an inconvenience.Their employees are friendly and helpful, I hope they are paid and treated well. That is the only reason I didn't rate them even lower. I know the self check out thing is not the employees fault.

I would advise against purchasing electronics here. See my 86in tv. Was unable to return, as the folks I hired to install did so 16 days after I purchased. Just be careful…. Now I have a $1600 broken tv :(

It's on base, so you need military ID to get here. Good food court, Charlie's is awesome. Avoid during the lunch rush.

We were at the food court, and my son wanted Popeye's. With no one else in front of us, we waited almost ten minutes before any one of the employees would even acknowledge our presence, and then they seemed bothered by the fact we were there. We just left, and had great sandwiches from Charley's and Arby's instead. Don't worry Popeye's, we won't EVER bother you again.

Went to the Charlie’s. Took a while to get my food but it was fine and my chicken cheesesteak was great. The strawberry lemonade is also amazing. There were a lot of flies, but it’s the middle of summer, so it’s understandable.Now, the reason why this review is 2 stars is because while I was sitting down and eating, I heard my favorite singer come on the speakers. “Mine,” by Taylor Swift. I start mumbling the lyrics when all of a sudden, I actually LISTEN to the song. It’s not Taylor’s Version.I am appalled that Fort Gordon, the base that is trying to better itself by renaming the base (which is/was named after a Confederate soldier), would play a version of a song that was stolen from its original writer and singer. I am disgusted by the behavior being conducted on this base.My views of Fort Gordon/Eisenhower have been slightly shifted. Please do better and use Taylor’s Version.

This is a PX, generally I’m opposed to going to them simply because it has things LIKE what you need, but more often than not, not exactly what you’re going in there for.And they took the little booze isle out and it’s only at the class six. Albeit next door; now I’ll have to go and make 2purchases at least I’ll only have to deal with the “too small” parking lot once.

Been to the PX a couple of times while visiting Fort Gordon and every time was great. Food court has several options to choose from. Never long lines and great service. PX has great product selection and overall a lovely shopping experience. Lines, if any, move quickly and self checkout is easy and efficient. Will be visiting here often over the next few months and looking forward to it! 😊 Some nice vendors set up also, so be sure and visit them too!

Every time that I'm close to Ft. Gordon I always visit this PX. Here I'm able to find everything I need for my uniforms, compared to other locations, they have different options when it comes to food, class 6 is located in the same building 😎, and is always clean.

For this post, it's a decent PX. Most items are in stock, plenty of additional kiosks, and the small stores come and go. It's not a mall like at Bliss or Hood, but it works for a place this size.*Edit - I still stand by this review. The one thing that has changed is the addition of a self-checkout area. That does make checking out a little easier and faster.

Good place to shop. Not as good at the MC exchange on camp Lejune but still pretty good. I come over here for hair cuts. Quite a variety of restaurants and shops. Nice place to hangout or run some errands. See a lot of vets picking up meds. Not a bad place at all.

The post exchange is a place where I usually go to once to maybe 3 times a week. They provide so much good things with good prices and that are tax free. I honestly have not had any issues there and the cashiers are always helpful. I get my kids clothes there sometimes, my bags, shoes to go out and even shoes for my kids. I would recommend to anybody. And I will continue to keep going.

Don't really go here because I like to, I go here because I have to. Products in clothing sales are often hard to find, mislabeled, and their stocking system is light-years behind. They will be out of stock for patches of units on post for weeks on end. Has most of what you need, most of the time, for more than you want to pay for it. Most workers are quite helpful though.
