This is more of a consumer beware announcement. I have always been a loyal customer and fan of Tractor Supply. I purchase my animal feed and landscaping materials/equipment from them. I was recently sold a Toro push mower. The sales associate mentioned a power plus protection plan. She said the plan is a “No-hassle” plan. If anything happens to the mower within the year of protection, you just bring the mower back to us and we either fix, replace, or refund your money. I do not generally purchase these additional offerings but this time I did. The mower ultimately blew up. I brought my protection plan packet, original receipts, and lawnmower with accessories back to tractor supply as the sales associate advertised and recommended during the original purchase. Sales associate called the store manager and store manager said that I would need to file a claim with Asurion and Asurion would likely issue me a e-credit that I could them use to replace the blown up mower. She was very nice and respectful but definitely singing a completely different tune then the “No hassle” tune I was originally listening too. I left the store and called Asurion. I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally got one of their sales associates. She then told me that I could file a claim but that it would have to be through Toro as they have their own parts/manuf warranty process but they would be willing to file it for me as a courtesy, puts me on hold. 15 minutes later she comes back on the phone and says that I will need to drop the mower off at a location that is a 2 hour drive each way from the store/location where I live. They would assess the mower and decide what to do from there. I told her 2 hours each way is to far to drive. She said they would have to meet with an advisor to determine if there was a service center that was closer but that would take a few days. I got a claim number and concluded the conversation. Long story short. The grass is getting tall. $500 on a mower with a “no hassle” warranty plan. I would advise any and all consumers reading this post to avoid purchasing any of these protection plans as I am getting the run around and the mower is not operational.

My husband was pulling jet skis from Florida and had a tire blow out. It was 8pm on a Friday night and they needed a specialized trailer tire. While on the phone, an employee at this store looked through the tires and found two! The employee brought them to the register and when they arrived they were waiting for them. Wonderful people at this store!

Picked up a trailer this weekend. Passed over the carryall house brand for a karavan. Absolutely amazing quality and well built little trailer. Was able to snag the 0 percent interest finance deal theyre running. Cant really go wrong. The Manger Erika was absolutely great. Made the process a breeze. Highly recommend!

Had most of the items I was going for just not all of them this trip stock on some items was a little low if not out. And not sure why but I never seam to earn any points in the nabior app or even when checked at register even though I give phone number every time.

They have a good assortment of hardware. The sales staff is a bit young and not very knowledgeable if you need help with most of the items in the store.

This store has a very hard time keeping items in stock. I end up having to go to multiple stores to buy my weekly items. Have even placed online order and get there to pick it up and be told the item wasn't in stock after receiving a pickup confirmation that my order was ready. Seriously considering just finding somewhere else to buy my feed and supplements to insure my horses have what they need! I'm also not the only one with this issue. There's several of us feeding the same feed and they can never keep it in stock so we are left to drive all over to find the feed or pay crazy shipping prices to have it shipped to the store. I've called the store and asked what to do and was told they would call back and never did and I've emailed customer service 2x to try to resolve with no response. I dont know what else to do but find somewhere else that carries my feed and pay the higher price.

I'm sure the store had anything and everything people need from this type of store. I only hope nobody else needs customer service help from some of the employees there.Apparently there's no communication electronically between corporate and store where orders are concerned. I ordered three items after verifying availability. I had to order online, pay, and have someone pick up for me.For some reason only one item was pegged for pickup, the other two went into ship to store category.Even though the items were on the shelf plain as day, the associates would not give daughter the items, because they showed it as an online order.Then, we could not get refunded for same reason. We had to have items same day, so waiting for them to ship to store was out.It is utterly ridiculous for a store not to have access to online orders.I wouldn't tell people to not shop there, just to be careful how you order, and who you deal with.

Only place i know i can buy welding rod, shooting targets, blue jeans, and cat food under the same roof.UPDATE OCTOBER 2022: 5 Stars. everybody knows brick and mortar retail stores took a absolute beating during COVID-19 with closed doors or cut store hours. massive layoffs interruptions in the supply chain. a perfect storm for businesses to fold up and while employee retention still seems to be an issue at most small and mid-size retailers, the local Forsyth tractor supply that I go to never fails to have a courteous staff first and foremost. I don't expect all the right answers and to be asked all the right questions by a staff who's average age is 20 but they have always been eager to help and not once have been rude or discourteous. I consider myself fortunate because I already know the ins and outs for the different tools. hardware fasteners, chemicals? pet food? animal medicine, power equipment and so on and so on that I'm looking for or looking at that. I don't need a in-store expert to guide me along other than helping me at the register when I find great deals at the clearance aisle and I mean great deals.

This store location is my usual go to. I'm a chicken mama and I live looking at the chicks when they are there. Well I was HIGHLY disappointed to see the condition that these babies were in. The majority of them were lethargic and almost a whole flock of 1 breed had pasty butt. I'd be surprised if any of these babies survived another week. These brooder towers are AWFUL!!!!! Change back to the old way. The chicks were healthier then.....

The atmosphere in this store is unbelievably friendly. If you need anything to fix your electric fence or have any garden needs, i would definitely suggest this store for you.

Love to just stop and go walk around. Reminds me of simpler times seeing some of the items available and I always seem to find something to buy even if just treats for my dog. My dog also loves to visit with me.

I buy all of my bird seed and suet for the birds around our house. I also get Iams cat food and litter there as the price is better. I enjoy going to Tractor supply. They have chicks in now, and it makes me want to start raising chickens, as I had when I was a child.

Great place to pick up bulk nuts and bolts pay by the pound instead of paying a lot for plastic packages. They have good prices on a good assortment of tools and the staff are very helpful.

The store is in decline. Stock is thin and lots of stuff missing. The site to store shipping option is a joke. The price of having a small gun locker from stack on is almost half the cost of the locker itself.

I have a small farm go hear alot . But normally for animal feed. But need tracktor parts and bot only did they not have the parts could not get them . I had to wait for ever and a day to even get help. But unless I want to drive to a whole bother town this is what we have .
