Found steaks these on a wim at Dickey Farms. Grilled them for the family the same day and the concensus was that they are the best steaks we've ever had. We plan on making the trip to PTC to grab A LOT more. Called to ask about where to buy and talked to Joseph. What a kind a humble guy. I buy this beef any chance I can get at the PTC farmers market. Today I made a porterhouse from them. Gracious it was good. It’s fresh, taste spot on. I wish I had more space in my freezer.
