Came in to get drinks. People I've never seen before were there. One person was stocking and the other walked out of the office. The one that walked out of the office greeted me. I said hello. I walked around to the counter after I grabbed my Powerade from the opposite side and the person who came from the office was talking to the one stocking. I squeezed the toy pig they had on the counter and turned to see if they were coming. They both saw me standing there and they never came. The one from the office proceeded to walk to the back after they talked to the one stocking and the one stocking looked away and continued to put items on a peg. I left the drink on the counter after a couple minutes and walked out.

I would give it a 5, but they only had one cashier as usual and at least 12 people in line so I left. However the quantity, quality and cleanliness of this store was great. I could say it is my favorite Dollar Tree, may just have to go during the week when everyone is at work.

Even though this is a "dollar store" it does not have a cheap feel to it. Yes, most of the products come from China, but a lot of them are still pretty good quality. The staff are helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Mary. She's a joy, with a kind word for every customer.

Discussed!!!!!! On numerous occasions, upon checkout, lines would be long and the young manager ( between the age of 18 - 28 ) would just sit there and watch the cashiers. Not only that, her and another manager ( between the age of 25 - 30 ) would go outside and smoke right in the mist of long lines. Not to mention, the older one smoke had a foul chemical odor to it. Very unacceptable. My family and I would no longer be customers..... Valued Customer.

I had a Problem ordering a certain item an the main head quarters didn't have it....I was told I would have to go to each Dollar Tree and see which one had the item I was looking for....I called 3 different ones, with no answer at all.....I called 2 more and they were sold out, an they didn't know when another shipment would be coming in of that item before Thanksgiving...So I called Ms. Ashley at this Forsyth Location....not only was her Customer Service Very Pleasant, she went an looked an found what I needed ,{mind you I needed 20}she held them for me....an when I got there she stated she had another order coming in soon {of another item I am Looking for}an if I wanted to, I could leave my name and number an she would call me soon as the order came in...She is an Amazing an Awesome Manager.....Dollar Tree you have a real Jewel 💎...keep her an keep up the Fantastic Job you are doing Ms. Ashley....a Very Satisfied Customer, who will be doing my Future shopping here at the Forsyth DollarTree!!!!Oh, an I am Spreading the word about this store an my Pleasant Experience!!!!

Store had what I needed but I would like to tell the manager and employees about something called fronting. If you go through the store just three times a day and pull the items to the front of the shelf it makes the store look full without it looking like a hurricane hit and there is a run on bread. If a shelf is empty go to the back and put anything there. Make the store seem full and we'll stocked.drinks in the soda machine were in disarray. Just straighten up a little and it makes the customer think you have what they need. Not trying to be insulting just saying.

I placed an order online. When placing the order it refused to let me deliver to the store. I called and got 3 different stories as to why it would not let me deliver to store. So I had them ship it to my house. 11 dollars for shipping to be here on the 8th. My order is still processing. Hasn't even shipped. I don't see it being here on the 8th. Now I know COVID will be to blame for this. COVID is not an excuse. I believe it is just sorry people who don't want to work.

Besides Walmart in my town, this is the second store I always go to for little things like gain dryer sheets, paper plates, trash bags, temptation cat treats, etc. Great customer service and deals!
