This store employees are NOT friendly at all..the delivery driver packed right behind my car totally blocking me on..when I asked him to move he was very rude and refused. He said I could get out. He proceeded to "guide" me back. He kept saying coming on back til I tapped into his truck. I got and asked again more forceful for him to move up just a bit. He said no he had work to do..he eventually moved. It took about 10 minutes for him to decode to move. He acted like I was the problem.

Currently, as of 7/19/2023 this Dollar General is employed by customers.... When you walk in nothing is stocked and if you do find what you're looking for, you unpack it. All the prices are wrong. The door has a hand written note that says Card Only. The only register open is self check out. And multiple young ladies sitting in the parking lot smoking cigarettes while customers are left in an extremely long line to fend for themselves. So, are we getting paid to shop here? Please, let me know so I can fill out a W-4!!!

I go here very often, but every time I do, I say I never will again.They greet you like they hate it. They're hardly ever at the register. Piles of merch against the shelves and you can't get to anything.Again the management and cashiers seem to resent customers unless it's neighbors or relatives. They're often on the phone. I could go on and on. Send a secret shopper.Thanks for reading my thoughts

Nice Dollar General, but it seems to be understaffed every time I go in here. There is always a long line at the register. I don't blame the cashiers; they are always friendly and attentive. Overall, good shopping experience, but don't expect to make a quick trip.

Stopped to get dog treats and there were 2 ladies working and one started working that day & the other one started the day before. It was Friday when I stopped around 5 and the store was packed. Other than that it was a good. They did have a lot of stock out to be put on the shelves which made it hard to go down the Isles.

I am giving this particular store 2 stars due to the employees' unprofessionalism, lack of awareness, and horrible customer service. There is an older lady that works here and she's been there every time I've shopped at the store. And everytime she walks around like she hates her job and doesn't want to be there. I feel like a burden if I ask her where something is in the store. Having an unwelcoming feeling definitely doesn't make for a positive shopping experience. She is rude and the last time I was there (last week) she and another employee were gossiping about another employee. To make it worse it was with a customer involved in the conversation. I could hear them all the way across the store. I hope this is brought to her attention and her attitude changes. Customer service is so important. Treating someone with respect and acknowledging another person isn't that hard.As far as the merchandise and cleanliness I have no complaints!

I was looking for Christmas family PJs. We are foster parents and this is something the kids want to do. I'm a late shopper. I had looked at Walmart, online, and could not find them at a decent price. Low and behold, they had them right sizes and price. Thank you.

My first time at this one...I must say..Monroe County is by far the most people oriented (for lack of a better description ) county! The old saying,it takes a village to raise a child,well..it their case it takes a county to raise a community!!!! Every time there's an event and or crisis they step up! While in line at this Dollar General,some would have thought it would be chaotic,but as people were anxious to try and get what they needed in light of the covid virus,the employees were on top of their game ,to say the least..a lady was buying up what she could to fulfill bags to help the school district pass out to families whose children were going to be home,due to school closings ..police officers were there to assist her with loading it all up..no one was complaining while in line..just wishing that everyone remember the elderly,ect..it was a wonderful experience!

Anytime I'm having a party or gathering for church. Dollar General is the place I shop. Plates, napkins, all dinnerware, or just for your home. Don't spend a lot of money unless you just got it like that.

Greeted upon entering the store with friendly employees who helped direct me to which isle I needed to pick up a few things. Always happy to save some money at a friendly DG😁
