We can't say enough about the kind and friendly service we received at Ace Forsyth this morning. We were travelling through the area and having issues with our chipped key for our truck. A quick stop at Ace and we had a newly programmed key for half of the price of the Ford dealer. Thank you so much for helping us on our way to Canada!

I am a weekly visitor to this location. Sometimes daily. The staff here are knowledgeable and very courteous. They have what I would say is the largest retail selection of Stihl products I have seen in awhile. Store is always clean and well managed.

A little Home Depot. They have a good assortment of hardware and tools but boy are they proud of there stuff. You couldn't do a big job at their prices.

This store is constantly out of stock of simple items, not exotic items, every day items. Staff knowledge as a whole is low. There are a few team members that are knowledgeable but not a consistent presence throughout all shifts/days. I don’t foresee them gaining customers or maintaining current customers at this rate.

Not the same store I shopped at for decades. Poorly trained and personally I woun't use them unless it's a must have moment. Still a decentnt selection. But the days of helpfull and well trained are really over. That's a shame.

Ace Hardware has so many things that you could possibly need or want. Although their prices are higher than other areas, their selections Excel. And the people are always friendly and accommodating.
