This was my first time taking my chihuahua here . He needed all his vaccines and his heart worm and flea tick prevention . I was amazed at the price. It wasn’t expensive at all. I love this place . The Dr is so nice and polite she takes the time to explain everything to you . She also showed me my dogs heart work test that it was negative . I was also seen yesterday which was a Saturday . You would think they would try to rush you out because it’s a Saturday and they are busy. Nope she took her time . Oh and also with the vaccines I requested his nails to be cut . They took good care of my coco . Thank you for all that you guys do . Front desk lady was such a sweet heart ♥️

I had a great experience with them. They treated my Pekingese Isabella like a queen. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me. I will definitely be taking Isabella back for her veterinary needs.

I love this place 🏼 The staff, receptionist and Dr is super friendly and nice. I was able to drop off my Molly and pick her up a couple hours later. This was super convenient for me as I only have one day off. Recommend 110%

Have been coming here for 9 years. I feel the concerns I have about my pets are taken seriously and I'm given sound diagnoses and advice. Some services are a little pricey, but that's capitalism! My senior dog loves coming to the office where Wesley, Nia and other staff spoil her! Happy with Doctor Green!

I was extremely pleased with the emergency service provided by the staff at Veterinary Medical Clinic in Forest Park, GA. My family and I were visiting relatives nearby when our French Bulldog suddenly began vomiting. We were in a state of panic as we didn't have any prior knowledge of local veterinarians. Taking a chance on this clinic turned out to be a blessing.Dr. Green and the entire team at Veterinary Medical Clinic were not only professional but also incredibly caring. They swiftly attended to our dog's needs, and it was clear that they were dedicated to her well-being. If I could a 0 gstar I would ..This place is deplorable.. if you love your pet DO NOT take them to this clinic it is over priced , its dirty, filthy, run down , please read the verbiage on the sign in form very carefully I advise to not commit to anything..They take the pet from you and do not allow you to watch the vet do the examine ... It’s horrible !!! “I wouldn’t recommend this place or the VET to anyone that cares for their pet health .. I have also reported my experience to the state of Georgia veterinary board👍🏽👎

Monday morning I race to my vet who tells me I need an astronomical amount of money to save my pet. Leaving their office crushed, I decided there had to be a way. I parked on the side of the road with my little dog, prayed, then looked for a vet that could handle the surgery frankie needed. VMCC not only saved frankie they did so for a quarter the amount originally estimated by my orig vet. The day went from lowest low to amazing high Needless to say, I have a new vet for all my babies. Recommend highly, considerate and focused on your baby.. this is a great place!

I made an appointment for a mother cat, four kittens and an adult dog. My concerns were the mother cat was losing weight, and my dog had skin issues, also the kittens needed health exams and possible worming.Upon arriving for the appointment, they would not see my dog because I did not have proof of rabies vaccine with me. I would have brought it if I were told it was needed. At this clinic you are expected to drop off your pet and pick it up later. I did not realize this. Personally I feel it is a poor way to communicate with pet parents. The owner needs to be with a pet to know the services are rendered, ask questions and tell about concerns etc. Avoiding owner/human interaction is wrong. The doctor calling the owner to introduce herself and give a quick summary of an exam is unacceptable. As a pet owner, I am willing to wear a mask, gloves and sanitize my shoes to know that my pet is being examined and treated well.The next issue I have with this clinic is that, I spent $350 and I don't know the weight, body temperature, ear and eye health, shots given, heart rate or any info on any kitten or the mother. All I have is the invoice an a rabies tag. Shouldn't I get a shot/medical history booklet or at least a printout of each pet's health and services provided, to give to the new owners. I was told it would be emailed. I called back to let the office know I had not received an email. Again I was told it has been sent and I verified that they were using the correct email. Still have no idea of medical history, results of the fecal test, weight or any notes. An itemized invoice is not a medical history.It appears to me no one took notes. Let me mention that this is a litter of all black tailless kittens (Manx). Sometimes these cats have spinal issues. I didn't get an opportunity to discuss kittens. I was told that all of my kittens were girls. I'm positive one is a boy, which leads me to believe one kitten might have gotten a double dose of medicine and the boy was not seen at all.(see pictures in this review clearly show a male vs female)I had lipstick with me to mark the kittens as they were examined. I had imagined the vet tech weighing each kitten and the doctor examining and talking about them. Boy was I let down and frightened for them as I sat sweating in the parking lot.If this clinic loves animals and their pet parents, I can't tell. I was not allowed to be with my beloved pets during their exam and have no medical history to show. Also, what is happening to them. What are the conditions of the exam room? "By appointment only", led me to believe that there would be time given for each client, that was not the case here.Update: 9 days after my visit to this veterinary clinic the mother cat died! Trying to get information as to the results of her exam did not go well. They did not answer my calls after this negative review. Each time I called, it always went to answer machine. I guess I was on their blacklist of people to not answer to. I'm updating this review, because I realize now, that it has been suppressed all this time. While the pictures of male and female kittens has remained, the original review was hidden away. My beloved Kitty is gone and this place did nothing to help, but did hide this review.

I brought my baby here for an illness visit. I was able to make a same day appointment, and the wait from the time I walked in to the time I walked out was less than an hour. I highly recommend this place. The customer service was great. The patient care was great. Best of all, it was super affordable! I’ll definitely be coming back here.

I took my dogs here twice. The first time was for a physical exam, vaccinations, and nail trimming. I was told one of my dogs was aggressive during the visit so the staff had a difficult time doing his nails but the service was some what completed. We don't consider our dogs to be aggressive at all but this was their first time at the vet so I assumed he was scared. Not once did the staff request for our help with our dogs during the visit to make them a little more comfortable. So my husband and I just excused that visit because the services we went for were completed at a low cost to us.We took one dog back because he needed to get his ear infection treated. We were there for 2 hours and our dog did not get seen for his ears! Not once did any staff member or the owner call us or come to our car, which we were outside waiting, to update us and let us know what anything or ask for our assistance with our dog. After that time I went inside to ask about my dog and the owner stated that they couldn't treat my dog because he was being too aggressive and that they were over booked, obviously by how overwhelmed the owner looked and acted. So I told my husband and he respectfully told the owner that the service was unacceptable and if they were so busy then they should've informed us sooner so we could reschedule instead of waiting 2 hours for nothing. The owner was very rude with my husband and acted like our dog's ear treatment were minor compared to everything else she had to do that day. Needless to say we will not be returning to this place again and would not recommend. They are a small clinic that is low cost but do not have enough staff to manage their workload. Please be aware of that if you decide to go.

My experience was not the best, my pets had all their vaccinations in place I needed some documents from the vet and was lied to.My appointment was cancelled twice and they were trying to overcharge me for a pet that never went in for a check up.Wasted my time. Not ethical.

***Buyer Beware***Their service is trash! Nothing ever seems to work ie. the X-ray machine. They tried to force me to buy heartworm medication through their website when I ask for my prescription for my dogs they want to charge me six dollars per prescription to pour red prescription which is ludicrous.They wouldn’t email it, so I had to make a 3rd trip there for something they should have given me on day 1. Staff is incompetent.

I had a really great experience. The staff was super friendly and the prices are affordable. They laid out everything in advance and let me know what was necessary and what was recommended. They did not make me feel pressured to choose anything, but educated me on what was involved. She had some issues staying still when they tried to take blood, and they had to poke her a few times. They were so patient and gentle and showed real empathy for what my baby was going through. They took very good care of my Molly and I will definitely visit again.
