Manager has ZERO customer service skills. Very unprofessional. Stood in line for over 15 minutes never acknowledged the line which was in front of him. If I didn't have to purchase the items for my elderly mother I would have left immediately. Will NEVER shop at this location ever again.

Went in to purchase ad items for bbq. The items did not scan correctly and the manager said it was not his problem. He was very rude! One of the sales associates heard the conversation and she came over to assist (since he did not want to be bothered). Thank you Tan...you should be manager, not him. Will definitely not go back to this location.

The Associates are very nice and respectful. The cashier even understood me celebrating because I was using coupons to help save.

Last experience manager may have had off day. I understand off days and I expect for some employees to slack off, but what I do to you? Lol. Love family dollar for being in every neighborhood.

Came I the store on Saturday may 14 , lines was long a employee by the of General open up a register and I was standing right in front of , look over me and decide who he wanted to help , and when ask why he skip over me he got rude and nasty , I walked out could spend my money somewhere with rude disrespectful people , work to hard for my money

Horrible!!! They see us standing outside and wouldn't let us in!!! They sign said they open at 8,but they didn't let us in till 8:15!!! Did not even speak when she open the door!!!!
