Albert the Assistant Manager is the best! He should be in the Corporate Office. Love that dude. He Welcomes me with a smile, and always suggests things I should buy. Latoya, she's great, she's always in the aisle working to keep her store Top Notch, and the Store Associates are Friendly. One Thing I recommend, Two More cash registers, or self check out!

Employees and staff is the face of the store. The cashier greeted every non black individual who walked into the store. She was short worded when spoken to. As she completed my transaction, I was told “Take your receipt”.I stayed around to listen to her tone with the white lady that was next. The cashier was more pleasant with her. She said “Please take your receipt”This young lady who had multiple facial piercings, with a nonchalant demeanor, that displayed biases will be the reason why this location will witness a revolving door of new workers.Disgraceful!

Went for AAA batteries for flashlights. Also bought footies, dog food and dog treats. It was well stocked and there was a great variety of everything to choose from. The cashier was friendly and very helpful. Good experience overall.

I was shopping for a storage Box and the quality of the ones they had were sub par. You used to be able to find good deals there, but not today. The isles were cluttered and the store did not smell fresh. There was only one cashier and a very long line, so I put back the one item I had and didn't buy anything.

Very upset at this store. I left my purchased items from next door(beauty supply) at the counter. I left without it Saturday... Came back today with my bag open and a item missing, with receipt in bag showing all my items was not in there as they were when I left the beauty supply store on Saturday. Instead of the manger being understanding knowing I left my bag cause he did not give it back,even after me stating what EXACT item it was he turnt me away. never again will I visit this store ‼‼‼

Terrible Customer Service and Bad Attitudes. I have lived in this community for nine years and have never had problems until recently. For the past six or so times I have shopped here there have been constant problems, mainly with the customer service. Today a female associate ignored me afyer I got in her line behind someone. I admit that I did think that there were two lines going, but no one informed me that there was only one line, and I stood there in line behind someone handling a transaction for about three minutes or so. After their transaction concluded, the associate completely ignored me for at least a full minute while I waited to be checked out. She was marking things on a list of some sort. She finally tells me that there is only one line. I responded that it ould have been nice to have been informed sooner, at which she responded by getting louder and veing very rude that there is only one line, and everyone knew that. I said that that was okay, but I wish she had informed me when she saw me get in her line. She responded by saying that that's the line and she wasn't going to argue with me. I didn't think we were arguing, but I guess she was. I just felt it prudent to mention that it would have been nice to know sooner. I got into the other line and was prepared to be patient and wait until she came over to the line that I was now in. I normally let things go, but her attitude and demeaner combined with my past few experiences at this location just made something click in me. I put down my items (a notebook and a candy bar) and announced that I refuse to spend my money at any place with staff that have such nasty attitudes. I will NEVER buy anything from this location and possibly any other family dollar again. I make enough to spend the few extra dollars and cents elsewhere, but I try to support the local community and economy. However, you can't expect people to put good money into businesses with bad service.

Store was in complete disarray. Store had items on floor empty boxes on shelf Cashier was abruptly and harshly speaking to me. You dont have to be nasty in order to do your job. My recommendation is shop somewhere else

The worst store ever, leave your bag up front and anything you need such as pregnancy test are not even out for you to look at. Something needs to change and if you are that afraid and thing that all customers steal maybe just shut down.

Waited in line for a long time. Only one cashier. Boxes and other merchandise were all over the aisle. The prices the items were very reasonable.

Arrived 10 minutes before closing time and the doors are locked and the lady mouthed at the window the computer is down....I can't stand hood service and I bet they were not down prior to them wanting to rush home. If you don't want to work go find another job! Ugh!!! So dissatisfied!
