Slow is one thing, (and they truly are slow) but this pharmacy is making a habit of ignoring prescriptions that they do not want to fill for one reason or an other then deleting them from the computer. If you really need a prescription I suggest driving the 20 miles to St. Mary's or Callihan

So I looked online to see what time tuey close. It says nine. Well here I am at 8:30 and thevdoor is locked. I suggest you call the store before driving out of your way.

The average time to have prescriptions filled is 1.5 - 2 hours. Every time I've tried to have prescriptions filled at this pharmacy in Folkston.

Well, I will put in my negative review as well as others did. The pharmacy is illiterate. Unable to communicate properly, unable to understand instructions! Insurance problem, that they did not bother to resolve. I have had issues in the past with them and I have over looked it. Not anymore. I will never step inside this store again. I know they DO NOT care! AT ALL! Im getting in touch w. corporate on this! DONT SHOP HERE and by all means DO NOT use their pharmacy! If they are that stupid, they may fill your RX incorrectly and you will suffer from that situation.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I had prescriptions that should have been transferred back to my local pharmacy in Mississippi. They were finally transferred but they didn't release it so it was charged to my insurance company. Local pharmacy tried to call and get it released. They were on hold 45 minutes then found out the pharmacy had closed early because of being short handed. I will drive out of my way before ever stepping foot back into a Walgreens store.

Pharmacy closed 2 days. Went in was told they would call but 6hrs later they said they didn't have. Wife quit 5 years ago now I quit they are terrible. New reviews this 2 months later and there worse now. What the he'll we will never use any Walgreens ever. Where the he'll is management. Make so much they don't care. Nobody responds

Terrible service. Even when there isn't a line it takes a long time to be helped. Most of the staff is standing around gossiping. The pharmacy workers have a terrible attitude no one acknowledges you're even there until you've stood at the desk awkwardly quiet for several minutes. No one said, hello we will be with you in a minute. Just attitude problems.

Phone lines are never working, have to go in person in order to talk to someone about errors with my prescriptions. Extremely frustrating.

Went in to get a copy of a picture. Machine was not working properly. Where is good customer service 🤷‍♀️ anymore!
