We stopped by to check out the plants and flowers. The variety was limited and we were unable to find what we were looking for. The store is a very nice facility, we just weren't able to find what we wanted.

They are very friendly and helpful but the prices are ridiculous I thought since they carried the ACE name that the prices were all the same. Hilliard has the same product I was looking for for 15 dollars cheaper and it's just a 10 minute drive. To be a small community you would think they would look out for the community since we do live here and keep them in business.

Delivered my lumber and stacked the same day. I always shop here for all my repairs and project needs. Customer service is excellent and prices are actually better than Lowe's or Home Depot. In Folkston you just can't beat that.

Well what makes this place good is if a local inhabitant, not having to drive 24 miles to Lowes or 44 to Home Depot. The only problem is they are closed Sunday and close early every day when most people that work are just getting home as in, they are open only when most of the consumers are at work. Never understood this concept. And it's a large reason for online shopping success as you can shop at anytime. Accessible after work hours and ADVERTISE that fact is the only thing that will make these types of stores survive.

Would never set foot in this store if there was other options...placed a order online today 04-18-2024 received a e-mail stating my order was ready for pickup.these people cancelled my order order.what I can only assume was because I used birthday rewards.called to ask why .very short rude will never do business with this location again.my money wasn't refunded either scum

Don't shop here! They never have anything I need for my home in stocks. Also don't let them work on your weed trimmers, they charged me $40 an hour and didn't fix either one I brought them. I will not be doing business with them anymore because I have to go out of town to Lowes to get what I need every time I have tried to shop here.

I would give this store 10 STARS if I could. The staff at this store is sooo knowledgeable and friendly. Me and my hubby worry them crazy over all kinds of situations. We like them all, but Michael is the go to guy at this location. Thanks to you all for doing such a good job. Highly Recommended location.

Going to Ace Hardware is always a good experience and going to this store is no exception. They have everything you'd want. The store's organized, nice & clean, and spacious, and the staff's helpful and pleasant to talk to. The smell of fertilizer and mowers, the vegetables, flowers and fresh foliage, the paint and turpentine, they all take me back to good memories back at my Dad's garage in Ohio.

I love the store. Love the competitive prices on SOME things. Love the selection. But, there is an issue, and I'm not the only one who feels like this. Management and employees listen up. It's nice to be acknowledged when you come in. It's nice to say "If you need any help finding anything, let me know". What just about keeps me from coming in more is the way you get POUNCED on as soon as some one lays eyes on you. They want to take you to every item on your list. I don't need or want a shopping valet. It's a very aggressive tactic and it makes me avoid ACE. Don't you think people just want to walk and look around? Ever hear of impulse sales? Let me walk around without hovering over me like a vulture over a dead deer, and I can just about guarantee I will spend more money than I planned. I get the spirit of being helpful, but over service is as annoying and off putting as under service. If I need something, I'll come to you. Please just let people shop !

Tried to buy 2 bags of deer corn. They were at the front of the store but had mold. Told to drive to the back of store. Employee loaded corn and said it was ok. It was not, also had mold. I said I will go up front and buy apple flavored corn. I did but they made me pay the extra dollar per bag instead of apologize for the inconvenience.

Every time I go in here they never have the item I need and then I have to go to Waycross to Lowe for the items .... What a hardware store ... Gone there for half blocks and out of stock..

Nice Ace with allot of things. 42" bad boy zero turn mower out front. It's leaking gas in to the oil. Staff attempted to hide that fact before selling it. Not impressed with the staff up front at the registers.
