I didn't go inside I just went to the drive-thru. Great customer service always. And the ice cream of course is always good. Although the chocolate was down. I have noticed that they usually have difficulties with their ice cream machines. But anyway thank you for the great ice cream in the great customer service

We stopped in for a quick bite after driving all day. Amber waited on us and was so helpful, just as sweet as she could be. We talked to the owner for a few minutes and he was just as pleasant. Definitely will stop there on our next trip.

The management in this facility is on the verge of abusive. There were six women working. Of those six two were tucked behind a machine giggling on their phone and two others were verbally berating the new girl who was desperately trying to keep things going up front by herself. When I asked to speak to the manager one of the women who was giggling claimed to be the manager and refused to give me her name or the name of her boss to make a complaint. These employees will be the reason this facility loses money. If an actual manager is interested in knowing who...I have a picture feel free to contact me. My suggestion, don't let kids run a business without a real manager there.

I showed up at 8:15am with my grandchild to eat dinner. The young man at the register stated that we must pay for our food and leave. He was extremely rude. He said they only have 3 people working so we must leave.after we pay for our food. Keep in mind no other customers were inside or in the drive thru 🤷🏻‍♀️ Our 4 year old was in tears. The restaurant doesn’t close until 10pm. I will NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!!! This definitely is not southern hospitality 😞

When I ordered $18 worth of food I asked for two ice Waters and was given two cups then the owner came to me while I was sitting down eating with my girlfriend and said I would have to pay full price for the cups and then told me I did not ask for ice Waters I did not understand what he was implying very rude service I will never go back

Great Blizzard. Kinda empty inside. Drive thru was busy. Took a few minutes to get our Blizzards. But, well worth the price and wait.Parking: Great place to park. Enough room that I parked my Semi truck and trailer there. Great highway access. One of the best DQ Parking spots I've ever seen. Especially for single store parking that has enough space to park several semi trucks and trailers. I stop by every chance I get. The employees are a little bit slower than usual, but it's okay. It's still worth the stop.Wheelchair accessibility: Great wheel chair accessibility.

I ordered a six piece chicken strip basket with cheese curds with medium diet coke and a four piece chicken strip basket with cheese curds with a large sweet tea.... Well they got the four piece chicken strip basket with cheese curds wrong they didn't give me my cheese curds they gave old cold french fries and charged me for the cheese curds $2.69 for them and never got them... The sweet tea was unsweet ... Chicken tenders was cold and one was still frozen... The toast had no butter and over toasted .... I had throw out the meal...A waste of money and everything...

Apparently there's a barrier of understanding what a burger all the way is at Dairy Queen. After several weeks and numerous attempts to order a hamburger all the way, I was explained by management that the staff doesn't understand the outdated order of " hamburger all the way". I was explained by management, that I have to order a classic deluxe cheeseburger and say minus the cheese.

Waited in drive they behind 2 cars for 35 minutes! Both cars only got 1 small bag a piece so what took so long? I haven't been in a few years because of this happening every other time but I thought maybe enough time has past that it still couldn't be that bad. Wrong. Then when I finally got my order- 2 banana splits- they were Melted! Don't blame it on lack of employees, there were at least 4 we counted just up front. And you can't go in so its just drive thru.

Bunch of teens running the place. Saw a video or the place where water was running out of the front door! The girl with black hair was very nasty to me. Whenever I got my ice cream back it was watery. My fries tasted like they sat under the warmer for days. And notice that my food was microwave, but yet still cold. Should’ve took a picture I was too upset about my experience I literally got home and threw my food away. It’s a shame because the place has potential. Poor management I suppose.

This particular dairy queen was horrible. Hilliard FL. The service was good and the dining room was clean but the food was horrible. I hadn't eaten in 12 hours due to flight delays, so to say I was hungry is an understatement. I couldn't even eat my double cheese burger. It was the worst tasting burger I've ever had. Not sure if the cheese was bad or what, but I only took two bites. The small oreo blizzard with extra oreos I got only had one oreo in it. C'mon, man!

Ordered a medium butterfinger blizzard at the drive thru that only had butterfinger dust here and there and asked if I could get some actual butterfinger in the blizzard to which they said there was 3 scoops. Then went inside to talk to manager who shows me the butterfinger crumbs container. I left the blizzard on the counter. Didn't get reimbursed. I never complain or leave comments on any business ever. Worst blizzard ever. Livid.

All staff members are very friendly towards customers. Very clean restaurant inside and outside! You can get birthday cake and much more. Oct 27 I spent my birthday with my son here and It will be remembered for sure. Thanks

I had the hot brownie sundae. Soooo good. I don't usually eat here. No real reason. There's just one thing. They passed it out the window without the lid. That was weird. Something could have flown into it 😐. Other than that it was Awesome
