Went to use my loyalty for smokes and it says it is unavailable, so I went and had to fill out ANOTHER account..but after a year of being in the town I didn't think I had to do it again..also applied for work through this company and no one ever gets back to you,plus they went from the old system to the new system send an email to explain what happened ,got no response and even had an associate text me and explained to her and I got no reply at all.. so this company has alot of work to do.. first thing is answering every text email and not to mention talking to a manager at multi stores and got nothing...so my personal opinion is not a good all around talkative helpful company...

Just purchased quart of milk with debit. Was charged double. Asked cashier about it. She said it will show up as 4.00 not 8.00 but it didn’t on my bank info. Went back and she finally gave me the 4:00 back in cash. Rude and incompetent cashier!!! Many people in line and not too happy!!!

Clerk is friendly and helpful. Good customer service. The store is fresh, clean, and well stocked. Restrooms are also well stocked and clean.

There is a cahier there, she's shorter and has rediah brown short hair. She is so rude. Myself, my sister, and my MIL have all had a problem with her. Aside from just her extremely unwelcoming personality. My MIL stopped to get cigarettes there tonight. She asked for Newports and got some other food items as well. As she was walking out the door she realized thr cashier had given her some cigs called Traveler. My MIL went back to the register and politely said she had been given the wrong item. The cashier said "no you asled for Travelers and that's what I have you." My MIL is not a confrontational person and kept the cigs and bought the correct kind. My MIL had never even hward of Travelers ciggarettes and most certainly did not ask for them. My sister had a similar situation regarding lottery and the same cashier telling her that the tickets she was cashing in were losing tickets. My sister said she had just checked them and knew they were winners and asked the cashier to check again. The lady actually said "it'll be the same outcome if I scam them again they're losers" my sister took them to another store and got her $47 in winnings.The lady is ALWAYS rude.
