Thank you to the manager CHELSEY because she is a leader in customer service. Everytime I have entered the store she was already speaking with another guest and she STILL took the time to say HELLO. Greetings are your stores first impression.Thank you MARK for the knowledge you provided about the birds and your specialty with the fish.Thank you IVAN for the good customer service and assistance with the very large aquarium to my car.Thank you TERRI for being a friendly woman not just with me, but my grandson and the other customers I witnessed you converse with.I enjoyed the pets at this location and I bought two parakeets. A fancy one and a green one. I will be back for my Oscar fish for the 55 gallon tank I purchased with you all as well.Keep up the great customer service

One of the best PetSmart I have ever been. A beautiful store staffed by great employees that operate efficiently with many customers inside. I was dropping my sister‘s dog off with the groomers and the three people working back there were amazing. It was the dogs first time so she was nervous and they did a great job making her feel comforted.

I took my dogs here to get them groomed. My puppy they said they would see how he does. It appears they did not even try they trimmed a little around his face. Did not trim his feet like I requested and charged $50. I could have did what they did. Your a groomer at least that's what you advertise to do so maybe do your job.

WORST GROOMING EXPERIENCE EVER. I asked for fluffy and they shaved him bald with out even telling me before. And they said he had some knots which was obviously a lie because they inspected him before taking him in and saying that we did a good job brushing out two of his knots. It was obvious they must have went way too short and just continued to go with it. But let’s pretend that was the truth. if you can see by the pictures he was completely uneven. I paid for a full groom they didn’t even cut his paws. His head was completely uneven. In the worst part was that the senior groomer did it. I can’t imagine how bad the regular groomers are. Seriously they should’ve paid me for what they did to my dog. I also attached a picture of what he supposed to look like (Before cut)

If this review was for the groomers, this would be a 5 star review. I have been taking my dog to the groomers to do a nail trim for several years and about once a month. I always call and schedule an appointment on Sundays at 9:30am because I am able to book an appointment over the phone with the groomers and you can actually go online and schedule an appointment at 9:30am online as well. The groomers always do a wonderful job with my dog that doesn’t like to be around other dogs, so that is why we schedule an early appointment. After my dog’s nail trim, the groomer said to find someone in the store and they will check us out. We went to the front and a cashier walked past and we asked to be checked out and she said “we don’t open until 10, so I don’t care what the groomers said, but I am not going to check you out”. I was not going to wait 25 minutes for the store to open and the cashier to do their job. I found another lady and she said next time we don’t open until 10. If this was really their policy, they should fix their system and not allow people to schedule appointments before “store hours”. I’m very disappointed in the cashiers and their attitudes towards customers. If they do not want people in there before 10, the doors shouldn’t be opened.

Brooke was very good with Little Man! I walked in to get him and she was holding him and just petting him that made my heart feel so good and that he wasn’t in a cage! I will be definitely using her again.

Stopped in to take a look around. Many years ago I had a cat and I felt nostalgic. Enjoyed looking at the birds fish and small cats. Man Pet Smart has a lot of stuff. From food to toys to grooming tools fish tanks bird cages animal clothes, it is almost endless. Whew

I took my Dog to the PetSmart in Flowery Branch, Georgia. I extensively talked with Brooke about how I would like my dog's hair cut. I explained that my husband would like his hair and asked that he not be shaved. Brooke acknowledged my request by repeating what I had said to her. She then examined my dog's fur and found one small matted place near the back of his leg. Brooke explained she would try to detangle the matted area with the blow dryer and may have to cut that area out. I said no problem, do shave him she again made a request. Brooke said she would call if there were an issue.When I left the store, I got a phone call from my daughter explaining that her father only wanted a light trim on our dog, so I returned to the store and asked the attended to let Brooke know that I wanted a light trim and that the request shouldn't have been a problem since it was least than two minutes since I had walked out the attend she would let Brook know.At 1150, my Dog's bath and cut had not started. My Maltipoo’s grooming process is usually four hours, especially considering he has a lot of hair; however, I received an email and phone call at 2:05 pm saying my dog was ready for pickup. When I arrived for pick up, I immediately noticed Brooke had shaved my dog like a little Chihuahua. Brooke even shaved his tail. It felt like Brooke went out of her way to do the opposite of what I requested.When I asked why she didn't call me before shaving him, she just looked at me. The store didn't charge for this mess, and neither did they apologize. I would not have paid for this butcher job either way. The manager did state that he would talk to them; however, he allowed Brooke to walk off in an “oh well” type manner while he zeroed the payment.Brooke had no remorse at all for butchering my dog. Considering Brooke's two hours on my dog, she lacks patience when dealing with animals. Brooke should not be near anyone's dog for the purpose of grooming.I would like to say that I did not go off in the store nor act ugly towards Brooke, although her dismissal of my grievance would have warranted, at least the raising of my voice.The weather in Georgia is still quite chilly. We let our maltipoo’s hair grow out to keep him warm until the weather is consistently warm. He was shivering when he got home and spent the night wrapped in a blanket, something we have not had to do for him. His hair grows back over, although I wonder about his tail. I am beyond disappointed.

Eh! I can see why people have commented that the staff is rude, but there are some nice people as well..however if they don't like being there don't be there..your energy shows . Not my fault you been there all day , you don't know what others are going through... spread kindness

Grooming experience was not good as what I expected it to be, unfortunately. I recommend not dealing with Cheri. She was a very rude lady. Her tone of voice and telling me my dog owns the house. What in the world, she definitely does not. i always put my dog in place when she needs it. She does not need to be telling me she knows how my dog is when she do not live with me. I had someone else deal with my dog and it was not PetsMart Grooming so obviously they aren't that great with dealing with dogs

I tried to take my baby to get groomed there, and they have come up with so many lame excuses not to even touch him. I have never had any problems in the past with this problem. Will never go back.

Petsmart grooming services refused to clip my dog or even give him a bath after he was dropped off. It was very apparent they were turned off by the dog as he is a large dog and they didn't have enough staff to work on him. This is not a good place to have large dogs clipped. In the past they also refused to groom my shepherd mix. Many of these issues they say are due to the dogs' "anxiety." However, in the past if they've spent a little bit of time with them before starting to work the dogs are fine.

I have been bringing my dog here since she was a puppy & during our last visit I was told they would not be taking her due to “she gets too excited” I’ve never had the groomers deny her for this reason. Will not be returning, don’t recommend this place.

First grooming appointment for my 3 year old pharaoh hound. Just for a bath and nail trim. She has trauma from the first six months of her life and is definitely more anxious when I’m not around. I explained this to the grooming staff and they assessed her with me in the room and said she would be fine. Twenty minutes later they called me and said she was too anxious to work with and she was snapping at the staff. When I got there to pick her up, she was sitting quietly by the groomer at the desk - around other dogs and people. She was visibly nervous, but not showing aggression. I was hoping taking her to a “professional” groomer would mean they would go slowly with her and take the time to earn her trust before starting on her - but I don’t think that was the case.Additionally, the girl who first greeted us was NOT friendly and seemed annoyed with her job. My husband was waiting outside and she looked at me with an annoyed expression and said “is HE with you?” I explained it was my husband and she rolled her eyes at me and said “he can come inside with you, you know?” Rude. She was also in the middle of grooming a small white dog - who she scooped up abruptly and carried into the back without supporting him well. The poor pup was flailing his back legs the whole time. She then placed him back on the table and immediately started shaving him again without any positive interactions. Poor guy was shaking - but was it from the shaving or from being handled so abruptly? She needs a new job and if she was the one taking my dog we wouldn’t have left her at all.The other two girls were very nice and apologetic about not being able to work with my girl, explaining that we could come back to acclimate her to the facility before another appointment, but I declined. After seeing the girl with the small white dog - and her winning personality - no thanks! I want my girl to be somewhere that people care about making a dog AND their human feel comfortable with leaving them.The store associates, however, were extremely friendly both times we were in the store. Would shop here, but definitely never using the groomers again!

8/18/2023- I placed an order online & it was delivered just fine. Sadly one of the collars that I ordered didn’t fit my dog properly. So I decided to go to the Flowery Branch location. I understand that there are busy times, especially 5:00-ish on Friday, but I walked in with my husband, I was looking for a place to return or exchange the collar, but didn’t see a return counter. So I decided to walk up to the register…….and this is where I’m shocked at the rudeness of Patti!The first register was open with a line. The second register where Patti was, no one was in line, so I asked where I could return it & she straight up Yelled at me….”Don’t you see the line?! Get in the back of the line….or something to the affect. Extremely RUDE!I wanted to leave without exchanging it & drive to the Mall of Georgia to return/exchange it, but with gas the price it is, my husband said we’d just try to get what we needed.I’m standing in line & register one is open, I was so Happy to see a young lady smiling & so friendly. She even apologized for the line (which of course was not her fault), but you could tell she was trying to make up for Patti being so Rude!I really wished I knew that young lady’s name because if she wasn’t so nice and kind, trying to make up for Patti’s attitude. PetSmart would have completely lost me as a customer Forever!Please explain to Patti, that you can tell a person in a nice way the same thing she Yelled! Then of course Patti took over the sell, looks straight at my husband & I and says sorry it smells like Poop……it’s PetSmart, I know dogs have accidents and we didn’t say anything about a smell.Seriously give that young lady a raise and have someone talk to Patti about Customer Service.

Bebe loves her groomer Janie. We have been to other place but Bebe get super stressed and she is lethargic almost for 2 days after her groomer but since we are seeing Janie , she is just happy when she gets back and ready to play. It's our go to place also for treats and toys for the cats

Got my dog groomed here in Gainesville, Ga, I was very disappointed cause she had lines down her body, her legs were jagged and didn't even do poodle feet. I have been an owner and groomer for 13 years. The only reason I closed was because, I have a nerve disease where I could not feel my feet, legs, and hands. They really need some more training and a master groomer checking there work.

Such a small thing turned into a GREAT experience! I went in to inquire about an algea outbreak I was having in my tank and Mark was incredibly informative and helpful! I've never received such a handful of useful information any other time I've visited the aquatic section. He discussed with me not only all the possibilities as to why I was having an outbreak, but also the best methods to try in order to resolve my problem. On top of that, I explained that my catfish that I had in my tank for over 3 years, had recently passed and he helped me find the perfect fish to not only take his place but also further assist with my algea issue! Thank you Mark for being FANTASTIC at your job!

I've worked in retail for the last 26yrs so would never unjustly get cross with a member of staff but the way in which I was spoken to last night was disgusting!! I didn't' want to put my phone number in at the register so the cashier got all mad and huffy about it, I asked if there was a problem with that and she replied with... Yes it will effect my numbers & I've been doing good today!! I was shocked & told her she was being rude! So in front of everyone she proceeded to tell members of staff that I was upset because I didn't want to put my phone number in! Uh No I was upset & angry at how rude she was being!!! Even after leaving I could hear her talking to the customers about me!! I've been nursing my sick dog all week so this was the last thing I need!!! Where I come from you don't treat customers like that!!!
