Their effective training methods have allowed us to fully enjoy our dog both at home and in public where he is consistently complimented on his obedience. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Southern Pro on breeding and training. Our first time in the kennel we were impressed with the organization and cleanliness. We had no hesitation leaving our stud dog there. The most impressive part is the hands on attention each client’s dog gets from Haley. The training/boarding community can be vicious with negative talk. Be cautious with kennels that don’t allow reviews on their social media pages. Southern Pro’s true client reviews speak for themselves. We highly recommend them for all your boarding and training needs!

So I have had many duck dogs. They have all been trained to the highest level by different trainers from North Carolina and a trainer in Arkansas. I am currently having my newest dog trained at Southern Pro Kennels and I am absolutely stunned at the professionalism and knowledge by the staff. Haley the owner is incredible at what she does and has the best staff I have ever encountered. My dog is so far ahead of where he would be at the other trainers I have dealt with and they were some of the best in the country. Needless to say Southern Pro Kennels has earned my business for a lifetime and I have been and will be recommending them to everyone for any training needs.

We had a great experience with Southern Pro Kennels! They were very professional and responsive. I really appreciated that they had us bring our Auggie Belle our to check for any aggressive tendencies before letting us leave her,simply because it makes me feel better that all the dogs she interacted with over the past 10 days were also tested for aggressiveness! We are extremely picky about the treatment of our lab, we consider her part of our family, and we will definitely be utilizing Southern Pro again if we need boarding services!

We were having trouble with our 8 month old golden doodle chewing, jumping on visitors, peeing on visitors, and just being a general wild puppy. Haley trained her for one month and she is like a new dog! She is amazingly calm, will sit forever on her bed while I cook or clean, and is so much more friendly to visitors! I am so impressed with the improvements in such a short period of time. We highly recommend Southern Pro Kennel!

We had an out of control Goldendoodle. She did not listen at all, she barked at us, and by the time we contacted SouthernPro, we were DESPERATE! We sent our girl for 30 Days— this wasn’t easy, but we heard nothing but good things about this place. Haley had excellent communication with us during the process and would post a few videos a week showing our dog’s progress. She made us feel very comfortable and was easy to reach.I am writing this review after we have had our dog back home for 3 weeks. The difference is night & day. She immediately responds to her name and commands. She walks well on leash. She doesn’t run from us. She’s overall a calmer, more confident dog. I am so happy I took this leap & sent her. I wish we had done it sooner. I have recommended Southern Pro to everyone I know and would absolutely trust them with future pets.

Just found Southern Pro Kennel and had the opportunity to use their dog boarding services. My 10 month old, 60lb, puppy Bolt stayed with them for 9 nights while the family was traveling. We are doing the month long training program in July so I had spoken with them and was familiar with Parker and Haley. They were not annoyed by any of my questions and Parker was very helpful in correcting some troublesome behaviors before we had Bolt stay with them. She came back leaner and with a shinier coat than when we dropped her off.I'll be posting another update once we do the month long board and train program, but I can say they are very affordable. While $1500 is no small fee, most other board and train programs are that or more for only 2 weeks!! Bolt is a Great Pyrennes mix so she has quite the independent streak but we'll see what magic Parker and Haley can work in July.I cannot say enough about Southern Pro Kennel. Their location is convenient to downtown but far enough out that they have a large amount of land to work with the dogs on. Look for my updated review and if you need dog training/boarding look at Southern Pro Kennel.

You will not find any other couple more dedicated to caring for your dog and providing best training out there. Haley is top notch! She can work with any dog in any situation. They are extremely professional yet the friendliest people you will ever meet. I'd recommend them to everyone! Your dog will be in the best hands possible.

2/27/18 our sweet Willow was born at Southern Pro Kennel and since we had a deposit on her we received a pic almost as soon as she was born! At 4 weeks we went to visit her for the first time! At 8 weeks we picked her up to come home and in the last year we have driven 24 hours round trip to board her at Southern Pro two different times and she just finished her first round of shed hunt training while there. Great place, they helped train our little rescue mut and got him potty trained and not afraid of a leash. Highly recommend, if they could get our little Odie in line, they can handle any pup!!!

Southern Pro Kennel is by far the best Kennel boarding/training kennel in the North Georgia/Chattanooga area. Their expertise ranges from Basic obedience to expert Gundog training. You will not find a better kennel that will love your pet while there and help you with any questions you may have. I have never felt so comfortable leaving my pups for extended periods of time for boarding and for training! We also purchased a puppy from SPK and could not be more in love with our beautiful girl. She was so easy with their training methods starting from day two and she has been a joy and a true testament to the Labrador Retreiver. Thank you Southern Pro Kennel for being amazing!

Love having a place to take Ruger where I know he will be loved and cared for as if he were home. Ruger gets so excited when asked if he wants to go see Haley & Ben. The kennel is always clean and all the dogs are well-behaved. Haley has also trained Ruger for all of his hunt tests and he has excelled from a young age with her as his handler. The hour drive to the kennel is completely worth it. I would recommend Southern Pro Kennel to anyone looking for basic obedience, gun, or hunt training and even causal boarding. We booked our dog to board at this facility for the first time weeks before our Christmas vacation and the night before she was scheduled to check in, the owner sent me a very brief and unapologetic text message saying that she made plans and would not be in town to do my dogs evaluation and check her in. Extremely unprofessional. Although this could have costed my family a lot of money on a wasted vacation, I’m glad that my dog didn’t board somewhere where the owner is more concerned with her personal life than the well-being of my dog.

The interaction with the trainer was not very professional he truly seemed he hated having to meet us and even speak to us (the few words he did say) I took my dog for his evaluation for obiedence training and within the first 5 minutes of the guy coming out to "meet" my dog and only saying his name once he automatically turned him down and said he wouldn't accept him for obiedence training.
