It's as if the customers are all 5 year olds who need to be accompanied by an adult.. regardless of you "know" what your looking for and "know" exactly where it is....smh..no other Ace has this demeanor that I shop at, for exams the Ace on signal, great people, great service and they don't feel the need to treat customers as if they need to be parade around the store with an employee at all times

They pretty much harass you following you around asking if you need help in here. You better know what you need exactly the second you walk in here. You won't be given a second to look on your own. Will NEVER be back to this location. Felt like I looked like a thief in here

Always helpful, convenient. Good (and improving) product selection. Prices just ok - higher than the big box stores, but for smaller purchases (most recently, for example, an axe) it's not worth the drive/time to get to those big box stores.

For a small town store Ace Hardware covers most of the basics. They are also willing to special order whatever they don't have in stock. For a small charge they will bring a truckload of mulch right to your back yard.

This is a very small store, good for going in for something quick. Yet, they are like most. Some things are decently priced while others are extremely high. Small Town store, small town feel. The service was great, they were very helpful. Very nice employees.

While the service was friendly and good, only two out of the many people were wearing masks. In a time of rising covid-19 cases, this is improper handling. I will not, for my own safety, continue to shop here while the covid-19 pandemic is still active.

This store has it all. Everything we needed, everything we we're looking for, to complete all of the spring projects my spouse and I are working on they had! Down to the canvas for a new portrait I'd been thinking about. And the prices are similar to the online prices... Mostly. 😁

Nice little hardware shop. Has most anything you could need. Prices are little on the steep side compared to say Lowe's and Home Depot but, I guess this is to be expected since this is a smaller local hardware but some things are just down right highway robbery and you'd be dumb to buy them from them so I had to drop they're star level. They do offer dog/pet grooming services or you groom with they're supplies for a fee of coarse. Strong hair clippers that can make short work of the thickest mane/hair. And little shower areas that make it an easy peasy cleaning. Ive always been afraid to ask how much because it seemed more than i was willing to pay. Kinda bad when you can go to Walmart and buy the clippers, flea and tick shampoo and conditioner, and even throw in flea drops and scented powders to keep them fresh for longer, all for less than one visit to this pet cleaning project. Those that can afford to pamper they're baby's like that will probably enjoy it. Can be a little spa day for your poodle, or a 30 lbs weight loss for the saint Bernard. If you need fast and local or are unconcerned with price go ahead and go here

If at all possible, I shop Ace Hardware. Sure, you don't have all the largess and selection of a big box store but for most needs, it will do. At Flintstone Ace you also get personal service from someone who knows what they are doing and genuinely care about getting your handyman problem solved. I can't even begin to count the number of times when they have helped me Macgyver something into existence from a rough description of my problem. My Stihl products are purchased and serviced here with high quality and value. It's my go to spot for all of my household chores and more and I am happy to do business with the crew here at Flintstone Ace.

Right now with the COVID 19 you can't get in the store to shop. How can you find what you are looking for if you can't shop. The other hardware stores like Lowe's and Home Depot still let you in the store to shop. I will never shop at ACE again because of this. FEAR keeps ACE from being "The Helpful Hardware Store". I have spent a lot of money at this store but will never again. You can't post this without at least giving them one star but I would give them a ZERO star.
