I’ve been picking up here for 10 years. Never have I ever had to go to the mud lot and pick up a 44,000lbs loaded trailer. Not to mention the trailer was put in the bushes pushed back behind other trailers so that it couldn’t be seen and very hard to find. This was done on purpose by the yard driver which I know of but don’t know. I hope this wasn’t a personal sabotage. Next the driver side of trailer was rubbed against the trailer next to it. This wasnt a mistake made by a person who take pride in what they do. No honor, integrity, no morals. The normal drop area is big enough to park a plane so what possessed him to put my trailer in mud. Common sense should’ve told him the trailer will sink heavy. I will continue to load here cause it’s a awesome place to load at but I will get in touch with a supervisor before hand if this review can’t get one to reach out to me.GREAT PLACE TO LOAD AT DRIVERSJUST A FEW BAD APPLES NEED WEEDED OUT!!

This place is trash. Got here, checked in. Guard sends me 1.5 miles away to Frank Road, get there and the lady sends me back to 255 Jacksonville hwy. Guard finally gets it right then says they'll call me with a door. Waited 2.5 hrs for a door. Now waiting for them to unload. Who knows how long that'll take. Oh and the operator lady over the phone is rude as hell for no reason. This place is a dump all around.

It's a big place but I don't understand why it takes so long to unload empty cans,unless they don't have enough workers 😕 So drivers if you come here,check in and park on the curve and wait until someone comes to get you for a dock door.Dont be in a rush to leave 😕 and it's ALL appointment, so I guess one truck every hour will make a 8 hour shift for some dam empty cans. No one appreciate good truck drivers with on time delivery anymore.,oh guard and yard guy are nice..warehouse sloooooooooow.

Dry load. Park by curb and check in. Checked in at 11am for 12pm appt. Got door right away. Have to disconnect and park bobtail by curb again. Yard dog will get you once loaded. Took about 2 hrs to load. Not sure about overnight parking they do have a gate

I will be back to run loads here at Polar. Easy in easy out . After check in at the main guard gate was directed to go to G2 warehouse across the street and load. Wasn't there but, 50 min. loaded and done. Great staff all way around at Polar.

This was our first time here everyone was very polite and friendly. We got a dock door right away it took about 3 hours to get loaded . Then we were on our way.FYI they do not have a scale on site , the closest CAT scale is @ 30 miles away….

Dont get in a hurry to get loaded. They aren't. Not a bad place just extremely slow. I don't understand why it takes four hours to load 25 pallets. I checked at 2 hours and half full

How lucky people are get unloading, I arrive at 8am for app is 2 pm and they still don’t finish lady on gate very nice but people at warehouse very lazy terrible place 🤬.

I load here regularly in Fitzgerald, GA at warehouse G3. The office personnel and forklift operators have always been extremely professional and fast. It is my favorite warehouse to load from. I hope Polar realizes how well that warehouse operates. Thanks guys keep up the hard work.

Not a bad place. They will take you early and do not spend forever loading you. About 2 hours on average. Restroom and vending on site. Decent room to back in but sweep your trailers out before you get there.

My first time delivering here and I have to give four stars. The security is so funny they had me rolling in the booth. Site right off Jacksonville highway so you can’t miss it. There’s two warehouses the other is directly across the street. I came in three hrs early was in a door within 15 minutes. Took some time for them to start loading me though. I believe there is over night parking on a get in were you fit in basis. Good experience for my first time.

Arrived to pick up load checked in got loaded within 1hr.Chris Paschal is a one man Army;(load and unloading trucks) very professional and detailed with his work.Other DC can learn from this young man definitely other facilities.Leo was very impressed he has a pleasant attitude.Thanks Chris.Good job.Frank Rd.location.

It's obvious the management doesn't give a s*** about drivers and that spreads down to the contract security guard, and I'm not saying they have to but decent people with morals treat people with dignity and respect and I will not stop expecting decent treatment. Park your truck way down there and then walk back up here get in line we're going to take you 6 miles across town to a different place to load etc etc etc. Not the absolute worst place I've ever loaded but it would be on my list of places I don't care to go back to.

This place is horrible, they have you make a appointment to unload. I had a 9am appointment I arrived early as I always do. As of 1:37 I still have not back into the dock. No communication from yard guys. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Kind of chaotic the first time here. Go in the gate and follow directions of yard ground guy to park in lines with other trucks. Walk to guard and get a paper under the rock by the window to fill out. Don't forget your name. They Will give you a door to drop in. Then bobtail to curb and wait.

So if you get an address on Joyce LN that is across the street basically. You have to check in at 255 Jacksonville Hwy. I got loaded across the st on Joyce LN. I checked in 3 hours early with no problem at all. Very friendly staff.

First time loading here ,at 100 Joyce Lane. They loaded me in an hour. No scale on site. Bathroom has a sign on the door "out of service " to keep drivers out. Bathroom is NOT out of service. People were nice.

Very tight parking spot for the docks, matter of fact extremely tight, if you have a year experience of OTR in a sleeper good luck because those fore arms are going to feel the burn or worst. The set up to get to the gate is terrible the office is in the front under a big receiving sign in red that is no where near the gate and has no park ever available i just roll with it, i do me think its better than Brooklyn but respect Miami way more now, because of this place.

It truly doesn't matter what is written in this review. It's not like anything would change as a result. Trailer pre loaded with no paperwork in the box. It's just not that hard people.
