Employees are helpful but their attitudes seem over played and bored the management I've only spoken to one and she seemed annoyed with me also the last time I was there the photo kiosk was down, as if I should have known that and when I asked how I do it on my phone the manager kinda spoke to me in a manner that I felt she was superior and I was below her, how dare I question her of her service, or stand in the building with air conditioning to upload photos to wait an hr for my print out. If she could have charged me for the enjoyment of cool air she definitely would have double charged me ..

Very poor quality and lack of empathy in customer service. The mgr, Travis is so unprofessional, which makes the employees under his direction even more unprofessional. I had to report both him and Amber to the corporate office and will never set foot into a CVS again after my husband and I patron them them exclusively for 20+ years.

The experience at this CVS pharmacy was sub par. The pharmacy was chaotic, understaffed, and medicine was being shoved all over the place. It was unorganized and no phone calls were being answered. The wait time was 10-15 minutes per customer with two customers in front of me and four customers behind me. I left before being serviced and had my prescription transferred to a different CVS pharmacy.

They never have your medication ready!! Mine was called in a hour before pick up and still not ready! White girl at the window was rude and when I go back to pick it up I’m going to let her know!!

My 3 year old granddaughter had surgery and was prescribed medication to be taken at home. When the prescription was dropped off we were told it would be ready within 2 hours. Upon returning to pick her medication up, we were told it would take an additional 2 hours. It was only after requesting to speak with a manager that we were informed that they did not have her medication on hand period and could NOT fill her prescription. No phone call was made. 4 hours later we have a 3 year old screaming in pain because CVS didn't have anyone capable of picking up a phone to notify a customer. Very disappointed in the service this pharmacy provides. The least they could do was call to see who carried this medication so a 3 years old was not left in excruciating pain.

I love this CVS. The workers there are always friendly and helpful. I usually find what I need at the store and I love using my extra bucks and care pass at this store.

The Pharmacist was very rudeHe told me I had too much pain med in my system. My pain patch was applied 2 days ago and I had a total of 20 mg of my Oxycodone in my system in the last 12 hours. I just had 2 teeth pulled and had just finished 2 bottles of antibiotics. He was condescending and I WON'T EVER visit CVS again. I know he has to be careful. He doesn't know me but yet he judged me. The other pharmacist there has never given me any trouble. This pharmacist I wouldn't ever wish to see again how how dare him to judge my pain. He doesn't see the pain I've had. The nights I cry myself to sleep.

Junky, unorganized, overworked, high turnover, rude, incompetent, loses prescriptions and won’t admit it, won’t send in your records if you change pharmacies, rude pharmacist, rude employees, non friendly, make you wait forever in line….need I say more?

Don’t bother using this pharmacy and when you realize what a joke it is you’ll have one hell of a time trying to get anyone to answer the phone, and an even harder time getting them to transfer your scripts to a pharmacy that is capable of actually answering a phone and getting meds filled before your close to death.

Pharmacy does not contact you when meds are on hold. I spent over 20 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone.
