I’ve been using this location for years. They’ve done an excellent job taking care of my little Pomeranian. The grooming department is the best never had a problem with this location. Update two years later: They still are a great store except the planaria are literally the size of fish. So gross. Photo attached from March 2024....The store and staff are great, and I enjoy coming here with my pup! I'm reviewing however to warn people because I couldn't for the life of me figure out how I got planaria in my tank, which killed ALL my fish. I realized it was likely from this store. Today I went in and saw the biggest planaria I've ever seen infesting the tanks at this location. Planaria are a pointy headed flat worm looking creature that will prey on fish, especially if they get sick. These tanks really need to be shut down until they get this under control because it's a serious problem. Planaria are hard to kill and about the worst thing you can get in your tank.

Stopped in to pick up a gift for a new cat owner. I was a little nervous because we had a time crunch, and there was a long line when we entered. We picked out gifts, and staff handled the line. The cashier was nice and very into talking cats.

This is the second time I've had a horrible experience with this place. I dropped my baby off at 9:30am and when I picked her up ap 1:30pm she looked as if she never saw a bath or a brush. Her eyes were still dirty along with her feet. It's almost like they sprayed her with perfume and put her in a cage for pick up! Then they tell me, face cleaning doesn't come with a bath, brush and essential (teeth). Sooooo why give her a bath and not clean her face? I'm over this place , never again! If you want good grooming without the b.s drive a little further out to the Peachtree city location, it's soooo much better!

So I took my dog to the groomer here where I looked online before taking my dog there to see if they painted the dogs nails . Online it states they do . I was told very rude that “naw we don’t do that “ which I thought was crazy to have it online in not offer the service . Ok cool but then when I pick up my dog she was half washed in still had a smell !! And her nails were clipped terribly!!! DOG OWNERS RUNN RUNNN RUNN The groomers here sucks and the customer service is terrible. Thanks for rinsing my dog I guess !

visited the store because i was in the area entered the store good vibes clean and neat vut the fish girl cant count i paid for 10 fish but only got 7 the manager said she would give me the 3 fish but I have to drive 68 miles round trip for 3 fish

Just bought a 40ft Aquarium for my pet turtle Wednesday she loves it. After 2 years of living in a house that she grew out of and there was very little room for her to move around with her furniture we had to get her more space. Now she can play and jump of the ledge like she loves to.Petsmart always has the best for my pets.

I took my daughter here to get some fishy's and not only did she find 1 she really liked, but she found 5! .. 5 different bata fish and they were all so beautiful. Each one in a different unique color to match the bright colors in her fish tank!

When they say they open at 10 they absolutely mean it! I got here at 9:58 and the lady was standing at the open door asked me if I was there for an appointment I said no. She said I would have to wait 3 mins until I could come in. So I had to stand in the cold for 3 mins. Fayetteville really needs more options for pet stores because customer service is ridiculous at this location! I'm thinking the better option is to order online from a different supplier.

First time using the Grooming Salon. Very easy to sign up for appointment. Time slots were available. But considering we dropped off at 10am and my little dog was still not completed by 2:15pm we were not pleased. 🙁I had to be somewhere important so time was a big factor. Sileenah did a great job and I am certain would have been perfect if we could have waited. But we will be back during the weekdays.

Grooming disaster. Everyone was super kind and helpful but the last three times we’ve gone the groomers do a half job. I had to send her back to get her face trimmed up. The work is just really raggedy and unfinished. It isn’t smooth, clean, or even. We won’t be back for grooming services. They didn’t even give her a bow the way they usually do.

Great customer service. I was shopping for a Yorkie no knowledge on type of food, toys anything. Explained everything I needed to know. Crate training, helped with purchasing and engraving a name tag... I will be doing all my shopping there. Nice little outing for children to look at the birds, turtles, fish , snake and other reptiles, cats and dogs.

I made my dog (Shitzu) an appointment 2 weeks ago and the day before the appointment a young lady calls me and says “because my puppy is active they can’t service him on weekends because it’s fast pace” so i has to reschedule him for a weekday when i work on weekdays….the manager wasn’t no help i pay tax dollars in Fayetteville and they are refusing my dog service because he’s “active” or whatever that meansThis absurd it’s not in thier bylaws nor the website you can not refuse service because my dog is active FOX 5 NEWS WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS STORE!

I got me a a fish tank that had everything that goes with it. Also got some gravel. Decoration and fish food got water conditioner. My tank is 20 gallons. I am going to get a bigger one later on. I have 6 fishes. They are beautiful fishes. Very hard to find. Easy to take care of. Dalmatian molly fishes. Very sociable and can be around other fishes too.

Terrible customer service this particular lady seemingly did not like her Job and she absolutely refused to dust the crickets with calcium. I cant remember the lame excuse she gave me for not doing so. I would say they need to have her as a greeter, but she lacks the personality to do so.
