Excellent customer service. I always spend more money than I should. Best product selection out of any pet store. The Primal Goat Milk -Pumpkin Spice flavor is a god send for my 2 standard poodles and pekingese pup. Also the Fruitables Digestive Supplement Pumpkin Super Blend is amazing for their digestive especially when their tummy's are off track. I use everyday in their food and it has balanced them out tremendously. Keep up the great work! If I can't make it in store the delivery service is amazing as well. The entire staff is amazing. Keep up the good work.

I was so impressed with the service we received at Hollywood Feed. I never felt rushed while I got a depth of product knowledge and helpful information for transitioning my new rescue dog off former kennel rations. In particular, Kathy introduced us to great food options across the different price points and protein contents. One of the things I liked best was the fact that staff listened to our desires and concerns about the product content and absolutely did not try to push any one brand. In the end I chose a mid-range priced food that had the protein percentages and lack of grains that I preferred to use. I've never purchased with Hollywood Feed before and was surprised to learn that if the food (w/a proper transition time) didn't agree with my dog's tummy, a return was possible. They really won my heart when they explained that returned food wasn't thrown out, but donated to the local shelter. They wound up our visit with a small treat package for "Bear," since it was his first time in the store. I will be returning and I highly recommend Hollywood Feed!

The dog food brand my dog was eating before recently got hit by a big salmonella recall, and I hadn't been able to find anything since that didn't give him the runs. I explained this to the woman at the register, and she immediately knew the situation as she'd heard of it with other dogs before. She recommended a brand with similar nutritional content plus probiotics, and so far he's been doing great on it. Such knowledgeable staff goes a long way! And she was super friendly and welcoming to our family as we just moved to town, it was a really positive experience and I will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful store! It's clean, well stocked with great products, and the employee who was there, was very helpful. They had exactly the dog and cat food I was looking for (Primal frozen raw), and they have a pretty amazing selection of foods, treats, toys and supplies. The prices were better than I was expecting and they gave me a new customer coupon too! It was a great experience, I will definitely be shopping here regularly.

One of the more limited locations. They don’t carry everything like the one in ATL does. Go to another location if you want full variety this one is a let down. Clean and nice staff but limited .

Having never been here before, I'm so glad I decided to stop in! The staff was friendly and helpful. Not only do they have a ton of dog toys, treats, home stuff etc...they even offer luxuries for cats too! I have two dogs and two cats all of whom are extremely spoiled so I will absolutely be back. The store is clean and laid out really nicely too. I really just enjoyed walking around and seeing what all was offered and ended up with a nice little bag of random stuff for all my pets - especially the random treats like pig ears which both my girls immediately dug into :)

Every time we go into the store, we are greeted by smiling staff! All of them are super helpful and they remember us and our pup Franklin! We buy all of our dog food, treats, and supplies at Hollywood Feed. They are right down the street and the store hours are great too!

I love this store and the staff. Hopefully, they will carry Rachel Ray brand cat food in the future.... then it would be perfect.The staff are so nice and helpful. My baby, Tootie (cat), loves going there. I also love that if your fur baby can't use the item you purchase, you can return it. I recommend this store to everyone!

I love this place! The staff are super nice and knowledgeable. I got my cat as a rescue almost four years ago after about three years of starvation and neglect. The staff of Hollywood Feed have recommended things to me for him that I feel have really helped him. The place has been on it with his every need. I have one cat, and I've bought a food storage container that keeps the food fresh, and he's obsessed. I feel like Hollywood Feed is super smart and responsible, which I appreciate so much.

Fayetteville ga #75 Glynn st location with manager Cathy, is the best store. Her staff is excellent with customer service, they always assist me and greet me when I come in. I wish more pet friendly stores was like this one. Because our pets are family.

Hollywood Feed is the best of the best for pet products! You are welcomed by all staff members when walking in the door. Every employee is knowledgeable on all varieties of food, toys, cleaning products, and every other item in the store. This store trumps all other pet stores in Fayette County. Our Scooby approves and loves the staff!

I always enjoy going to Hollywood Feed in Fayetteville GA- they have the best dog treat and food selection. Always something new- the employees are always helpful but never pushy!!! I love that this location EVERY SINGLE visit is super friendly and helpful. I’d rather shop here than Petco & Petsmart even though it’s not as big…Hollywood Feed has the same brands and selections available if not better and with higher quality. They even have a membership points tracker if you sign up, and a few small and cute random gifts for us humans (I.e. candles, mini quote plaques, etc). Thank you for being in business—see you next visit. :)
