Called Shamrock Florist from out of town and asked them to create a floral arrangement for my Mom for Dominican Mother's Day based on a basket they had on their web page. Although it was 2 weeks past the US holiday and on Memorial Day weekend, they did a super job of creating a beautiful arrangement and delivering it the same day. My Mom, who only has a short time to live was very pleased with the flowers and liked the arrangement very much! I would recommend Shamrock for their great response and professional work. I think this was a very nice concept and they executed very well! Thank you for providing my Mom with the pleasant moments that your flowers bring her during a very tough time for our family as her last days draw near. God bless you!Update 10/24/2018 - I ordered another arrangement from Shamrock from their seasonal selections through online ordering last week. I uploaded that photo (autumn colors). It was very well received and everybody thought it was beautiful. Online experience was straightforward and easy. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using this florist and I am so pleased that I did. The sweetest lady helped me and I think her name was Tabitha. She was so helpful and patient with me. We laughed a lot too!!! The only thing I knew was that I wanted a heart shaped wreath and something eloquent. It exceeded my expectations. It was done in all white and it was so beautiful. I would highly recommend this florist. Thanks again!!!

Highly recommend. The team at Shamrock are wonderful! They helped design floral arrangements for my Grandfather's funeral. Due to COVID I was remote and they went the extra mile to help ensure everything was set up at the services. They offered thoughtful suggestions for sprays even down to the size of the frames needed. The end results were absolutely stunning! I was so impressed with the time and care of the team and so grateful for their kindness (and patience) in guiding our orders.

I have used Shamrock Florist for years to send funeral arrangements to services i was unable to attend. But, this time was a very special service. I called and explained the situation to the sweetest most empathetic lady. I ask for them to create an arrangement that was as special as the lady who had passed. When i arrived at the funeral home i was blown away by the arrangement they had created. They did not fail to capture the beauty of this woman in flowers. No one cared to greet me when I entered and stood there... after a while I could hear a women on the phone in the back. She didn't pay attention to the door chim that went off when I entered... nor the "hello" I yelled out to make my presence known..... No services or merchandise was purchased..as the limited fridge had 8 overpriced selections that where unsuitablefor a funeral.. when someone has passed the last thing I will deal with is trying to gain the attention of a seller who clearly could care less about the very door customers come thru. Had I stayed and waited for somebody to relize a I was in store, the "rep" would have taken my money without ever having shown me the respect of greeting me with actual customer service. I expect better from florists!

Wonderful customer service, called and ordered the bouquet at 10am and they were able to deliver by 2pm. Even sent me a picture of the flowers before deliver to make sure I was completely satisfied. They are the best!!
