I never have a problem when I'm there honestly, I just get what I need and dip. However today one of the employees looked very distraught about a man that came in and harassed her. I hope that she's alright and that someone is there with her to help her out.

You can get in and out if you remain focused on the items you came for, better than going into the big box stores and waiting forever in their lines. Prices are competitive. I miss the coupons they used to have at the bottom of the receipts. The good days have since passed, the prices are high for everything, and it only makes sense to allow people to apply discounts at a discount store. The ideal place for almost all your home needs from cleaning and maintenance products to the flip-flops and shorts needed for the holiday guests that forgot to pack effectively. Also the go to place the holiday stock up on the paper plates, napkins, hand soap, barbecue sauce and charcoal with the grill scruber kit as well.

The staff was courteous, and the supervisor was quick to solve a price discrepancy. Shopping at this particular store is a pleasant experience.

This place is a hot mess. Although it's always not busy. It is still not my first choice. This place is always closing early randomly. Certain cashiers have a nasty attitude and body language to go along with it. Their freezer stopped working properly last year and they still had the never to sell the food out of it. So many of the food boxes were soggy and covered in thick frost like it had thawed and stayed thawed for a long time and refroze over and over again.

While they are getting so much better, it is still so frustrating when items ring up at a price higher than the shelf price. I understand being understaffed but the frustration is there. The upside...they are actually open! There for a while you never knew until you pulled up to the door.

My first night going in there was the Grand Opening day. The lady I dealt with that evening was so nice and considerate. That lady is the ONLY reason why I am giving it a 1 star. I showed up there this evening after work. The time was a couple of minutes after 9pm. The doors were locked. There was a older lady there who was wearing glasses. She turned and looked at me and turned around to continue what she was doing. I went back to my car and one lady asked me if they were closed. I told her yes and I thought they closed at 10pm. ⬅️(The grand opening lady told me this) She said she thought the same. I told the lady I was going to let it go and go home. The older lady inside the store finally decides to come to the door and open it. (Her seeing I am talking to someone else). The lady says they was closed and was rude about it. I was trying to tell her something and she about closed the door while I was talking to her. She was EXTREMELY RUDE... She seemed very mad or angry. I was trying to tell her what was told to me and she had a very bad attitude telling me that I can call the corporate office and find out for myself. I had no attitude with this woman. I was nice to her. I was just going to get in my car and leave and she had to come out being disrespectful and rude with a attitude. There was a guy working with her. He didn't say anything but he just kind of had a laughing smile on his face. This store just opened. I don't know how this woman can be in this store working with such awful customer service. I do not care the store closed at 9pm. She could have came out nicely and told me or just not came out at all because she couldn't or didn't want to.

the store is fine as far as product selection/cleanliness/etc. but several of the people working there are rude af and literally seem to go out of their way to make it obvious. I'm one of the nicest/most understanding people you'll ever meet and I felt myself fighting the urge to cuss this 1 woman out. As I was leaving I was thinking "this mf needs to be glad I'm not the type to immediately go and leave a review about how rude she is" but then when I got home Google had the nerve to ask me "how was your trip to family dollar? Rate now" sooooo

I was able to get most of what I needed within a few minutes. This was my first time shopping at this location. It was near closing time and announcements were made to inform customers how much time they had left to shop. The store appeared organized but I didn't have time to go up/down every aisle due to the time I visited the store. I will go back again another day, when I have more time to browse.

I would do a negative stars if i could. Cashier was very rude screaming put your mask on as i was. While she was constantly pulling hers down and not sanitizing her hands after touching her mouth and mask. Other employees was able to walk around with no mask. Every visit to this store has been very bad experience.

Good service a lot of products, sometimes it can be crowded with product on the floor but pretty much have everything you need for a good price. If you don't like running to Walmart every 5 minutes.

Hazardous Dog Food falling off of shelves. Advised the Shift supervisor, She rolled her eyes and made mumbled a comment. So I seen not only the lack of professionalism but her lack of concern for safety doing a time of a pandemic.I made a simple request for District manager information.She refused to provide her name and the manager information. Customer service (Tracey)has always been so hateful towards me everytime she treats me as if I'm inconveniencing her to check me out , never speaks, her body language says it all. I much rather travel a little but futher then go in this store simply because she makes me feel so unwelcomed.

Went to this store and the manager Raven was very rude and ghetto. The tag stated something was one price and rang up something differently. She verified that the tag stated what I said but still told me that I needed to read to see it was no longer on sale. I told her its their responsibility to remove outdated tags; most customers only look at the price. She said well it's still the price I said so do you want it. I asked her name and left a message for corporate. I will never go back to a place that treats their customers so rudely.

This store is horrible! It is always a line, only one register open and when they do have 2 open they only take cards or ebt on that one. Being in retail for over 20 years I know that is just the manager not wanting to count more than one register at the end of the night. Today I go in only out of desperation and once again there is a long line. With the second register only taking credit, debit or Ebt. The manager keeps telling out that no cash will be taken at that register and to get into the other line if you have cash. Then the cashier I went to was running out of change. No dimes or quarters, she gave me .85 in nickles. I hate this store! So glad they are opening a Dollar General on Hwy 92!

This is the worst store in the area. They are closed half the time they should open,even when they are standing in the store.They never have change, so you over pay with cash, which I think is a scam. They should close it down.

Prices are higher than other stores with the same merchandise. I over heard a customer complaining about one of the employees, saying they needed to learn how to treat customers. I wasn't impressed with the store and I feel that it needs some improvement in organization.

Went to the store to buy batteries found some for $1 and the tag said a $1. When i got the register they rung up at $1.25. The cashier said whatever they rung up thats what you had to pay. They need to update the tag on the batteries or honor the price on the tag.

Dirty, boxes all over the place... Product isn't ever put up. Floor isnt swept and buggies are currently filled everywhere with Mark down items. Never have advertisements.. very out of sorts and chaotic

I would give this store 5 stars but however (Candace)- I think she is the store manager. SHE HAS BEEN BEYOND RUDE WITH ME ON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS. IT IS VERY UNNECCESARY AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. .
