I don’t understand this location. I’ve been here maybe 5,6 times and the times I’ve gone are spaced out usually a week in between however no matter when I go to this location it always looks as if the store is about to be shut down because there’s nothing on the shelf.I understand the store being short stocked during the pandemic on tissue and certain items but for the most part every aisle outside of the food is the same; everything is either knocked over or missing and the staff doesn’t seem to even care.They sell items that work is if something has spilled over on them and they still just sitting on the shelf instead of putting them in the damages are selling them for a reduced price no one wants to buy sticky cleaning supplies.Overall, location needs to do better. Sadly I usually only see establishments like this in a predominantly black neighborhood and it really needs to come to a stop. I don’t understand why locations are not being properly managed.

The store has come a long way as for as cleanliness and being stocked. Great customer service. Manager as well as employees are friendlyIf you go in the store to shop in the mornings you're always greeted with "Hello Good morning, welcome to Family Dollar " I love the energy

This store is never organized! The employees are unprofessional and after speaking with the store manager I see why she’s very unprofessional and rude!For any reason you have to do a refund make sure your looking at your receipt ! They are charging you for the item instead of doing the actual return and when making them aware they give you this 1866 number that you can’t get a human on the phone! I’ve had to file a claim against them and report to my bank. It’s a shame that we have these places in our neighborhood/ community and they can’t get it together! I even called the store back and over the phone they was rude when I asked for a different point of contact since no one was picking up at the number provided

Clean store. Store layout is very organized. I go in and quick grab the things I need. One day I went the staff were not friendly, and the line was very long. My last visit the cashier was nice and the line was short and quick. So I guess they have their days.

Store needs to pick organized have alot of stock but it's useless in boxes and not stocked. Cashier talking on her phone gets asked a question doesn't answer. Saying she's store manager and blah blah blah with a line of customers waiting to pay and just rude period no hello thank you sorry for giving you your store items in trash bags because there's no bags. Nothing just horrible unprofessional store is run horrible

I needed some bird seed and as I approached the door and employee was standing outside with her mask pulled down, mouth and nose exposed. She said I can't come in the store without my mask on. I informed her I was fully vaccinated and she replied with go on about your business. Rude! Won't be shopping here in the future too ghetto.

Family dollar usually has everything my family needs. I am enjoying the new location and more room. The staff are professional. Especially the managers. Tonight was a little busy and she was working alone. Please get them some help. Safety first.Thank you.

Store is usually in disarray, but this particular day they were in the process of stocking. Bought some butter danish cookies in the blue tin can and they didn't taste good at all. Returned them to the store and the manager only refunded money back on two cans. I bought 3. Probably won't be shopping there anytime soon!!

Today the young lady cashier was friendly and there were two registers open the store is getting better so I gave an extra star for effort they are still a little slow but they have gotten better so if they can find someone to stock and keep things organized & most of all get better lighting inside and outside of the store it could be an ok place to shop.

Every time I come to this store the line is out the door. Better management needed. Always full of scalawags. Listening to someone cuss behind me in front of the elderly and children and talking about getting high. I do not recommend this store.

Worst customers service ever. I was at this location looking for a case of water. When I asked employees for assistance, they’re response was I’m new so I can't help you” after receiving this response for a third time i walked out.

I called this location seeking a specific item. The person answered the phone was very short and hardly allowed me to ask for the item. Her statement was No we don't have any, and we are closed right now for inventory, very short and abrupt. Bad customer service skills period

I've never had an issue at this store. Always find what I need and the employees are usually helpful. The lines to the cashier is usually long though never had a grab and go experience.

Employees refuse to serve me bc I didn’t have a mask on when they were multiple people in the store without a mask on. Cashier also refused get a manager when requested.

Came to this store to pick up a few things real quick and I overheard a manager on duty at the time speaking to an employee, never in my wildest dream of working in management have I ever spoken to any of my employees that way.who does that we are not dogs we are all human I will reporting this store to all my family and friends who resides and shop in that area to stop supporting racism and boycott this manager,speak to your employees the way you want your boss to speak to you .

I hate that dollartree bought the entire corporation because this store stays like most Dollar Tree stores that's very disorganized and dirty and someone's always coming in here stealing if this store was in a nice part of town a powder will look much better.

Went for white t shirts l. They had them . But the price was marked up a entire $1.25 . And price wasn't shown. Only x out with a black marker. And was told at the register.
