This my first time in years going to this particular store. No one was working the counter. Only one person was working there and she was very rude and cursed at me when I asked for assistance. I stood at the register for 10 minutes and she completely ignored me. I just walked out. I would suggest another store.

This is one of the " cleaner", Dollar Generals. And I found what I needed quickly, but I waited at the register quite a while, and I was the only one there. The lady at the front saw me standing there but I felt as if she was ignoring me. She was rude and yelled for some other worker to come ring me up as she walked outside and sat in her car.

If my experience was based soley off Silas, I would give this store 1 star. However, Zion was so kind, pleasant and helpful it made up for my negative experience with Silas. I was looking for 3inch binders. Silas was no help. When I asked for further assistance, he refused. He made an excuse that he has only been working for 4 days. When Zion realized I needed help, he literally helped me find what I was looking for. Thank you Zion! Your attitude is going to take you far.

This was not a pleasant visit for me as this a new store and the shelves were empty... they were out of a lot of key items such as Dove soap, Angel Soft Tissue, and 3pk Paper Towels. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or need help stocking the shelves but my visit wasn't fulfilled as the things I went to purchase were not in stock. The Cashier was pleasant and the Manager was too just the shelves were not stocked which made my shopping experience not so pleasant.

This place deserves 0 stars. They are always out of anything you may need. Customer service is non existent. If you go to the counter no one is ever there, someone will be in the office watching shows on their phone.

Literally, the manger at this location does not belong working at dollar general with the attitude she has. In all of my years of living I have not once every wanted to be the one whom leave bad review but Keshia or Kendra whatever her name maybe doesn’t deserve to be a Manger with her lack of assistance and not only that how dare you hold a conversation about another customer with an customer about some that could have been resolved so easily. The facts that I consider myself as a loyal customers with the company. I expect more from anyone that associate themselves in this business. Especially when I spend my hard working money with them. Beside I could have gave her a peace of my mind but instead I report her to the district manager and proceeded with a case regarding this matter.

The customer service is really bad. I ask where was the foil baking pans and the young lady act like she was mad because I interrupted her on the phone. Y’all really need to retrain them all over again. They Really need to get it together.

I went to buy sandwiches for lunch. They had everything I needed. The service was great. Today must be been delivery day though. It was difficult to navigate some of the isles. It was also hard to get to some of the products I needed as I had to move their stock around to get to. This won't keep me from going back there. The customer service was exceptional and I don't mind navigating around stock as I'm ambulatory. It might be a problem for someone that's in a wheelchair or on crutches.

I only come here because it is the closest store near us besides Walmart. They definitely need to hire more people to get the place cleaned up. Sadly i see new people working there almost every week. Sometimes they have great sales but no merchandise. I honestly think they do it on purpose. It would be great to have a clean and well stocked store.

Clean store, convenient location and fully stocked. I always find what I came for and even end up buying things I didn't plan on purchasing. Whoever did the layout of this store was genius. They knew exactly which items to place and where for impulse buyers. Went in for tissue paper and came out $58 lighter.

Are all Dollar Generals under staffed or something?🙄 Every one that I've been to lately (and I went to different locations because of the mess in previous locations only to find the next location to be the exact same). There are boxes everywhere, blocking isles, you can barely move around the store (at least this location was stocked...the previous locations had mess everywhere and wasn't stocked). The staff/cashier's were nice though.CLEAN UP YOUR STORES! (makes me not want to shop there).

Shelves empty, nothing stocked, dust on shelves which shows cleaning during COVID is not a priority. Items that were present were thrown everywhere. Dollar general is one of the cleaner and more organized of the dollar stores, but this one was discraceful. Employees were not busy, just talking and laughing. I was too busy getting the heck out of there to take pictures.

Ok there is one thing I don't like about this store. Every time you turn in you almost tear up the underside of your car because of the entrance and exit .also watch out when you leave because I've almost been hit a few times. The store is one of the better DG's I've shopped at.

Terrible customer service. They are always running low on merchandise. Running low on shopping bags for your purchased items. And I had a FedEx package to be held at this location and they lost it in the store and couldn't find it for 2 days. I had to call a manager for FedEx to make them find the item because it was signed for by an employee there. Horrible!! Seems like teenagers are running the joint by themselves. Never again.

This was the ONLY store in the area that has paper towels on shelves. Wal-Mart, Kroger and drug store (price way too high) had none. Went to DG picked up 2 giant packs and left one on shelf. The big stores will probably re stock tonight, I didn't want to have to make another trip in traffic and DG had just what I needed with fewer customers.

The cashier who I believe is named Alicia had the worst attitude ever!!! She was very rude and had no customer service to the slightest degree. She had a clear attitude about being at work and took it out on each customer going through her line with snarky remarks and blatant negligence (including me!) very rude when answering questions. Will not be returning

There is usually a long line and only one cashier with today being an a exception. I feel like I'm in Walmart. The exterior appearance of the building is awful. Trash and paper everywhere. Tall weeds or dirt bare ground. In my opinion dollar general is the new pawn shop or liquor store that use to be on every corner in the black neighborhood. This location along with others is an eyesore.

The customer service is horrible and the place is a mess.I was in there twice and the same female who does nothing but stand around and take one item out of the box and place it on the shelf saw that the line was allll the way to the back of the store said “I’m busy” and continued to stand there and do nothing. I think her name was Kim or Kimberly. Whatever her name is shes rude.I’ll never step foot in there again.

There is never enough cashiers and i always wait about 15 mins or more in line. It's frustrating bc its the only store near my home and i always get irritated. But i can say the customer service is satisfactory.

Store is awful... Always a line. Store closes early. Only one worker working. On cell phones or out smoking. That man manager he closed store because he left his daughter home alone. He should have never came to work....

Just awful today. I received multiple advertisements via DG App and emails of their Clearance Event 4/27-4/29. After selecting multiple clearance items, the cashier informed me that their system was not scanning at the advertised 50%off and she was unable to override. #bummer #blanktrip

The store is within walking distance. It was great during the lAst snow storm. The only problem is they were in the store but it was closed. I hear you can pay your utility bills there.

It was my first time at this store it could have been better the store needs more light looked very dark and dim the service could have been a little bit better I almost left my bags the front by the register was a bit cluttered not the register by the door the other two

Convenient for not having to travel long aisles but never stocked adequately.If you ignore trash and homeless it's alright.
