Worst of the worst CVS stores. Needs to be closed down. Just tell lies about filling a prescription saying we are working on it and still to this day never heard anything from them. That was 4 days ago. Medicine for bronchitis. Had to go to Publix pharmacy.

Man that cockeyed lady in the pharmacy is is so rude! I believe she’s the manager. She’s even rude to the other employees that asked for her assistance. I’m definitely getting my pharmacy changed. I asked to fill a prescription and she was sooo rude about it and said they only have one of meds. Went in the next day and got assistance from someone else and it was filled smh. I hate this cvs pharmacy

Most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Paid for a rapid test - was told the usual time frame for getting my results. After about 6 hours of nothing, I call back and am told it’ll take 24 hours…why? Then I call the next day and nothing. It takes almost 48 hours to get a rapid test done which makes no sense.Needed an RX yesterday. My partner went up there and was told they’d be ready in about 40 mins, so he waits. Then they tell him only one was ready and the second one they don’t have. Mind you the second one was most important. So I go back up there myself today and it’s still not ready because now they don’t have an insurance on file. Why wasn’t I made aware yesterday??? Why is it not filled?? For a $20 medication. So I tell them to just let me pay out of pocket and I end up waiting 2 hours for this one mediation that I should’ve had yesterday. I get told the wait would be 10 mins, then they go to lunch - cool I get it. Then they come back and the girl at the window says it’s still not ready. Another 15 mins. I’m here overall about 2 hours. They text and call for everything else. Why not about the insurance issue?

I normally do not have issues with CVS, however I has a horrible experience with the manager, Alex, in the pharmacy. I took all steps to assure that my medication was available for pick up, including speaking with the pharmacy on the phone to make sure that my medication had been transferred and available. When I arrived, the medication was not only unavailable but he had not called transfer the prescription to their location. I was in tears, because I was sick and desperately needing the meds. Please save your valuable time and chose elsewhere.

I feel like a Queen, they go get what ever I need if I can not find it. If I run into a problem with my prescription they handle it with great concern and confidence to all my concerns. Thank you for being my store.

My service at the pharmacy was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! i came on 5-17-23 and all i wanted to do was drop off a simple prescription. After patiently waiting in line for about 15 minutes, i was then skipped twice by people who came after me. The african american lady and doctor on site refused to even acknowledge my presence for whatever reason. The doctor then told me that he would "refuse to take my prescription " AFTER SKIPPING ME TWICE and then proceeded to service others. I will not bd coming back to this place as it is ghetto with the way that they choose to handle their business.

they will have you waiting for an hour to pick up your prescription; if you call they will tell you that someone is working but in reality no one is. don’t waste your time. try the one in tyrone

The pharmacy gave me the wrongDosage of meds, I could have died. The customer service was so rude and was too busy to help. I will never use this pharmacy again. I was greatly disappointed!!! Oh and to add, hours of operation open at 9am, two days straight no one was there until 10/1030am. So unprofessional!!!!

It was easy to schedule a Covid test online but be aware that there is only one drive thru window. After waiting behind a few cars I was able to self swab easily and quickly. I was told that I'd receive my results in about an hour. After 3.5 hrs, I received an expired link and no reults. Complete waste of time.

It’s always an issue or some sort of discrepancy when I come to the particular CVS. The last time I prescription called in thus CVS by my physicians and when I arrived to pick them up I was told that there was no prescription there for me. I was also your that I was not in their system, I have been getting my prescriptions from this particular CVS for years now so if course I was extremely confused. I spank hours on the phone with my physician and the pharmacist trying to get my prescription only for it to be at this location all along. & lastly I had 3 prescription that were supposed to be filled. I was told to come back at 7pm to pick my medicine up and when I arrived I was told that it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. So, when I arrived the next day I received only 2 out of my 3 prescriptions and was told that I would have to come back to get the other prescription.

This is one of the worst unprofessional pharmacies I've ever dealt with. Yesterday I called they kept me on hold for 10 minutes. Today I call and they've kept me on hold for 20 minutes. Understandable that they could be short handed but the thing is don't keep send me to the message. I'm calling about my Son's seizure medicine and as of today no one still has picked the call up..I just needed to ask a question. This is not a social call..ridiculous.

Absolute worse pharmacy location! The service is bad and slow. Each time I call, I’m on hold for a long period of time. One day i stayed on hold for 1.5hrs no exaggeration (see photo). I could drive to the city and back, heck even walmart and receive better and faster service than this location. They need new management and staff, if you can avoid this location.

Dropped off prescriptions pretty late in the evening. They said they would be ready by 9am the following day, and that I would receive a text message letting me know. At 12:30 the following day I still hadn't received the text so I called. After being on hold for 13 minutes I was told that the prescriptions weren't ready yet, but would be ready in the next 30 minutes. I wanted to ask if I would still get the text notification but she was way to busy to stay on the line and hung up on me before I could ask.

My mom wanted to know if her meds were ready and called to make sure before driving up there because she was sick. The moment she called, she was immediately put on hold and that lasted about 10 minutes. Realizing that they are not gonna pick up the phone any time soon, I drove up there for her. When I arrived there was a long line of people complaining about the wait. There were plenty of people there who were not working and they just ignored us and the phone (that explains why my mom was on hold for so long). I even asked them nicely what was taking so long and my response was either nothing or a stanky look. I was there for another 15 minutes before I finally received my mom meds. I was so mad and annoyed, I told my mom to switch pharmacies. We went there two more times before we finally switched and it’s a blessing. This place cares nothing for their customers and are just there to be there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

This is the absolute worst CVS ever. My prescription is set up on automatic refills. Call at 6 to check on status because it has been showing “in process”. Was told it would be ready at 8pm today. Get here & they tell me they don’t have it & come back tomorrow. I told them absolutely not then next thing I know I’m told it’s being refilled but I need to get out of drive thru line & come in to wait because they about to close. Unacceptable

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to! Always out of stock on one of my meds. A few rude works in that department. very slow drive though! Need more workers in the pharmacy department. Very messy needs cleaning in the pharmacy department. Line in store always long. Have to ask to speak with the pharmacist about a new prescription . Which I thought was mandatory

Trying to get a Covid test and I’ve been sitting in the same spot for THIRTY minutes. Two cars left because they’re literally ignoring the drive through. I get to the window for them to say they sent out emails stating no testing today. HUH funny I didn't get the email. So I was told I had to reschedule the test. Get home they don't have any available testing until the end of next week. People need these test to work, we not taking for play play. Just called up there they said No you can come take your test if you have an appointment. . . .OK WHICH IS IT!!! Get your workers on the same page please. WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE NUMBER

I drop off 2 prescriptions, get a text message advising prescriptions are ready, get there, 1 car in front of me, I wait 12 mins until my turn, get to the window and the associate takes my info comes back to the window 5 mins later to ask me “did you really want 1 of the 2 prescriptions”. WHAT?? Of course I want it, why else would I have dropped it off? She goes away and comes back 10 mins later with excuses. 27 minutes I will never get back. I know I said this before, but I promise you THIS WAS THE LAST TIME! I’m done!

Terrible service. Called for an emergency refill, being as I’m in town from school and left my medication in another state, and they said it would be ready in one to two hours. FIVE HOURS LATER I’m able to go up there to get it, and it’s not ready. So I call back, about two hours after that, and they say that are out of it And haven’t had it for a while?? Why not call me and tell me that so I can call another CVS to fill it, instead of me waiting all day to hear if it’s filled? Absolutely awful customer service and a waste of my time.

I am at a friend's house who happened to overhear me reading these reviews, and she says they NEVER had her prescription, or it wasn't ready on time! She simply transferred her prescriptions to Walgreens, which is further away, but well worth the drive. Therefore, I doubt I will allow this CVS to handle my prescriptions either!Note to this establishment: "Word of Mouth can be the BEST form of advertisement, or YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!!!!Customer Service is still EVERYTHING in a world of OPTIONS!!!!"

Firstly, I had a HORRIBLE experience with store #2213 for film processing, NO ONE was trained or cared about learning YOUR service so after 3 calls to the processing center in SC, I had the film transferred to store #4709. ANOTHER horrible experience!! When I called, I was told she was still looking, by who I later found out was Kristine, then told to call back in 10 minutes because she was busy by who was Tiffany…instead of her helping me. Tiffany has the WORST attitude for doing a customer service job, Kristine tried to help as best she could but wasn’t too knowledgeable past checking the main menu. I once again called SC in the store for them to assist…Tiffany finally does what could’ve easily been done 20 minutes ago, especially driving 20 miles round trip…PROCESS the film waiting to be printed. She NEVER said anything to me until I asked her name. CVS DO BETTER IN YOUR HIRING OF QUALIFIED PERSONNEL, TRAIN THEM ABOUT ALL SERVICES YOU OFFER, HOW TO CARE ABOUT SOLVING ISSUES WITHOUT AN ATTITUDE AND FOLLOW UP ON THEIR EFFECTIVENESS! ANY HELP IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS! I see why the low rating for this location

They are always understaffed, prescriptions are NEVER ready when they are supposed to be, they are extremely slow inside and omg don’t even go through the drive thru you will be waiting 45+ min! They never answer the phone, They are slow morning, noon, and night! All of the bad reviews on here are true! Find yourself a different pharmacy, cvs etc don’t waste your time. Omg and they do COVID testing through the drive thru which extends your wait time to over an hour!!!!! It’s too many free places around here that’s doing free COVID testing! And you can’t even get your prescription because the line is too long. I dread coming here…..

The service is horrific! This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever had to do business with. The pharmacy staff the is rude, unprofessional and ugly..... go figure. I have refilled medications through the automated system to be given a approximate time of when they will be ready. I usually have to wait a additional day or two becuz they are slow and lazy. I've called on several occasions to follow up on prescriptions and the lazy techs/pharmacist put me on hold for up to 20 minutes or more. Im going to write a formal complaint to CVS's corporate office. They need to clean house..... and bring in new management and staff. They lack customer service and good work ethic. It is amazing how you can drive up the road to CVS off Jonesboro' Rd. . And receive excellent customer. However, the governing body should be held accountable for the poor service that this location provides. The service and staff SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came to the pharmacy at 530 on Thursday 6/13/19 spoke with the pharmacist himself he told me my medication would be ready in 3 hours not knowing they would be close. So I came the next morning at 944 because my appt is at 11am and I needed the meds in my system before appt. The pharmacy tech told me the RX was not ready but will be ready later today I explained to her I could wait but I needed the meds she stated there was nothing she could do. This place is very unprofessional and always lack adequate staff very dissatisfied will look for different pharmacist.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. They clearly aren't there to help people. I'm in the customer service business, and this pharmacy needs a major revamp. I'll never step foot in this particular one again. No one has a sense of urgency to help, and alleviate a situation. If reviews mean anything to CVS's brand, it would benefit them greatly to look at the reviews at this location in particular and maybe change some things.

By far the WORST pharmacy I have EVER experienced! Look at the reviews it says it all. They NEVER have your medicine ready! Automatic refill calls and let you know medicine is ready for pickup, get there, and nothing is in the system. Then you come back after hours to pickup as promised AND ITS STILL NOT READY! Stay away from this place!

Very incompetent and slow! One of the pharmacist didn't even know the generic name of one the prescriptions called in for me and was very rude on top of that! I wonder if the pharmacist are actually even certified. I have been going here for over 5 years but I just can't deal with this unprofessional behavior any longer. Yesterday I had all prescriptions transferred.

I wonder if this place should be classified as a true pharmacy because it’s anything but that. The words that comes to mind is chaotic, disorganized, poorly ran, and incompetent. Someone in authority needs to close this store down and offer classes to pharmacist and clerks regarding customer service. You’d think that would be a given for any business. But, apparently you’ve never been here. I’ve been with CVS for years spanning several states so I hate to change. But, they’ve really given me no choice.

I switched here after cvs took over target's pharmacy. bad decision. every single time my dr sends the script they do not fill it. when I say I want it filled online they do not ever fill it. horrible service. i'm glad I read the other reviews so I know. my dr sent the script monday at 930...it's still not filled on Friday.
