DO NOT TAKE ANY DOODLES HERE. We have a fluffy Aussie doodle. We asked them to trim her face and feet and cut her all around a little bit shorter for the summer. They pulled out a chart and asked what length we wanted, and we showed them a medium length cut. We specifically requested they leave her doodle looking face. We got our dog back shaved to the bone. She is not at all the length we requested and looks like a completely different dog. This is the second time we came here, and the last time they left her face as we wanted and shaved her a little shorter than we wanted but not as short as this. These groomers just shave doodles because it's easier than putting in time to do what you requested. I have attached a before and after photo to show. Our dog was so fluffy and we said a slight trim and she comes back bald.

Took about 3 hours to get my Giant Schnauzer (85lb) groomed. I made an appointment on the same day on the app! She has a lump on her back, and they groomed right around it! I paid for the Furminator because her undercoat needed to be stripped and brushed out. They did a great job, for sure! Very nice working with them. Cost me about 130 after taxes

Last vist was 4/3/24 had a appointment with Chelsea H. They had two baby's ahead of me to check in. Took a while was unusual. While I was checking in she ask how I wanted him cut. I I thoroughly explained she confirmed and commented as as she knew exactly what I was saying I give her some input about my dog because she was new to him my bad I'm assuming it's Chelsea that's cutting the dog is normally the one that you talk to that ask these questions little did I know it wasn't I picked up my dog and he was cut way down nothing like I wanted I said wow not at all what I asked for she smiles and laughs and said well they didn't tell me how to how how to cut you wanted him cut so instead of calling my number that's right there on file where I'm a regular customer a Petco or asking the that check him in she just cuts the the way she thought he should be cut very disappointed Chelsea. I've never had a problem there I've been using Petco for a long time they've always done a great job but for some reason Chelsea took the easy was out for her. And my baby look like crap.

This will probably be my last visit here. Last time I requested face feet and fanny trim, there was no trimming to the bum. This time that part was done well but the face trim was choppy and uneven. Both of my pups nails were not trimmed both times. I had to trim them myself.I know they were busy but they were taking more dogs as I was leaving. If they are too busy to do a good job then they need to limit how many dogs they take in. This was the second time I wasnt happy therefore I am going to find another location.

Super slow check in. The elderly woman wasn't particularly friendly. But it was the pick up from grooming that really upset me.Basically no one was at the desk when I arrived. Groomers were behind the glass servicing pets and acting like I was invisible. Eventually a young lady with glasses came out and gave me my bill. She apologized for the delay and referenced the puppy she was trimming. I had to go over to the cashier to check out.Once I returned with payment receipt, I stood again for several minutes feeling ignored. Another customer me showed up, then someone from off the floor came over to assist him and me.The bald guy who helped me was really nice. But it just took entirely too long for me to get waited on. Then when a white patron shows up, they're rushing to help. I have zero plans to return. So sad. More diversity training is needed at this location.

This was absolutely the worse grooming I’ve ever seen in my life. My heart was broken into pieces because I’ve never seen a dog cut like mine, her hair was horribly uneven on her head she was given no bows I paid over $70 she is constantly itching and smelled worse than when I dropped her off I am totally unsatisfied and will never return. I reached out on several platforms called, sent photos and Petco is now silent.

I wish I could give 0 stars but I can't. They shaved my yorkie's head bald, literally! Why would they do that? My dog looked like a completely different dog. I'm NEVER going to a chain store groomer again!

Took Scooter and Sassy in for grooming. Both jobs were incomplete. Scooters nails were not trimmed. Sassy’s cut was uneven. Several matts were left uncut. Just a terrible job. Second time in a row. Not coming back.

The best part of the experience is the amazing customer service. I came in with three dogs, and Jasmine was so great about immediately asking to take one off my hands when she walked up. She, Carrie and Mallory are so good about remembering the pups and making me and the dogs feel welcome. It really makes me feel good about coming here.

WON'T BE BACK!!! IF IT'S YOUR FIRST TIME USING THE SERVICE MAKE SURE YOU GET A FULL DISCLOSURE ON ALL THE FEES BECAUSE, THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU. Total switch and bait. The grooming service was fine. The disclosure of fees was completely wrong. "Hello Petco grooming"? "Yes I wanted to find out if you guys used a Dremel for a dog nail trim?" "Yes we do". "Great, also would like to find out what a basic bath cost and what that covers for a short haired 35lb medium beagle?" "The short hair medium bath fee is $34.00, and includes the bath, ear cleaning, and nail trim.". "That sounds good, I'd like to make and appointment...". "I then get to Petco, and they tell me the nail trim service does not include the Dremel. To use a dremels an additional $12 fee is charged. I think to myself 'My God I've already driven all the way over here, I will just pay the $12 and won't come back'. I don't mind paying $12 when disclosed correctly, it's the fact that it wasn't disclosed up front, if anything it was inferred that it was included in the bath service. In reality it's an add-on fee when I got here. PETCO absolutely made it seem like it was included. GETS WORSE! then when I go to check out there's another $5.99 of materials fee. "Material fees apply our materials fee help to cover the cost of supplies and materials it is not a service fee or a gratuity." And then on top of it they want gratuity for the stylus. My tip for the stylus is tell your managers and boss to be more forthcoming about the materials fees and the additional dremel charge, and to not tell people over the telephone that you cut nails with a Dremel and the nail cut and trim is included in the bath service fee. Plus tax let's not forget that. All in all, out the door I am at $54+, and at that price you're more expensive than my regular groomer is and I could have actually done with mobile grooming in front of my house and not have wasted any of my time and gas which was an additional fee. Petco as far as my dog she was bathed and her nails were trimmed. But it was much more $$$ than disclosed, as far as the fees up front. Will not be back, very frustrated. It's not that I don't have the money and I don't mind paying the money when it's applicable. What I do mind, is the switch and bait tactics to take advantage of people. That's b*******, and very misleading. $18.00 of misleading.

We took our Tibetan Mastiff, Wookiee, in for a bath and a sanitary cut. They were awesome they got him cleaned up and he looked great!! We were afraid they might have to shave him but they were able to save his fur thank goodness! Everyone there is so friendly and they really care about your pet. Thank you all so much for the great job that you do. We will definitely keep brings a precious little ones back.

Tracy is awesome with my Chip! Not only that, I booked his appointment online for an available time slot and they saw in his notes that he needed to be groomed early due to stress around other dogs, so they called to make an earlier appointment that worked better for him. Such awesome customer service!! Love my Petco groomers!

Ray was extremely accommodating and helpful. We were way late for my appointment; considering her calendar she was still able to fit us in. She was gentle and friendly with Bella which helped ease my anxiety. This was our first time, however, it will not be our last. As long as Ray is there so is Bella and I.

I was aware he might not get a full cut since it was his first and there was still a 2 hour wait. That info would've been nice when booking. Additionally, his coat was so dry at pick up that I had to moisturize him at home. The person who took him back wasn't the one who cut him so showing them a picture was useless. Certain breeds have variations of cuts and the way she cut his brows was not in the picture. I ended up trimming him at home until I can get a home groomer. I'll stick to them for the food selection.
