Pharmacy technicians are rude and unprofessional. A rep named Amanda in particular. You would think when handling sensitive information about individuals health they would employ people that are educated on bed side manner and customer service at a minimum. This complaint goes to who is in charge of hiring this individual as you failed your company and reputation with this hire.

Their system is so messed up that a location we had used years ago in another state keeps trying to fill scripts and screwing up new ones. Then the pharmacist blames and accuses us of foul play. Just awful!

One of the worst managed establishments I’ve ever shopped at. The cashier asks cash or card I say card and she rings me out on a register and I select a cash back option she then gets upset because I selected the cash back option and said she told me that there was no cash back but that’s not what she said she said cash or card and I thought she meant how I was paying then the supervisor comes over and is also upset and says people do not listen. We LISTEN maybe you need to learn how to communicate better and say this register only takes cards AND there is no cash back, see how that works!!!

Extremely rude staff at pharmacy today. This is not the first time and I know this won’t be the last. I need to take my prescription elsewhere. There is one front desk staff called Julie who is rude as well. Since they have self checkout now I don’t have to deal with her.

If I could I would give them a zero. My husband filled a prescription and it was not the correct medication. We did not know it because the pills were the same size. The pharmacist told my doctor that WE should have known the pills were different and brought them back. My doctor's office could not believe what they heard. Generic is always a little different from other companies. If I am correct it is the responsibility of the pharmacist to make sure the medication is correct. I will never return to this CVS. I know one thing, from now on, I will look every pill up on-line and make sure we have the correct one. Thank goodness they have pictures of the all pills.

I LOVE this CVS. I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for years. They are the nicest people. They actually take time to call me if something is not right or they have a question. Rarely if they did not have my medicine they would send to another store for me to get. The overall people and store is amazing.

I wish I could give them a ZERO for customer service. I have a complaint into corporate,have changed pharmacy,and am seeking legal advice as they may have violated hippa rules! It's bad enough that the pharmacist thinks she is a physician, But then calls your physician, lowered my medication dose(NOT a controlled substance or anything) but then authorized refills on a medication that I NEVER asked for,so when I go to pick up my prescription,it's NOT ready...but one that I NEVER asked for was! An inhaler that I don't need.They didn't bother to call me so I wasted gas as I live almost 30minutes away! This is poor customer service. The pharmacist has been telling me I'm on the maximum dose and talking to me like she thinks I'm a drug addict or something! I will NEVER go here for even a bandaid!!

It may be impossible to reach this pharmacy. Got disconnected or put on hold 3 time for 30 minutes. Called corporate thinking this may be more responsive than nothing. Spent 30 min talking to Joy or on hold before I reached someone who could provide me with a status - the person said they have not received a prescription. Listened to numerous Covid 19 and Flu advertisements. Not what one would expect from a pharmacy that we spend thousands of dollars a year at. Very poor service. Now I am back to calling my doctor.

Worst pharmacy with terrible customer service.Staff in pharmacy has poor customer service skills.I had to explain to the tech why it was not appropriate to explain my medication needs from behind a customer in line due to HIPPA. Then when the pharmacy I️ requested to have the Prescription forwarded to called them they retaliated by hanging up on my new pharmacist 4 times. As a critical care RN I would not recommend using them for any services above Tylenol or ibuprofen

1 hour in the pharmacy drive through to pick up meds for my niece who had surgery to find out I’m in the wrong lane????? Suggestion CVS! Signs would be great! And instead of putting them on the window as to covid test only lane maybe put them further out so people can actually see which lane to be in! Thank you for the waste of time!

The employees of this CVS consistently go out of their way to help customers, and they are always friendly. I shop here frequently for quick stops, and have had nothing but excellent experiences with all the people who work here.

I was on hold for 30 minutes from 6:35 - 7:08 on Wednesday 10/16 and I just hung up. There is no way that there was no one there that could answer the phones. Really frustrated by this incident.
